Please be aware that Abhinav outsourcing or Abhinav immigration consultants are absolute cheats and have swindled hundreds of customers. Neither they are certified immigration consultants nor they have any kind of knowledge or resources in regards to immigration. Moreover, their owner Ajay Sharma is a shameless man who does not bother even if you contact him after they have robbed you off your money. They are such frauds that they deny the written contract that they sign at the time of payment.

Once you make the payment then they would just play around till the time they ask you for more money, and later completely stop responding to emails and calls. They are highly greedy people and who all are reading this review, Kindly pass on the information to others so that people's hard earned money can be saved especially in this Covid time. In case you have been cheated then please do not waste precious time in trying to contact them rather reach out to Consumer court please.

They are the worst worst consultants in delhi. I am sanpreet kaur from Punjab and they threatened me that they will file complaint against me if I will post any review against them, but I do not afraid. I will fight with them until I get my money back. See If you want to spoil your hard earned money then go ahead. Otherwise stay away. They will harass you alot once you will pay to them. They will keep bragging only 26 years old, 26 years old company,

One of the most pathetic consultants for immigration consultancy in india. Their sales team would just pitch initially to grab money out of your pocket, and this they would surely do by telling you some false information about your profile eligibility in the Express entry pool for canada under the FSWP and the provincial nomination program. After you have paid their fees, your struggle would begin by first running after them on how to initiate your process. However, their role would majorly be to keep influencing you to score an 8777 in the ielts test so that their job becomes easy and you get selected through the express entry pool itself , and if by chance you are not able to do so, then their interest in your case file would reduce eventually. Actually, they don't focus on PNP program at all. In fact their consultants don't even know how to go about for choosing the provinces within which your profile would get picked up or else how to increase the chances of your profile to get selected for such program. Trust me, after a long time, you would realise that you have been working much more upon your profile than these consultants, because they don't impart the right information at the beginning as well as while your application is within the pool. Also, their pathetic tactics to block clients money is through their standard CONTRACT which they would get signed at the very beginning, and that clearly states that they would never refund a penny at any stage of the contract. So I would clearly warn here as well that always read their agreement thoroughly and never be blind folded to take up their services just because they have a name in the market (because to have a name in the market does not necessarily mean to have a good reputation in the market as well, so always do your research work properly).Also, the immigration lawyer with whom they have taken services in canada does not actually do any PNP work and does NOT EVEN ACT AS AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE FOR REPRESENTING YOUR CASE IN ANY PROVINCE. So now the question lies that what does that immigration lawyer actually do? The answer is that he would only represent your profile through his name once you get an invitation to apply (ITA) to the canadian government. So basically, these consultants don't have any role to play till you actually get your ITA in hand and thereafter you can hire a consultant at a much reduced price. So be it the Express entry pool or the invitation through any province, you don't need to waste any money because these consultants don't have any value for your hard earned money. Abhinav consultancy has misguided me through the entire process and have wasted almost 2 years of mine, amidst which I have not been able to avail the services of any other genuine consultants also. So I would advice to be extremely cautious of such consultants who truly misrepresent facts and misguide people who aspire to immigrate. -

Also to add to my review, the reply received from abhinav consultancy which states very confidently that they have given me good services is actually false. THEY WOULD ONLY RESTRICT TO SOME AGREEMENT THAT WOULD CONSTRAINT THEIR EFFICIENCY TO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICES TO PEOPLE AND TRUST ME FOR THE REST OF THE TENURE FOR WHICH THEY WOULD REMAIN WITH YOU, THEY WOULD CONTINUE TO DEFEND THEMSELVES AGAINST THAT AGREEMENT. AND FOR YOUR INFORMATION, REFERRING TO THE SERVICES WHICH ABHINAV CONSULTANCY HAS STATED IN THE REPLY TO THIS POST WERE ACTUALLY HARDLY PROVIDED OR ELSE THEY WERE PROVIDED ONLY UPON MY PERSISTANCE AND EFFORTS FOR FOLLOWING UP WITH THEIR CASE MANAGER. TRUST ME, DUE TO THE LACK OF GOOD SERVICES I DECIDED TO POST THIS REVIEW, IT WAS INDEED NEVER DUE TO THE DEFIECIENCY IN ME THAT WAS THERE IN MY PROFILE, IF ANY. Fraud & Fake company- Never Ever Go with Abhinav Immigration guys- It’s my request with folded hands-

