I’m Sai Chaitanya, a 2021 graduate from Raghu Engineering College. I’d like to share how learning Pega transformed my career. In this current recession, many companies aren't hiring fresh graduates, whether they're engineers or from other fields. I'm kondeti Sai Venkatesh, pursued my btech in ECE at KLU from 2016-2020 and distincted with 8.94 cgpa. I have always been maintaining a good academic records through out my career. So, had many aspirations and pressure regarding my placement opportunities.

Here begins my pega journey, I heard of pega certification and relevant job career through talentsprint uap programme. Talent sprints uap programme was very successful and seniors were happy with their placements.

I wasn't much into coding, so pega was a rewarding alternative for me. There by I wrote the entrance got qualified and enrolled into course. The curriculum of pega and trainers were best and their expertise in pega platform was exceptional.

The training went well cleared the first certification CSA and got placed in Capgemini. Getting placed by 4.1 of college and before many of peers was so relaxing and stress free.

Later completed the 2nd CSSA certification in 4.1. Started my career as a software engineer in Capgemini. There in Capgemini as a pega developer learned what we do in a real time vast application and improved my skills.

After working 2.5 years in Capgemini, shifted to Carelon global solutions. It's been an year since I started working here. This is another great company with great work culture and employee centric benefits.

In my regard pega is a gift to my career and life. I'm in a great job with competent salary and right progressive career.

Compared to many peers who are stuck and unhappy with their jobs. I've been happy, successful and inspiration to a few in terms of career.

Hello, I am Vudugu Manisha. I pursued my B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering(ECE) at BVRIT. During my fifth semester, I discovered Pega, a powerful low-code and no-code platform. As someone from a non-coding background, Pega sparked my interest in the software domain, bridging the gap and making it accessible.

I started my journey with Pega in my fifth semester and, within a few months, completed my CSA certification, followed by my CSSA certification. During my time at the academy, I worked on a Pega project that provided invaluable hands-on experience. This project highlighted areas where I needed to explore further, allowing me to deepen my knowledge and gain confidence in handling real-time projects.

How I chose Pega?

In my under graduation, when I am thinking of my career that how can I survive in the competitive world with basic knowledge of coding, then I came know about Pega UAP course by TalentSprint and from one of my seniors. Later I have joined in Pega UAP course in our college.

I’m Praveen Vellaturi, an alumnus of KL University, Vijayawada, and I’m currently working as a Senior Software Engineer in Platform Engineering at Pegasystems. I want to share with you an incredible opportunity that transformed my career and can do the same for you.

During my third year of BTech, the term "Pega" was entirely new to me. It was a moment of discovery, a spark of curiosity that led me to join the UAP Program. Our selection into the Pega UAP program was highly competitive. Initially, 120 of us were selected, but due to overwhelming demand, the program expanded to 200 students. We were then divided into two batches to ensure each of us received personal attention and could fully engage with our mentors.

Let me tell you, the rapport with the mentors was extraordinary. They created an environment where learning was not just effective but also enjoyable. The classes went beyond the usual academic routine. We had detailed explanations followed by hands-on implementation, making every concept clear and memorable. The unique teaching methods they used ensured that we understood the material deeply and could retain it for the long term. We were so excited about these sessions that sometimes we’d even skip our regular classes just to spend more time working with mentors.

The program was meticulously planned, with a structured schedule and regular tests to monitor our progress. One of the standout features was how the mentors made every session interactive and engaging. They often asked questions based on what we’d covered in previous sessions, which kept us on our toes and gave us a sneak peek into the kinds of questions we might face in interviews. When we encountered these familiar questions during real interviews, it was clear how well this approach had prepared us. It was like having a head start, and we felt confident and ready for whatever came our way.

We were fully immersed in a professional environment that prepared us for the real world. Our mentors carefully evaluated our understanding, communication skills, and presentation abilities throughout the program. We also had the opportunity to enhance our presentation skills by teaching topics ourselves during a Bootcamp. The program concluded with a final project where we built and presented an application, allowing us to demonstrate our skills and readiness for the industry.

One fortune day, I attended the Pega UAP induction program. When I am attending that event, I am not aware that it is going to be a life changing day for my career path.

At that time I was very serious about joining Pega UAP. but before joining the UAP, I should crack the assessment test.

I immediately started preparing for the assessment test. During that time, my only focus was cracking the assessment.

It is one of the biggest achievements in my life.

After getting the results in less time, I contacted my parents and paid my fee very early to grab my seat.
