Absolutely avoid shopping from here! There are way better sites that offer good prices and good service. I shopped from Mirraw a crepe salwar set couple of months back (October 2023) and after 1 wash the dress shrunk and left lot of color. It also started to tear. When I emailed the customer care team they kept dragging the case so long and its not resolved until now. I have not received my refund. They are duping customers. Why would they advertise saying ‘Money back Guarantee’ and then never offer my full refund? They just contact you each time but never actually resolve the case, As a customer I deserve the refund. DO NOT SHOP FROM here! They are scammers. Worst quality and worst customer service team who cant make a decision. You cannot return or get refund. So do not waste your time.
I have a bought a few suits now from this website.They arrived sooner than expected (average within a week) and are exactly as shown.
They unseen garments are very good quality.

The quality of the dress I ordered is premium design and colour both were good, fitting is also perfect. Packaging was all good and delivery was also on time.

I am facing the pathetic experience with Mirraw. I had ordered pants but had to return as its colour was not going well with my kurti. But now Mirraw is creating issues in refunding of my money. It has been more than almost 10 days. On contacting them on customers care number I get same type of response that money will be credited to my account in 48 hours. I am regetting that I did shopping on Mirraw.com platform and now just wasting my time in pursuing them.
I came to India as a tourist from London. hoping to enjoy India and its culture. I ordered some goods from this seller I received half of my order and the rest of my order was in a separate package when I opened the package it only contained a baby jumper which I had not ordered. Rest of my order was for 6 lndian kurthas
I have been trying to resolve this problem with the people at their complaint centre for the last 3 weeks with no result. I kept sending them emails as asked with all the information that was asked for. When I ring them, they keep telling with they are looking into my issues but no joy. I also had many t/c and they keep telling they will resolve your problem within the next 24 hours, however, to date they have not resolved . I am so so unhappy . when I made representation no one try to resolve the problem . I am going back to London tomorrow with out my indian kurta which I was hoping to enjoy wearing them with my friends. Can any one from this company management contact me to explain why have you treated me so badly. I feel I have been scammed and I would like to warn all the customers from Overseas and also in India itself that be careful of this company. I wanted to go back and enjoy the beautiful kurtas .I would it from their website and paid for theI have enjoyed my holidays India otherwise but I am going with the better experience today I contact 24 hours and I told them that I have no other choice left other than the Facebook hopefully wonderful act on it and look into my complaint my name is Raj Gupta then I can give you for the details thank you very much
I was seen a very good silk jacurd pavada for my baby birthday but I received very worst palister material... I as very disappointed this is like a cheating... and I can't return it also
Worst cheap products not worthy to spend here in Mirraw. It's like getting material from a roadside shop. I wasted my money for Diwali. Could have used it wisely.
With deep frustration & regret am forced to put this feedback on Mirraws customer service in terms of return policy. Their return policy is very outdated considering that they are selling in an international level. Based in UAE i purchased few dress from mirraw online in July 2023 but realised that the size was not correct & applied for replacement of the same. Being an outdated return policy system I (myself) had to return the item to them via courier. I was informed by the UAE courier Co. That there will be customs duty applied when the item reaches there & UAE courier will not bear this since the amount is not known & would take 5 - 6 days to reach. The items was send on first week of august & reached the warehouse on Aug. 4 as per courier tracker. Till now mirraw has not accepted to collect this item due to custom duty which they say should be paid from UAE. On numerous times i myself i called mirraw for an update i suggested that the duty to be debited from my mirraw wallet & they responded that it can be done & will update me via mail. Till now after 3 weeks am still calling mirraw for an update to be told the same status everytime. On my last call on 17th august the agent told me he will arrange a call for the supervisor to contact me on 18th which hasnt happened yet. Hence i strongly do not recommend Mirraw to be a preffered place to shop until & unless dear fellow customers & future ones you are absolutely sure of the items being purchased from them.

My mom often shopped here(this is from her account) so I decided to purchase a lehenga from here. Note: We are International Buyers! The main problem was:
1) They sent the wrong PRODUCT to begin with
2) They also sent me wrong COLOUR( I ordered BLUE they gave me black)
I asked for return shipping address so I could return the product & they could send me the correct one.(before their 7day return policy)
I also asked them to cover my shipping as the FAULT was on MIRRAWs end.
I was being nice polite and patient until MIRRAW triggered me.
I had NO RESPONSE from them, but YET they constantly sent me emails saying they are waiting for my response. F RIDICULOUS! I HAD TO SEND 5 EMAILS over a period of 2 weeks for them to respond.
THEN they emailed me separately saying they will give me 30% REFUND. WHAT THE F!
MIRRAW YOU NEED TO GET YOUR S TOGETHER.
I would give them zero stars if I could. I had ordered two items from Mirraw but only received one and the one I received was not even the dress I ordered. For an entire month, I repeat A MONTH, I kept contacting customer service but would receive cryptic messages and be left on read when I asked for a refund. On top of that they "claim" I placed two orders but I did not and that both packages have been sent to the right address. First of all, only one of them was actually sent to me and it was not even my order. Secondly, the one they "claim" I ordered was a week late. Even their shipping is bad. I wasted $200 CANADIAN DOLLARS on Mirraw. This company is a scam and does nothing to compensate their bad service. Save yourself the trouble and please do not buy from them.
I have had previous parcels from Mirraw delivered but this time they have made things so much worse. I cannot physically go and collect the parcel at the depot whose driver is unable to find my address. In the meantime I have received several parcels from the same depot and Mirraw has refused to refund the money saying that the parcel will be destroyed whereas it shows that the parcel has been returned to the sender.
Worst stitching ever. Product is not anything like the way showed in website. No refund. Customer support ghosted me. I will not recommend Mirraw to anyone and will not buy anything again here.
Ordered an Indian temple from their website and it came broken. They promised a refund and after chasing them for a month, they have stopped responding. Their customer support is pathetic. Be careful.
Its been long since the product is returned but the refund is still not happened
The color is not attractive as in the image. There is a cut in the blouse portion of the saree
