Very very disappointed we bought AC of kelvinator from the very first day we are fully unsatisfied with this worst service worst i suggest don't buy atleast in jodhpur

Mat lena AC, jo bhut jaada mehnat se kma kar AC le rahe hai woh toh kelivinator Ac ko dekhe bhi na. mera bhut bad experience raha hai, aur kisi ke saath aesa na ho.

Worst support worst ac worst people to talk to. No escalation matrix.. they use a script which they keep on repeating even if the question is different. Its been 1 year 1 month and we have raised 7-8 requests. They just close it without any action. Technician will come take a picture of the AC and then close the issue without fixing.

Itna Ganda AC hai koi problem ho jay, customer care koi sunvai nahi karte hai, service bhi karne ko ready nahi hai, ye ac bilkul bhi mt lena, itna gandi cooling very bad, kitne din se cooler me so rahe hai usme acha lgta hai iss ac me letna paseena aa jata hai cooling nhi hai, isse acha to ek 500 rupye ka teble fen le lo wo acha hai

I had got Kelvinator AC installed 1 year ago. In this 1 year the AC has broken down 3 times or even the service center people do not give any response. It has been 2 weeks since I complained that even today there is no response from them.

I purchased a Kervinator AC from MyG, but after 10 months, it developed a fault. Despite numerous complaints and emails to customer care, there has been no response or support provided. I strongly advise against purchasing any items from Kelvinator company due to their extremely poor service.

I purchased an air conditioner eight months ago and unfortunately, it has developed issues.I reported the problem over 21 days ago and despite numerous follow-up calls and emails but no technician has come to fix it.unprofessional and the lack of response and delay in service are highly disappointing.I cannot recommend this kelvinator to any potential buyers based on my experience

I brought Kelvinator Ac 1.5 ton in August 2023, Now it stopped working due to some technical issues, contacted the customer care but no one is bothered they will just give you false information, Never buy this Ac as the company is fraud.

I bought ac kelvinator in April 2023 and in June 2023 it stopped cooling

The engineer came after several requests and follow ups then he suggested gas filling as gas has leaked within 2 months only... pathetic.. worst now even after 4 days of pre investigation and recommendation there is no response no one came to see my ac. And there is no positive reaction.

I have voltas ac also their service is so hassle free and prompt and I was expecting same from them. But Alas they are craps

Don't buy this ac at all. It I fraud

We baught AC on 23/5/23..it was inappropriately fit on wall by his service provider.eventhough complaint repeatedly;not giving satisfactory answer..it is doing noise regularly .even after 3-4 months noone to provide service or giving customer care..i m gonna knock door of grahak suraksha

Horrible service. Parts not available while on warranty. They give an appointment n don't come for servicing.

Totally westeg of money … galti se bhi mt kharid lena is breand ki koi bhi chiz is AC se acha too koi coller le lena koi bhi sunwai nahi hai.. agr koi is company kai AC kai barai mai acha likha raha hai so samjh jana ki wo inkai ghr ka banda hai…