My name is Varun Anand, resident of Gurgaon. I have started my PR process Express Entry to Canada with this company (Abhinav Outsourcing) in March, 2018. Before depositing the money for this process , they have assured me specially Mr. Rajive Gogna and his team that I will be getting my PR in maximum 8-10 months by seeing my qualification, experience and IELTS Score. After depositing the money they started up with my WES process and after that they don’t even care to take up your case serisously. They don’t even care to revert back or update on our case. It’s almost 2 years now and my process is at same stage. I asked them to refund my money atleast 50 percent or 30 percent but they are refusing now to return stating we can’t refund not even 10 percent. I would strongly reccomend you all not to go with this company as they are fooling people and gonna waste your time, money and your career.

Specific people involved in this scam is Mr. Rajeev Gogna, Mr. Rohit Sharma and CRM manager Ms. Shikha. Please guys be aware.

Shameful Abhinav Outsourcings - Me too Moment Against Axxx Shxxxx

I was employed with Abhinav outsourcings private limited for a few months during the year 2019. He texted me from his personal contact after I joined them and asked me if I have any problem in the office. I was shocked upon receiving the message from the Director himself whereas my reporting Manager was Mr. XX. I ignored that message to focus on my work. I am a 26 years old fairly good looking girl. I wished him good morning in office one day and since then Mr. Axxx shxxxx started following me and started wishing me through good mornings messages etc. I was a little confused here as per what to do? Should I start replying to him or should I ignore him.

People in the company told me that he has ongoing extra marital affairs in the office whom he has kept in special projects and in the Mumbai office as well and that too after getting married with an employee of the company he brought a new girl in the same house. What a shame it was to hear that.

Upon wishing him back he called me in his cabin to discuss where and how my work was going. During the meeting he offered me to be his personal assistant whereas I was hired into the sales & business development department. He told me that they are downsizing the company and he doesn’t want to fire me under that plan. He forced me again to be his personal assistant and upon refusal I was given a termination letter the next day in the morning.

Such Jackasses must be punished and hanged. I am writing this statement from my personal computer and I will stand by this always with all the proofs whenever required.

Everything about their services was genuine and professional. I was convinced to choose Abhinav in the first meeting itself. It was a one hour long free in-depth counselling session where they checked my eligibility and suggested which program would be best for my profile. ?Frauds and CHEATERS. I have been told to start my process and make payment post making payment they changed their statement as my profile is not that strong. Nobody checked my eligibility before starting the process . Smriti Thakur provided surety that my file is strong and convinced to make payment. Now it’s been 10months I tried reaching them but not answering. They wasted my time and money. It’s really frustrating reaching out on daily basis and getting same scripted email reply. CRM team will come in picture to defend and ignore your disputes raised. Anyone who faced the same issues can call us and we can come together and teach them lesson. ABHINAV should not continue with this low standards. They should not continue fooling people.

They are the worst consultants in the whole world. Personally if you ask me one does not need a consultant at all. The representatives of Abhinav Immigration make big promises but never deliver. They calculate ones CRS and on the spot convince a person that he or she will definitely get an ITA . After the money is paid they say its all luck and they cant do anything. Abhinav Immigration are cheats. If you ask for half your refund they wont give that also. When they wanted money they kept calling and troubling me but when I had issues they didn't bother one bit. They are of no use and its a waste of your hard earned money. Their case managers will take weeks to reply back to you. They will not even respond till you don't follow up with them multiple times. My case manager had not even taken any action on my profile till I didn't yell at them. Trust me Abhinav Immigration dose not do anything. They suck at it. You will only have to do everything even after paying so much.

