I have been wearing this company's size 7 shoe for the last three-four years, but this time I had ordered a size 7 shoe. I returned the shoe when it was loose but they do not refund the money and do not have an exchange option. In this way they trap the customers in their net and if you do not use the money stuck with them for 3 months, then these people grab that money too. So please avoid ordering from their website. I have purchased red chief shoes in Jan 2024 and in just 5-6 months all my shoes torned off , all the sole of the shoes were torned off. Such a bad build quality of shoe costing 4000+ inr. Isse accha sala 500 rupaye ka gold star hota hai

I bought red chief shoes 1 year back but as per the quality it’s not good within one year it’s get damage 1st time I used this and got this experience in future I will never use this and even will not suggest to any one I was a user of wood and I have never face this but from red chief very disappointed for quality

When I purchased, it runs more than over three years it is very comfortable to wear, extra light weight and also no pain when we wear for a long time.its soul is is very strong and making a solid grip in slope .even this shoes not produce bad smell like other shoes .it's range start from rs3000 and above but it is totally gives you your value of money.But the above skin gone rough from side area after some time.

After 4 months of purchase from myntra, the sole of left shoe used to engage and disengage the clutch pedal while driving for the first time, got disintegrated into small bits! Never seen such a shoe with shabby terrible build quality.

Red Chip Company's shoes are a lousy number.Even after getting it changed three times in six months, the sole of the shoe broke.Purchased from Udaipur Bapu Bazar mo-G shop.The staff was very helpful but the company turned out to be shoddy.Red Chief????

This is my horrible experience with Red Chief as I am bought the shoe @ 2300/-.once used this shoe only 2-3 days and I got mazor injury in my lag..that is so panic and with this I am unable to even walk for a few step. Very hard leather..not suitable for wearing..I am not recommending this horrible brand to anyone..and if you buy be ready to avail horrible pain...Very pathetic experience ..

Avoid this company like a plague. They have terrible customer service which won’t respond and definitely won’t resolve anything, and will take your money, damage your product, and then blame it on you. Dragged me for weeks and didn’t issue me a refund after damaging my jeans, keeping them, and also keeping the money I paid. Told me to go back to the store where the store owner of Zirakpur store is rude & will yell at you and not give you the refund. Stay away from them.

I wear red chief, s shoes more time, I use red chief for a long time.very comfortable to wear either shirts/pants or any product.strong products produced but there are no more colours for choices.we don, t get best colour and design as our choices, it is only a problem should solve. Shoes are available only in two or three type in design.Clothes are soft key for all seasons, fit in sizes, but the cost is much more in compare of the quality.company should be care also about it.provide Cheap and best.
