Mydidi.in, I am sharing my experience here that me and my sister was in mumbai for 2 months as my sister was busy with enternship there and I do not know how to cook amd clean so we decided to book a maid from mydidi.com .

we booked a maid for 60 days but we cannot handle her work more than a week . she came late and gave excuses everytime as my sister need her lunch before 9'o' clock because she had to go to office. only 1 or 2 day in a week she took lunch from home otherwise she had to take it from outside .

she never cleans the toilet and did not clean the kitchen and other room properly.

mydidi.com provides service in only 3 or 4 cities including delhi and mumbai.

it was a horrible experience and wastage of money and time behind her.

Sharing my personal and true experience

.Hello readers. used their services in ramzan time as my regular maid was on leave at that time for couple of days and I wanted to get my house clean before ramzan . I booked their service online but seeing the cost I was shocked but I didn't had any other option booked and appointment with them of next day at 3 pm but them next day came at 5pm. Unprofessional of them which I disliked a lot clean.dont provide thier service in many cities only in 4 cities that is Delhi , Noida , Gurgaon and Mumbai

So I went ahead hoping that atleast my house will get real but when she startd most of all she was on phone and it was bothering and frustrating too as they didn't clean up anything just dusting and when I asked for couch cleaning the response was furniture cleaning extra charge.So I advice you clearly check all the terms and conditions before booking their service and if you can do it yourself you'll save a lot of money NOT at all worth spending behind these unprofessional companies.

But when they started working I got frustrated as they didn't clean up anything just dusting and when I asked them to clean the almirah they said you have to pay more for them it is not included in the house cleaning package. Same happen when I asked for couch cleaning the response was furniture cleaning extra charge.

So I advice you clearly check all the terms and conditions before booking their service and if you can do it yourself you'll save a lot of money

Hello im going to share my experience with a website called mydidi.in

Basically this website provide help for home cleaning service .

I have a small baby and I dont have enough time to clean my house so my friend suggested this website. firstly they dont provide thier service in many cities only in 4 cities that is Delhi , Noida , Gurgaon and Mumbai so as I was in jaipur I couldn't use it .

but after month we shifted to delhi and I booked and appointment with them of next day at 3 pm .

but next day came at 5pm. thats very unprofessional of them which I disliked a lot . then they cleaned my house and for that they took ages as they keep on talking on phone which annoyed the hell out of me.

as I was not happy with thier service I asked them to refund me half of the money as they claim on they website but refused to give a single penny .

im not at all satisfied with their service at all ill give only 1 star out of 5.

My friend had recently booked the deep cleaning services from mydidi. He is totally frustrated and wasted his money spending over here. He is unsatisfied with the services. From mydidi company, they had sent 2 boys for cleaning. The cleaning method was very worst. Both the workers were very slow. Every time they need to point out common things such as cleaning, kitchen and terrace cleaning, etc.

They didn't maintain the proper uniform and their service also not satisfied. They actually made the house very dirty than before it was. For improper cleaning, they charged around 6000rs. He is totally fed up and he will refused to call mydidi team in future services. Waste of money.

I thought of sharing this to everyone. So please guys do not use this type of services anymore.

We had booked the intensive deep cleaning services with bathroom cleaning from mydidi. Extremely unhappy with the services. They had sent 18yr and 20 yr old boys with one supervisor. None of them had a clue as to how to go about cleaning a house. We had to point out common sense things like cleaning kitchen tiles with wet cloth, throwing the water that was used to wipe floor tiles, etc. We had specifically asked if our floors would be scrubbed before we opted for this service. There was no uniform or any sort of identification that anyone carried nor were the workers hygienic. They actually made my house dirtier than it was already I feel. Only thing that they did properly was clean the glass surfaces of my home. A total waste of Rs. 6500.

Their common question was uncle do you need anything else cleaned. I showed them that the channels of sliding windows in one room were not cleaned and told them to do the same in each room. Then repeated this procedure when they came back and said that they were done. WHen I checked none of the other room channels were done.

They did not have equipment to cleaning the bathroom fittings, Tiles etc. The maximum that they were carrying was Harpic and a 1/4th bottle of soap which they did not finish.

I have been to Mumbai last month and stayed at my friends flat at Kanjurmarg. In his house I came to know about this site which provides deep cleaning services at very reasonable rates. The support and service system of this team is excellent. They are very punctual and highly professional equiped with all necessary tools which are used in cleaning.

In the site all required information are given. You can book their services from site as well as the app is available I the google play store. They have given clearly in the web site what type of services they provide and the services which they do not provide.

The services provided by the trained people. They maintain time every time. I was very much surprised when my friend called them at 8 A.M., sharp* o`c;ock they came and finished the cleaning flat 1.30 hours.

It is very user friendly and easy to understand. The app is also very user friendly.

It takes normal time to load because there are not much crowd in the site.
