I bought MI TV 75 QLED inch on 5th september 2022 on price ₹1, 39, 999


With billing


In MI Store though i was getting cheaper in croma but i bought from store malvinagar new delhi for genuine product they were offering with 2 years warranty


Within the year of warranty my tv stopped working so the person asked me the bill i shared him he said its a one year warranty i argueed with him and send him all the screenshots he said i am sorry its not mentioned in the bill we wont able to extend your warranty so i dint arguee i asked him that for now its in warranty its not been Year ap abhi toh theek kardo


Then repair guy came and he took some part and replaced it i asked him sir will this tv run for 2&3 years he said may be or may be not


Like you can say 6 months for sure but cant say after i can assume ki ‘pakka kharab hona heen hai ‘ i said that sales


Person lalit shukla said its a 2 years warranty he said he left the company you talk to him hes not working with us i said i have number registered is Mi store malvinagarbranch they said i am sorry we cant help you now

It went all wrong it starting showing rebooting and went off for sleep and now what the customer care is helping me out is asking for service charge which is ₹1500


I said okey now that person came he


Said sorry its out of warranty you need to pay ₹28000 for the hard drive and it will be


3 months warranty and i again started argueed with him they were rigid so i thought no point discussing i paid ₹1500 and asked him give me a day to think he said if you wont pay ₹ 28000 your TV will be totally out of warranty we wont repair it i was shocked ‘ye kaunsi baat hai zabardasti hai bhai ’ i am listening i said koi baat nahi ap mujhe ek din do mai call karunga he agreed and said okey


i paid him ₹1500 for a service charge i have a bill too for that


I called him after 2 days theek hai ap theek karo he said pay me ₹2000 advance i said bhaiya maine ₹1500 rs diye hai with no use


Why will i pay ₹2000 more he said nahi hoga theek hoga ! W0W


Now ₹1, 40, 000 is totaly worth 0

Many times called customer care but the service person did not come. I called the call centre and asked to send the technician after 4 pm.


The most demoralize thing is that the people working in the service centre are sending their friends for servicing.


Yesterday ie.14 Nov a person came around 5.30 pm. I asked him to provide your Id but could not and said that to pay 250 as visiting. But I called the customer care. The technician was telling that if you take to company it will charge 21000 but I will do it for 8, 000/-.


I can say that MI TV is utter waste as many people told that people will loose their backlight with in three years.

My experience of mi service center is very very bad????


To guy who is the head of that service center sells additional warranty of mobile


In less that 10 months my phone gets screen flickering issue (redmi 10)


Due to some reason I was out of town


When I gave them my phone they said that they have replaced my screen but the problem was there only …


Due to some reason I was not able to visit that service center for some time then my warrenty period ended the guy said that don't take tension you have addition warranty


Then as perthat guy he replaced my screen twice , mother board once, once my battery but the problem was not solved. After they replaced my mother board the phone start getting network issue.


They have broken my phone physical also ( the sim slot and power button plastic covering is completely broken and it's visible damage)


They completely made my 1 year old phone trash ??


Then he sended the wrong video to company of my phone and they rejected my call and refused to repair my phone


The MI service center staff and that company is doing scam with costumes


Was that my fault that the service center guy sended the wrong video to the company?


I think so that's my fault that I buy redmi phone


I would now go for nokia but never again for MI ??????

And service center team is also not good.


I have purchesed MI 13C 5G phone.but quality was very bad and my phone hot bent.and when I visited to service center then are not helping us and ask to call customer care.


I will never suggest to any one for buying MI phones.

I booked my servicing Saturday night 2/12/23 expecting a call or personel on Sunday/Monday. Servicing person confirmed visit Tuesday-5th Dec at 10.30am then called will be 1hr late. Waited till 12.30 while he tells he will take further 2hrs to come for the servicing. Is it a Joke to keep customers waiting while the servicemen keep delaying.


Horrible service Experience MI It's Wednesday 6th Dec and I guess I don't need any Servicing from such a brand who don't value after sales service.

At Panjim service centre yesterday on 28.10.23 I happened to be there at Panjim service centre regarding issue in mi mobile Note 10 Pro and was given outstanding loving treatment by Sri dilip ji and earlier also he and lady Staff name not remembering were superb. Best of luck to both with request to keep up

M 1 year old xiamoi TV stopped working, and its been 90 days running from one service centre to other and mails and call and also paid for home service visit. Still After 90 days there is no update from service centre and they dont even know what to do as they are telling they dont have TV panel. And I met more than 15 people with more than 100 days waiting period for service . STOP BUYING XIAOMI . WORST SERVICE AND WORST PRODUCTS.

I am facing front camera issue and sound system issue. I came to redmi service centre but they said that we need to pay if the warranty expired. This is very dissatisfied.


It is not a good thing. How shall I pay the whole amount for the motherboard changing thing. I can't afford it. Please wxtend the warranty period or provide any updates related to this issues.

MI ka kalyan west mai jo service centre hai wo thard class service centre hai. Waha customer se bat karne ki staff ko tamij nahi hai. Customer ki cast nikalte hai. Aur mi ke main service centre per complaint karne ke baad bhi wo koi action nahi lete hai. Thard class service very very bad experience. So don't buy any MI Products. Warranty mai product hone ke baad bhi replacement ke liye jane ke baad customer ko thard class treat karte hai. Customer ki aukat nikalte hai.

I recently purchased a Redmi Note 10 Pro smartphone from Mi, expecting a reliable device backed by a solid warranty policy. Unfortunately, my experience with Mi's service center has been highly disappointing, as they refuse to honor the warranty for a system fault.


The phone comes with a warranty period of 18 months, providing customers with peace of mind and assurance of after-sales support. However, when I encountered a significant system fault within the warranty period, I expected Mi to stand by their product and offer a satisfactory solution. Regrettably, that was not the case.


Upon visiting the authorized service center, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the staff, who simply stated that it is not their policy to replace or repair system faults covered under warranty. This response is not only disheartening but also contradictory to the promises made during the purchase.


As a customer, I believe that warranty policies should cover all legitimate issues that arise during the specified period. It is unacceptable for Mi to deny responsibility for a system fault that clearly falls within the warranty guidelines. This lack of accountability and refusal to rectify the problem has left me feeling frustrated and betrayed.


I understand that manufacturing defects can occur, even in reputable brands like Mi. However, it is the company's duty to provide satisfactory customer service and ensure that the warranty policy is upheld in such situations. Sadly, Mi has failed to meet these expectations, leaving me with a malfunctioning device and no recourse for resolution.


I urge Mi to reassess their warranty claim process and take immediate steps to rectify this issue. Customers should not be left stranded with faulty products while the company shirks its responsibility. It is my hope that Mi will prioritize customer satisfaction and address this matter promptly.


In conclusion, my experience with Mi's service center for the Redmi Note 10 Pro has been highly disappointing. The refusal to claim warranty for a system fault within the specified period is inexcusable and contradicts the promises made during the purchase. I advise potential customers to consider this before investing in Mi products, as their after-sales support may not live up to expectations.
