Magic bricks, has given the worst services to my relative. They took Rs 4400 and they are again asking to pay Rs 15000 more for putting an add to sell the property. First it showed ad valid till 25th June 2025. Now the add has been removed after I paid Rs 4400. They want more money to put that add. People call from magic bricks daily asking to pay. Thought it was genuine realty services, but not. Please see my paid copy in photos. Please beware.

Dear Magic Bricks Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Magic Bricks. Our company, a reputable builder in North Bangalore, purchased a package from Magic Bricks with the promise of generating genuine leads.

Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing short of disastrous. The sales representative, Mr. Souvik, assured us that we would receive 50 legitimate customer leads. However, the leads provided were entirely fake, and none of the individuals showed any genuine interest in our properties.

We have wasted significant time and resources pursuing these fictitious leads, only to realize that Magic Bricks has failed to deliver on their promises. This has resulted in a substantial financial loss for our company.

I strongly advise other builders and real estate developers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Magic Bricks. Their business practices appear to be misleading and fraudulent.

I request a full refund for the package we purchased and expect a formal apology from Magic Bricks. I hope that you will take immediate action to address these concerns and prevent similar experiences for other customers.

I paid 10300 rupees and bought the most premium super titanium scheme. Inspite of that I was not able make a call to any potential buyers

I got few mails saying some are interested in your property but you cant reach out to them and if you try to call it will take you again to scheme selection option

What nonsense is that a premium paid member when he tries to call , it again ask to pay premium

This is the most foolishly wasted my money in my life

Don’t fall into the trap of their words about view points, credit points etc etc

NOTHING HAPPENS- Total waste

Worst customer service. They are fooling sellers into buying plan with limited credits and limited duration. Most of the enquiries are fake, with invalid numbers and brokers. It was a terrible experience and I have wasted my money and time on this third class app. Would never recommend sellers to take its subscription.

Both website and App did not work for me after making payment, kept mailing customer care and grievance, no refund, only got message that they are looking in to it for weeks. had to get tenat in some other way.

Use free version only. don't waste money on paid version.

To all potential subscribers, beware of MagicBricks' paid subscription services. Based on my personal experience, their promises are empty, and their services are ineffective.

Despite having a highly sought-after property in Hitech City, Hyderabad, they failed to deliver results. Their representatives make false promises, take payment, and then fail to follow through.

The paid subscription offers no additional benefits compared to the free version. Their claims of personalized support are misleading, as you'll only receive occasional, unhelpful calls.

If they can't sell a prime property like Hitech City, it's unlikely they'll succeed with less desirable properties.

Strongly advise against paying for MagicBricks' services. Stick with the free version, and save your time and money

Agent asked me to take plan to get tenant early and they will be verified tenant and force to do payment of Rs 2000.after they received payment no verified tenant information is received.i got those response who are not looking property in my area or they have already taken property. Do not take any plan from them..they are cheating customer

Magicbricks is so irritating that I had posted my 3bhk flat for sale but even after several complaints they are still flooding me with property for buying. And their customer care is asking me to ignore them.

Although I have paid for their services, no follow up for the required services has been made. I have shelled out approx Rs.15000 without a single call from customers.

No change of location was allowed although the site promises the same within 48 hours. Even after explaining the reason that the location was clicked due to the closeness of the space of the options and my address does not fall within the wrong location as selected.

there was site visit for my location but due to the inadvertent mistake although pointed out to the tele callers, no recourse was made for the same.

Please do not buy the packages from them. I bought a gold package for 3900 since I am trying to sell my property in Bangalore. There was absolutely no benefit of buying the package. My profile is just the same as it was with the free plan. There is no way to reach customer care to address issues. To top it off, their sales person called me after I bought the gold package to kindly inform me that the 3900 gold package is not useful for me and to get proper leads, I need to pay 12000 and buy a better plan. I will be raising this with the consumer court. Meanwhile, wanted to let everyone know that under no circumstances should you pay for anything with magic bricks. It is equivalent to simply throwing your money away!

Pathetic service after you enrolled and make payment…no follow up and delivery of service which they committed at the time of selling package. Think 100 time before registering your property at MAGICBRICKS

I brought gold plan in November 2024.till no responses.

When I paid after 2 weeks I called in customer card number then they told all updating do self in application. So I fill all of then my post gone on online.also phtoshoout had problems so I request all of do not buy magic brick package.nobody proper responce.comopany only interested In money. It's frod company

I bought their Gold packs Last year and again this year and both times the lead generated were fake persons. The early responders are essentially scamsters of Jamtara and related gangs. I think Magic Bricks has a strategic partnership with them. Their software is also having glitches as even after buying Gold/ Platinum or Titanium package their platform again asks you to buy a pack for revealing the mobile nos of prospective tenants lead. I have wasted more than ₹ 4000 on them. Better try out 99Acres or Newspaper. Recommend that nobody goes for Magic Bricks. Their backoffice for issue resolution is also hopeless and helpless. You are on your own even after paying them.

I purchased Titanium package of Magic Bricks for leasing our flat in Bengaluru. After collecting money from me they are least bothered to give any services for us. I made a mistake by taking the package with MB. No prospective tenant approached me thru MB. I cannot talk to any of their staff. MB is a hopeless company and I will not recommend any of my friends or relative MB. I lost my 3, 800 and time waste.

They say listing property is free. I listed a property I wanted to sell. Was asked to pay for gold package ? or so which I did. Thereafter I received mail stating that some buyers are interested in the property and if I wanted to contact them, I have to pay more money. I think this whole thing is a big scam just to loot its clients. Ease stay away from magicbricks. ??????

I purchased Titanium package, my property is listed, all response are fake. Some contacts are arranged and pre planned, most of other numbers never connect.

Inspite having highest package one can buy, i keep getting calls from MB support asking me to pay 10K to improve listings experience and better clients calls.

It is total scam, never fall for this trap and scam.
