I'll start by saying please if possible skip/avoid ordering anything from Mynzi. Seriously how dumb a company can be? If there is some problem in your website. You fix it, if its a set of codes that isn't working anymore, get it fixed! If there is any problem with your payment gateway, get another one there are more number of options that one probably can think of? Isn't it? And if there is lack of coordination please see to it that how that could be taken care of?

As a company you don't just lose a single order or a customer but something more than that. Guess what that will be? The customer's trust in you as a company or as a platform where one could have full confidence on you for the orders placed and go on a shopping spree. Instead here just because of some petty things and stupid reasons I QUIT using your website. Forget buying wont even prefer for browsing.

That's quite a loss of customer trust. I am writing this with a heavy heart as I trusted your website and decided to try it while I placed some orders. Instead of having those products delivered to me. I am receiving mails from no reply email ids. Just updates, not product delivery but the delay in delivery. And after a long trail of the same mails with it I am receiving another mail that the order after a lot of delay has been cancelled, wait what? I never cancelled my order. And if you did so what took you so long for it? And where is the money if the order is cancelled?

Okay I know it takes time but isn't 90+ days more than enough? Well I guess I have to quit on any or all hopes I have for the money refund. As of now one can forget that order. I have tried multiple times to reach out but I had no luck.
