"I recently purchased a Lavie bag at the Viviana Mall in Thane, but within just two months, the handle broke. As the bag was still under warranty, I visited the shop and handed over the bag for repair or exchange. The staff assured me they would call me once the bag was ready, but I didn't receive any calls from them. After 15 days, I visited the shop again to inquire about the status of my bag, and the staff informed me that they had been trying to call me but couldn't reach me, which I believe is untrue.
The staff then agreed to exchange my bag, but informed me that they didn't have the same bag in stock, and I would have to choose a different one. To my surprise, they asked me to pay the difference if I chose a more expensive bag or forfeit any refund if I chose a cheaper one. This policy seems unacceptable to me, and the staff's behavior was unprofessional and discourteous.
When I asked for a specific color, the staff initially told me that they didn't have that color in stock, but I later found the same color bag on display. The staff then informed me that they had forgotten about it, which only added to my frustration.
Overall, my experience with Lavie bags at the Viviana Mall in Thane was extremely disappointing. If this is the kind of service the company provides, I cannot recommend it to anyone, even if they offer good bags at a decent price. As a customer, I expect better treatment and a more customer-centric approach."
