A company that delivers the tire and gets it fit at your door step. Sounds good right?

Who could resist that? Not many. And also able to pay by card as well as emi facility cause face it some tires cost alot.

Going through the site I found the tire I wanted and in stock with a bit lesser price than my dealer. I went ahead and placed the order. They stated 4 days delivery time.

5 days went 8 days went 12 days went still no sign and the customer service rep kept saying its with courier. Finally two weeks later I recieved the tires  but it was an old piece, perhaps lying in the go down or where ever from along time. I called them up and ask them to take it back, but they started the gyaan that tires dont get affected in storage and these are fine to use. I keep asking them to replace but they would not budge neither for a replacement. Always kept foing need approval then approval was declined in the end I sold of the tires for a loss and got it from a dealer with a more recent manufactured date

On 10th of January I purchased a Tyre for my bike as I saw their add that they will fit the Tyre at my office or home (which is mentioned in the homepage) and they are doing this advertise in all other sites.

And after placing the order I got to know that they do that only for 4 wheeler and as for them it is mentioned in term and condition but I didn't find that and the biggest problem is they send the Tyre using some worst courier and it is almost 5 days and I still didn't get it.

And when I called them they are shouting at me and their behavior is very unprofessional and they told me just wait 5-6 days more and you will get it and when asked them to cancel the order they said no we will not refund your money so my fault is to make the advance payment so please avoid the unprofessional site and if u r purchasing them make it cod by which you can cancel it anytime.

Hi all,

I also used to search on internet about tyreonwheels.com review as the site seems to be a fraud site. This is my experience.

My car's tyre seems to be worn out and I expect all the tyres to be replaced within a month. So I ordered 4 tyres by paying around 12K rupees on oct8 2015, hoping that I will get it by oct last. They dont send me any payment confirmation mail or anything. I tried to contact them but they dont replied.

Days passed, I rotated the tyres inside and outside, front and back waiting for new tyres.

After a month by about nov mid, after going to internet I found many people reviewed it as a fraud company, so then I tried again to contact via email and phone and both ways failed. Then I send them a letter by registered post that I am moving to consumer court,  the letter was returned back to me saying that the address is wrong!(i copied the address from there website).

Mean while after rotating my old tyres I expect my car to clock another 2000 kms.

So I lost all hope( I used to purchase many  items online from 2001 and it was one of my bitter exp.)

By dec. mid I found on there tracking page that they have shipped my tyres on dec 15 by proffessional couriers. So I waited eagerly for  it by tracking on proffessional couriers tracking page. By dec 30th I recieved my 4 tyres as two packages each consisting of 2tyres.

So finally I am happy with the tyres and its quality, but its a looooong waittttttt. receiving tyres after 3 months.

So my advice is to purchase from this site atleast 5 months before replacing tyres.

DON’T ORDER alloys or tyres from https://tyreonwheels.com/  a fraud online establishment which doesn’t deliver items as per the order. I feel cheated after making an online transaction worth Rs. 7422. I ordered 2 tyres for my car from  https://tyreonwheels.com/ thinking that I  will have the comfort  and ease of getting tyres at my home as the company promises on its site. But now after two weeks of wait(upon placing the order estimated delivery time was 3 working days) and several attempts made by me to reach the customer service, I feel that I have made a blunder by ordering tyres from https://tyreonwheels.com/  .

My post on their page https://facebook.com/TyreOnWheels/?fref=ts  has also been deleted. Ignominy started when I enquired about them if there is a genuine delay in delivering my order. I tried reaching out to them and was surprised when there was no one to answer my calls.

Now a days many unknown or lesser known companies are offering lucrative discount & people like me get trapped due to habit of online shopping. Such companies wait to dupe customer. Beware of online shopping fraudstar. Lesson is not to shop online from lesser known companies.

TyreOnWheels shows many branches but having only 1 contact no. for all offices & the phone no. is not reachable any time or gets disconnected soon. Mail message gets no response. Neither ordered tyre, tube has been delivered nor money refunded. So don't fall prey for cheap online shopping from this company.

It is now close to two months since I went online and paid Rs.17, 908. I did not get my tyres, or a refund. There is no response to emails, whatsapp and calls. Please avoid using TyreOnWheels and instead go to your nearby Tyre Shops.

My car has run over 50k kms and the tyres were getting punctured often. I needed to replace them. On Oct 2, 2015, a friend told me there was a new home delivery site - TyreOnWheels.com. We called their call center, and were told that orders were delivered in 2 working days.

On Oct 3, 2015 I placed the order online as two of my tyres were already flat. I paid Rs.17908 online, for cost of tyres and delivery. I stayed at home on Oct 5, 6 waiting for the tyres to come and nothing came. I tried calling them. It takes about 10-15 calls before you can reach someone on customer support - the standard answer was its coming tomorrow. This went on for nearly 15-20 days.