These guys are just a big name with no compassion and dedication towards you.

They are fake and just lure you for excellent services, once you pay them their fees they do not attend to at all.

For me getting my PR was a big deal to me, but these guys just ruined it for me.

Wasted my 2 damn years, provided my profile was good to go they never took any extra added efforts to make my case strong.

Seriously, they run a big time scam company. Think twice before choosing the consultant for your PR. Might as well do it yourself, that's what I learnt after associating with these scumbags.

Fraudsters - Doing Heist

I took services from immigration consultancy, Abhinav Outsourcing Pvt ltd., Nehru Place Delhi and honestly, it was the biggest mistake of my life. I have no words about such shameful people who presented themselves as an immigration brand on one hand and looted hard-earned money from their clients on the other hand. Their so-called immigration experts are not aware of any immigration process and each word uttered by them is completely false and fraud.

The Bigget Fraud and Money eater is their Sales Manager Mr. Rajiv Gogna and some iliterate keh Account Manager like Sonali, Hinanshi .

I came to know about this immigration consultancy through internet and after seeing its long-list of fake immigration services, I decided to continue with them. Moreover, the company also claims to be established in 1994 so I thought it is one of the oldest immigration consultancies in Delhi and so must have experienced and knowledgeable consultants.

So initially Mr. Gogna was super active and aggressive and told me everything about the process and the company’s services. Genuinely, on his words, I became ready to take services from this company for my visa. Initially, I got regular calls from him for my process till the time, I didn’t pay them. Within 5-6 days, I paid them 90% of the charges and promised to pay remaining amount next week. But all of the sudden after getting the payment, he stopped calling me. No calls, no e-mails, no response to my queries, everything got stopped. Then after some days they shared some docs and then they were like wait for the draw and wait for the draw its been 3 years and further to that every year they charged renewal fees of 35k . But my bigget regret is I referred many of my cousins and friends and they also caught in this scam. And noone got any assistance.

Guys Please opt for someone else but not ABHINAV. Its a request save yourself from these fraudsters. ??

Police Got me my money Back from FRAUD ABHINAV LAST YEAR. they charge you 40k-2 lacs depending upon YOUR POCKET and they will make you FOOL IMMEDIATELY . My first Interaction was Rahul who fooled my sister Priyanka Kapoor and then they were not refunding the money. But they realised soon When I shown them my side then the Owner immediately refunded us the amount admitting their mistake. guys this Fraud show is being run by AJAY SHARMA  an old Greedy man who is duping innocent people from past 20 years but still has not be satisfied with his greeds. In Last October we got our Money back and we had to do a lot of efforts. He told me the former one was a fresher and he was on training period, that’s why he didn’t respond to my queries. At that time, one of my myths about the company that it had experienced consultants got cleared.

Next, the new expert told me everything about the process and the company’s services. Genuinely, on his words, I became ready to take services from this company for my visa. Initially, I got regular calls from him for my process till the time, I didn’t pay them. Within 5-6 days, I paid them 70% of the charges and promised to pay remaining amount next week. But all of the sudden after getting the payment, he stopped calling me. No calls, no e-mails, no response to my queries, everything got stopped. So, before making the next payment, I decided to visit their premises and to talk with my immigration consultant. When I reached there, I found, my immigration consultant had resigned from the company and no one updated me regarding the same. After having long dispute, their so-called manager assigned me a new consultant, and the latter was not less than a moron.

Whenever, I asked him any query, he said, “website check karlo”, net pe dekhlo”

Agar website hi check karni thi, net pe hi search karna tha, then why was I paying to you guys?

The company is a totally fraud and their services are totally useless like their team members. No one is aware about the things going on there. The company is just a waste and they do the same with my time and money. No one in the company is responsible for clients’ money. I have taken services from Abhinav Consultancy for UK tourist visas, and my experience with them was very good. All the coordinators are very cooperative. and especially thanks to Mr. Himanshu, who was very good, as he gave prompt responses to my every query, whether big or small. Thanks alot.
