I am buying three specs for my family from here every year in choolaimedu Chennai branch. Last year they gave bigger sized frame not fitting my daughter. They told us to get it serviced from a different location. This year they gave a very big one and refused to service it. He simply telling us to get another one. Never again I will go to this shop again

I bought a spectacle (both glass and frame) from Specsmakers last year in August 23. It is just one month after warranty, the frame is broken. The glass quality is also quite bad, since is becoming fade already.

I met the prrson at their shop at Yelahanka, but they told me that they cannot repair the frame ans told me to buy a new one by paying 6k. I feel this company is a cheater. In the name of big brand they are cheating the buyers. I do not recommend thus company to any one. Even a local non branded frame is much durable than thus brand.

Lens doesnt provide complete vision only 85 percent of lens provides visibilty. Poor quality, easy scratches, I lost 10000 rupees by pruchsing their products. They r not willing to give refund. Just replacing it with same variety with new pairs .

I bought specs from specsmakers, valarmathi, Tirupur branch in B1G1 offer and I try to exchange one glass after few months and consoled them and the order was ready i ask them to home delivery the product as I was out of station they refuse it due to Diwali holidays and said me to come over and recieve by myself I said ok . I'm not in tirupur for more than a months so I just let it be and call them last evening to home delivery they said it was out of delivery and we'll check and inform ask me to wait till tomorrow. Today they called and say you already recieved the product some man come over and give your name and phn number so we give that to him. I said i didn't received it yet they told me to ask my family I clearly, I said I did, my family didn't come over there and i didn't received it, they keep saying check on your side and even behaved so harsh both are female asking me, do you have responsibility and sense the mistakes on their side they gave away my product to some just because they give my number and name, didn't even check with bill or inform me, they talk so rude , I said I'll raise complaint they even pleasurely asked me to do that , and keep trying to end that conversation. no patience, no words control, no responsible, no customer manner. And they call me after few minutes ask me to wait till evening as they need to check other nearby stores too . Again after few minutes call me asking home delivery or come and pick by myself .they didn't even apologize for their rude behaviour and irresponsible such a gross never ever gonna visit specsmaker anywhere anymore. No maintenance. No responsible ?? bad manner

Sunday (3/12/2023) we went to specmakares in Kumaran plaza road. One customer girl very worst behavior on it. We purchased last five times I've shop. Very worst shop in tiruppur. Not purchase that customer dealing in that shop. Service answer very worst.

I bought a Glass before a year in specs makers online. I lost a ring on the glass which makes glass to hold on our nose. I went specsmakers showroom they were very kind and done this changes and gave me back with free of cost. Really loved the experience

Ordered RIMLESS spec on 21st Sept. Today 2nd October till now either the shop incharge or Help desk not giving definite answer when will I get the Product. Their customer support is horrible. I am not sure about their product. I will be able to say once I receive the product.

I made 2 specs from specsmakers from Frazer town branch for me and my wife. These people are of no use. They did my and my wife's eye testing an they made the specs. But want to tell that they have not made it properly. We can't see properly after wearing the specs. It's a real waste of money. We spent 5000 rs. I will not give one star also. Horrible. Waste of money. Please don't visit this place. Worst and very bad.

This is our first visit to Specsmakers and had a good experience. Proper explanation, assistance and on time delivery all is appreciable. Special mention to Mr. Paul Mayor (Royapuram branch) for his wonderful support. Really appreciate his accountability towards customers??

Excellent Service with Specsmakers.

Purchased a frame that was a little too delicate and we had repeated issues with it. Reached out to the CEO and explained. He replaced the frame with a new one and assured me should we have trouble again he will replace the Frame with any that we choose and the lenses ( progressive) 6 months later trouble again.

It took 1 msg and the frame was replaced without any trouble and immediately

Here is a shout out to both the CEO who is a man of his word and more concerned on customer satisfaction and not just the bottom line.

And the second shout out is to Tousif from Frazer Town - excellent service, calm and polite. Been with Specsmakers since 2017 ( still have that pair of glasses ) and I have gone back over n over just because of Tousif.

This is my worst experience ever with SpecsMaker.

This is 3rd time within a year specs need to be tighten and no fitting as per customer requirement.

The specs I choosed was correct but while attaching glass to frame it got wider and they gave as it is and Within 6 months I went to 2nd branch and got tighten as I was not satisfied with person who says "specs are wider " in this branch.. dam it! I am wearing specs from 13+ years never had bad experience even with local Eye specs shop. This specs costs 3100rs which is totally waste of money. I would never recommend. The explanation of wider specs story was annoying. If you do not know right reason don't sell your product. Not worthy at all. Infact i felt local shops are best they ensure to give as it is within 1 or 1.5k and last for 4 to 5 years also. This is fact, just doing business for earning money, earn customers trust first then build the brand. What kind of brand is this??? Frustrated ??

Got it online and really loved the quality..Thank you so much for delivering it from Karnataka to Mumbai at my doorstep..loved the frame and also the blue pro coating.

They will take the money and after that will not deliver the product. They will not respond on any of communication channel. Noone respond to chat, WhatsApp , emails. They are a fraud company.