When I called the Bangalore office, they told me they cannot do anything unless the order and tyres came from Delhi. I tried sending Whatsapp messages(their web site has a number for this) - and got the standard response that they will contact me - they never did.

I have sent emails to their customer support and Mr. Rajat who is the owner of this company. They have not responded still.

I am contemplating going the legal route, but while I do that - I wanted to put this out so other people do not end up making the mistake of ordering from them.

I have made an order in the month of August 2015. I have not received the order so far(Oct 2015). I tried reaching the company couple of times and always the same person would take the call.

The customer care phone line is horrible with lot of disturbance and the the person who takes the call is so unprofessional and the only sentence which he would say is'Next week mai ajayaga'. Almost 3 months have passed listening to this and I have made up my mind that this is a fraud companies not doing business but cheating people with a website in the name of Ecom.

I don't know why a government with focus on digital india will not take any action on fraudulent websites like these. I request you all to please avoid this website and save your money. You will never receive your items.

TyreOnWheels.Com: Based on my recent experience with you, I must say that you have the worst customer service I have ever come across! I placed an order on 17th July 2015 for BRUTE 4x4 TUBETYPE(4 no) of tyres with a clause of delivery within a week; on advance payment of the entire amount of Rs 22600. Till now I have not received the tyres.

On repeated calling, all that their executive would ask is to wait for another 3 days. They clearly seem to avoid the matter when I ask them to refund the money.

You cannot operate in the society with such kind of unethical behavior. You cannot take your customers for a ride like this.Please dont ever buy anything from TyreOnWheels

This is a very very very very  big Fraud Company:

I Have Purchased 4 Car tyres on 15-May-2015 and they have committed to deliver within 2 days and I was waited to till June 10 2015. Meanwhile I have done many follow ups both head office and Branch offices. Head office team was telling within 2 days we will deliver, every time I use to get this Answer and Branch office( Bangalore) was telling we didn’t received the stock from head office, we cannot do anything. Finally after chasing up with them and after requesting many times they have cancelled my order on 10-June-2015, from that day on wards I am calling every alternative day to get the refund, every time they were telling within 3 days you will get the money to your account, in addition to calls I have sent many mails to them but no response( Not even for single mail). Since 2 days on wards their number is not reachable, I am getting the message its incorrect number and the customer care number is always busy. Please help me to getting the amount. I have paid 10985/-. I have evidences of mails and most of the call recordings with me.

Now a days when we call default people will pick the call( Babu / Vinod). When I ask them to transfer the call to the manger or Finance team, he will keep the call on hold for a while and he will answer wait for 10 mins my boss will call you like.

Fed up with these answers. Please someone can help me how to get back the money back from these fraud people.

My friend ordered Motorcycle tyres on 7.7.2015 for Michelin pilot sporty for Hero Hunk and he got in 5 days at their home by courier at very low price as compared to market rate. In the market there are many tyre dealers who just selling tyres at very high prices.

I only suggest him and many of my friends ordered online to tyreonwheels the only online tyre shop in india. I recommend to all to buy online tyres from this site only also they run mobile fitting service.

I had an order for 2 wheeler tyre on 14/05/2015 and the order number is tow11233may484000.

I have not received my tyre till now. made payment of rupees 5444.

I have called many time at customer care but all time I get a response of next week but many weeks passed but until now I have not receive my money Nor people responded to my mail of a cancellation request.

so now I have only way is a consumer court.

Tyres not delivered. I made payment 50 days Back !!

I have booked one set of 4 jk tyres ultima tubeless on 13 April 2015. I made payment of rs 13285 only. It was promised that I will get delivery of tyres within 72 hours. Order number tow10608apr35507. I am trying to contact on company number. I have tried 1000 times. But I m not able to get in touch with any executive many times i called. That telephone service is irritating. Executive are always busy for not attending my calls. I have not got tyres delivered even after 50 days of payment done and order placed. Its too late . I need delivery of tyres urgently. It is urgent.

Company says that they will get in touch as executive are busy. They never call back. Company executives at call center available on toll free number make false promise every time. It is irritating. I demand immediate delivery of tyres in pune. Now i have lost hope of getting tyres delivered. I am seriously thinking of going to either consumer forum or to police station to file a complaint as i have started suspecting that this company is a cheater and fraud company. Definitely the executive at call center and managers are lairs. Every time i call , they promise to deliver tyres within next 3 days. They even provide courier company contact details and parcel number / docket number of items.This information provided is also false every time.but all in vain.

As it is false promise. I have recorded at least 60 phone calls to call center of company. I have recorded all email communication as well for proof ad evidence purpose. Deliver my tyres immediately or i am forced to take legal action against your company. I will be also reporting your company site as fraud site.

Company delivery policy from your site is as follows.

We usually deliver in 2 to 6 working days.We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays. For other areas not serviced by major courier companies, the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

This company should be ashamed of making such a delivery policy. No one calls back . No reply to many emails. Such a pathetic customer care service.

