I recently purchased a few products from The Souled Store, and overall, it was a good experience??. The designs are unique and trendy, which is the best part about shopping here??. The fabric quality is decent not the best, but comfortable enough for casual wear.

The delivery was on time, and the packaging was neat. However, I feel the prices could be a bit more justified for the quality offered. Customer service was okay, not the most responsive, but they do address queries.

Would I shop here again? Yes, for the designs, but I’d check reviews before buying certain products??.

Worst return experience! Initiated a return on 12th Feb, but the pickup never happened. Delivery agent ignored calls, and customer support keeps repeating the same scripted responses without solving the issue. Frustrating and unprofessional service. Think twice before ordering!

The company is least bothered about the timely delivery of its products. The delivery people with its delivery partner Ecomex keep putting out notifications about fake delivery attempts. Even after requesting for a cancellation because of such harrassment by the delivery partner, the company is still unbothered about the inconvenience caused.

Pathetic shopping experience!

So recently I ordered this mask from the souled store as the designs it was offering was very unique and I ordered this skull designed mask and its quality was amazing although you should not wash it from its front side as it's colour could easily faint as you should only sanitize it from the back, the product was good but I didn't like its size as it was a bit smaller an average person's face but it's price. It is a bit overpriced according to me but still you can buy it as it's cloth quality is amazing and its delivery time is also very poor. Thats my opinion on it.

They have a wide range of products like T-shirts, shirts, Joggers, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Boxers, Backpacks and many more. They also have a theme related products of Marvel, DC, and many more. In the LockDown period, they have also added simple and decorative masks in their collection.

Their product quality is as great as mentioned in their respective app/website. They also delivered the product in the mentioned duration.

They have also started an Exclusive Membership program where you have pay Rs. 299/Year and in return you will get a discount on all of its products.

Recently they have also launched its app in Play Store and also given an addition discount for ordering through the app.

They have also tied up with all the major payment gateways like Paytm, PayPal, MobiKwik, PhonePe, OlaMoney.

By using this gateway you will get additional cashback/discount on your order.

I have personally used the MobiKwik and got Rs. 200 additional cashback on my order.

I ordered one pack of three notebook from their website and they showed me they will delivered that on 1 August and see today is 3rd of August and tomorrow is friendship day I want to give those creative notebook to my friends and I tried calling their customer care but they didn't picked up my payment mode is cash on delivery but now I dont even trust them that even real or not , their website is attractive but are they even real I hope I get my ordered today otherwise I filed complaint against them surely

They sell cheap Rs.100 screen printed tshirt not digital printed, I run iron press over the print and guess what the print stick to iron press and peeled off, the whole tshirt is ruined within 1 week, I would only recommend souledstore if you are buying tshirt to gift servants of labour or donating it to someone need, I simply cant use it personally. Delivery time was 4 business days in Kolkata. Pic attached of peeled off print. customer service is not willing to help me either
