Aakash Institute, Phoolbagh, Kanpur

I have contacted the customer care multiple times to change my son class time. Even multiple request mails and calls, no use. Always I get the reply saying that the class time would be changed shortly; but not changed at-all. Even we paid full payment, my son is not attending the class nowaday. Very poor support from customer-care.

I was aakash digital student on 4 yrs progam, now its my last yr completing , i was waiting for classes in my app for neetthen due to akash byjus issue my classes were cancelled , the support team is not helping and askin me to conctact byjus . But in first place i was an akash student and due themerge these people shifted me here now askin me to contact byjus not akashbut i paid my fees to aakash not byjus 2 yrs i was aakash student suddenly got to move to aakash byjus, this is notacceptable

Maths faculty ( Krishna prasad sir) - makes us understand concept well, let us go through concepts one more time for better understanding ...

Chemistry faculty( Raghuram sir) - sir's notes are so good , able to attend questions just by going through his notes

Physics faculty ( Rushyendrudu sir) - student engagement is good , takes personal care on each student , always ready to solve our doubts

Its a Big "NO" advice to all the parents who intent to admit their wards in Aakash

1. From the time you enter building for admission, the entire staff will kind of persuade you to deposit money which is largely non refundable. Once trapped - they will drop you like a hot potato.

   
   




2. No connect with students. Teachers are least bothered about ur son.

   
   




3. Good teachers are leaving for the centres who pay them better.

   
   




4. Class rooms are cramped with students ranging from 60-70 sitting on narrow benches for hours.

Never trust this institute for online by Byjus. They only speak till they loot the money. After that you should be begging them for study materials. Never respond to emails. Each time you call different people attend the call. They give top most false promises. One of the worst institute one should never trust

Itis really pathetic coaching. No value of the Paid fees . Teachers are just businessmen who work to earn money not to teach. Just timepass. Highly not recommended!!!

I joined in Aakash institute kothapet branch, This is the best institute for neet coaching I can say, here teachers can take care about every student, they don't hesitate to clear doubts even the basic things . They conduct ptms(parent teachers meeting) which provides detailed review or report about concerned student for their parents.I can genuinely suggest aakash for competitive exams like NEET and JEE.

Didn't have good experience with this institute. Faculty quality is very pathetic, and there seems to be no seriousness for jee preparation. First 1.5 hours out of total 4.5 hours in a day, they waste in the name of "board class". Many parents had to manage with personal tutors. Not sure for what good this coaching institute is. With Byjus' debacle their plight will worsen only, hence be careful.

FRAUD, these people are only making money because of their brand names. Classes are not conducted properly. And when students are free after 12th exam and actually want to focus on JEE exam, they stop classes n focus on new batches.

So cheap they have not even refunded caution deposit ammount end of the course( in Aakash KPHB Branch Hyderabad )..Such Pathetic administration of theirs mail send including their chief Mr..Choudary..Study course also not effective..

Very bad experience just studying for 4 months in aakash. The faculty isn't responsible and they leave and run away in the middle of the year anytime when they get better salary anywhere else.

Just think about it many times before taking admission in that shitty Institute.

I am an NRI and tried to get one year online course from Aakash. After contacting, I started receiving calls from Delhi office and I paid Rs10, 000 initially. I was directed to Aakash Chennai because they have 1 year online NEET course available. Chennai representative contacted me and I paid Rs40, 000. After this the story begins - they gave me 2 options - first is one year but I have to join in the middle of the course and the second one is for 2 year. I did not agree to either one, waited for few months and decide to withdraw. But they said money will not be refunded. Tried to contact the Delhi office without any success. I think there is a big fraud going there.

I had a very bad experience with the marketing person from Akash institute Medavakkam. When I enquired on my daughter’s JEE coaching , the person from front office called me and said , will need to pay 150K without the discount so I stopped trying due to high fee , after few days another person called me and said I’ll make it 50% discount so you should be only required to pay 72 to 80K and he said I can make this only happen if you pay the registration amount 15K so I blindly agreed and paid the registration amount by believed his words but he started showing his real faceafter done the registration.I asked him to send the fee split up that I have to pay in coming months, then he mentioned to pay the total amount 106K so I asked him why are you manipulating before and after the registration. He was behaving very weird and not agreeing the fee he commitment before the registration and he was manipulating the words saying I did not say this with his manager so raised a complaint with Delhi head office and asked them to refund my registration as I do not happy with the service provided from the Medavakkam branch and decided to withdraw and refund my registration but they said no refund policy that they have not told me before and speak with Medavakkam branch. Now I lost my 15k without any solution. So please please stay away from medavakkam branch. I raised a complaint couple of times with care@aesl.in but they resolved the ticket without the resolution