These people have no tyres to supply just take the money & stop responding to your calls & mails. Beware. For days & weeks they will tell u the tyre is on the way when u have lost ur temper they tell u to go to hell.

Hopeless customer care executives who can't communicate in a understandable manner. Pls stay away guys it's another online fraud by some smart thiefs.

Well I had a very bad experience with the website tyreonwheels.com.  Infact it was too pathetic in service and also no access to people who are behind this website. You will feel totally helpless, the email id on their website does not work.

Let me tell my story.I own a VW jetta 2012-2013 Model. As the car has clicked 60K kms, I thought of changing tyres.As I came across this website when I was searching to learn about good tyres for Jetta.I found these tyres( link below)  matching to my my need.

I decided to buy from the website tyreonwheels.com, and that was the most terrible mistake done by me in the year 2015.Now lets see how they fulfilled my order:

1. April 24 th I paid 22K for the set of tyres, there was some offer and that made me greedy to fall in their trap.

   
   




2. Called them immediately, could not reach them as their support IVR was disconnecting the call after few steps, finally after 6-7 attempts I could reach one person and confirmed with him about the order, and tyre size etc, and he assured that those were brand new tyres. He said that I will receive them in 5-6 business days. I have to call him because I did not receive the invoice through email and he said that he will mail it to me, and he never emailed.

   
   




3. Waited till 3 may, feeling lil worried as there was no update on the order, tried calling them, but the IVR did not let me through.

   
   

4, Finally I could get hold of them I think it was Vinod who picked my call and said that they will be shipped today( around -5th or 6th of may) . So I patiently waited for a week

1. Called them up on 11-12 of may, it was getting tougher to get hold of them, spoke with Joshi, he said that they shipped and the package was returned to them back as there was no one at home, now this cannot happen, the courier company guys knows our address very well and there would be atleast one person at my house at any point of time, the gate was never locked in last 5-6 years. I asked them to provide the Details of shipment, and they responded that they will email me or would call me and update me on that. THIS NEVER HAPPENED

   
   




2. Called them on 15th to know the status of the AWB number of the courier so that I can talk to those guys and find out the reason, however I was shocked to know that Mr Joshi said that they never shipped the tyres and would ship them on the same day. [ Now not sure what to believe, they were just making some random stories to delay the consignment ] and I was total pissed off and when I said the same, he said that he will ship it.

   
   




3. Meanwhile I was trying to track my order from the website, and it was still as "Processing "until 19th of may and the consignment was never shipped, its been 15 days after paying money and still the goods were not shipped.

   
   




4. Finally they shipped the product on 20th of may, and I got them delivered on 25th . Now there is a big twist in the story.

   
   




5. After a great wait, I was happy to recieve the tyres, but when I opened the package, the tyres looked as if they were old and worn. They never seemed as if they were new.

   
   

I checked at the manufacturing date, they were of 2011. Damn! two years older than my car.

Then I cursed my self as my old tyres were not in a good shape and I have to replace them ASAP, so decided that I will keep what ever I received from them and use them till they last and then change to some new tyres again after 10-20 K run.

Out of 4 tyres only two were straight( I mean there were in shape) and could mount them on the alloys, the other  two were out of shape and it was not possible to mount them on the wheel, The mechanic said that he would try and call me when the mounting is done.

My sincere advice is not to buy from this website, I feel I was cheated as there was no information that they tyres were 4-5 years old and they seemed second hand.

The website in the description says that they are new and newly introduced.

till date its been 3 months and they are unable to deliver the tyres even after continuous follow up.

First they gave false dispatch details and wasted time .then they offered cheaper quality and chepaer price tyres as alternative showing they are giving me a discount while giving me at market price .

This is a maha useless company .Finally have asked them to return my money as they haven't given any proper reply. They will not reply to emails .They will not return your calls .It's impossible to get them online .PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH SUCH COMPANY.

The Best Online website to buy tyres online. They have all types of Genuine Tyre for CARs Bikes with warranty which local Tyre sellers wont give.

Best to of all we can compare the Tyre cost of different company and also get it delivered at door step.Personally speaking I've friend who ordered Bike tyre from this website he got it in 7 working days at this door step.

Genuine online shopping cart for all your worn out tyres  (Cars and Bikes only). Bikes tyres have 3 years of warranty which any other local seller won’t provide.  You will also notice a variation in the rate if you compare tyres on wheel with local sellers.

I did get one for myself (pilot Sporty), there was a delay in the delivery of the product but after few follow ups and emails it was delivered with great packing. The quality of the tyre was also superb, no scratches, no damage. It was a brand new product. These guys also have the option of coming home in their van an fitting the tyres all ( I guess it’s for Cars only. Not sure if they do it for the bikes as well) Over all good website to purchase things online which at times are not available in the market or local shops.
