I rented a bed for six months, but the experience has been disappointing. The delivery itself took 15-20 days, which was already inconvenient. However, the real issue is the poor quality of the bed—it makes a lot of noise, has visible damage in multiple areas, and feels extremely fragile. In fact, as shown in the photos I uploaded, if I press my palm on a certain part of the bed, it might crack within seconds, the delivery would be free of cost but after all documentation process they send terms and conditions in which they mentioned 200per floor. While I understand delivery fees, these should have been mentioned upfront before the purchase. When we are paying the full rental amount every month, we expect a bed that is at least in good condition.

Do not rent any furniture from Rantickle. They are totally pathetic and worst. They did not return my deposits even after multiple follow-ups. Also they did wrong calculation and did not correct it. Totally worst and fraud.

Worst place ever to rent furniture. My washing machine is not functional at all and the customer care is responding at all. They just assure that some technician will come to review the product. I don't know what High Class out of this world technician they are sending that he is not able to physically appear at our place. I highly recommend to not rent any furniture from here. I am thinking of complaining to the consumer affair regarding my complain. Such poor service and rude customer care. They do not even have that much business in India that they show they are so busy and every line of contact is dealing with a customer.

Worst renting app ever. They are just thief, they kept all of my security deposit and even charged more when I applied for return. Then even if I paid the rent for the whole month they came 15 days early(which again I have rent to them) to collect the rented stuff and when I denied to return it before my last day, they said then I have to pay them more for the logistics cost. They are just looting people here.


Never ever trust this site!

Quick to take a deposit, then will ask for a whole lot of personal details + documents wich are not justified considering the product would be rented at a rent of just 600/- rs. They keep you hanging after taking a deposit, am stuck in a message and hoping to get the deposit back.

Let me begin with by saying “DO NOT FALL FOR RENTICKLE’S LOW PRICING” - it comes at a cost of serious skin diseases.


As the name suggests you will be paying rent to be tickled by their “bed bugs”. I rented a bed and a mattress in June- soon after I realised I was developing skin allergies. After few weeks I noticed the bed was filled with termites and bed bugs. I managed to sleep somewhere else till they replaced it with “so called” new bed.


Not to my surprise, I again spotted bugs and told them to terminate my subscription.


I expected them to accept their negligence of providing substandard products and wasting consumers’ time. In contrary, they did not seem to have bothered.


They took my 1 month rent+ security money and did not give it back. Even after following up with them multiple times and telling them the cause of termination they kept my money. So do not engage with them if you want to sleep peacefully.

Please don't furniture from this platform. I'll share my personal experience with you all, I first rented for a few months, paid deposit and the rent. My next rent was due from June, I requested them to give me quotation till December 2024 and they said they would send, it's been over a month since I have sent them e-mail, what's app messages requesting them to send quotation. First I was told that okay we'll send you quotation, after 15 days one person from their team replies on what's app that I have sent you over email, and then on saying that I haven't received, it took him over 10 days to reply stating its not possible to send quotation, that I have to start paying monthly, and it's a loot paying them monthly rent, because unilaterally prices have shoot up. Another email I receive saying that first you clear your due than we'll send you quotation. The employees have no clarity whatsoever as to how the company works. I don't know why I have to pay a penalty when they fail to send a quotation. There are better places to rent furniture.

The words I am trying to write won't be accepted here, so, trying to sugarcoat as much as possible.


Rentickle, right from day 3 from the date when I ordered the cooler seemed to be a fraud as there was no update on the cooler.


After multiple calls within 3 days they called me back & asked me to upgrade to bigger cooler and pay for that or wait for a few more days, as the upgrade cost was not much high so I paid it.


A month after I was using the cooler, a random mail pooped up from nowhere which had a payment link to pay ₹900 with no description. And the sender also threatened about addition in cost if not paid according to the agreement which I never signed.


After 19 calls, they called me back and I fought with them to hear a sorry from them that they had made a mistake to ask me to pay as I had already paid everything.


This company is an absolute fraud and every term related to fraud and scam. Never rent anything from here.

Their pick up and delivery person are biggest nightmare. Before buying product look at their pick up clauses if they fail to pick the product they will deduct heavy penalty, they will give you pick up slot but they will make you wait for whole day and if you will call the delivery person he can shout at you. Delivery guy is so rude. And worst is yet to come they came for pick up at midnight.

Pathetic condition furniture and appliances and pathetic customer support like the amount they are taking is totally injustice, the products they are providing is in the worst condition possible but the other part is they are not providing you even any replacement easily

I rented a cooler and it was delivered late to me. Once delivered, delivery boy immediately left my place, he didn't even wait for 5 mins to check if product is working or not.


After sometime when I checked, water pump was not working. I called delivery boy, he asked me to share video via watsapp. He shared with his manager and said it's not their problem.


When I informed customer care, they told me you will get resolution within 48 hrs. I dropped mails and called them continuously for 3 days, but didn't get any resolution.


I asked them to cancel order and initiate full refund. After argument, they agreed to cancel and raised pick up. They took 4-5 days after continuous follow up and somehow picked their defective product.


I have clicked pick of cooler with their pick up boy. Now it's been 4 days they haven't cancelled my order yet. I am calling them but they do not pick my calls, they don't respond to my mails at all.


THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.
