I bought a Jacket and they have no good exchange policy.they have only return policy.so after returning L, I tried to buy same product in XL size and they increased the price from 2200 to 2800 and they are uncooperative .don't fall into their trap it is a loot

They will not dispatch your item. Initially you keep getting they are working on your order. When you reach after few days for status they will respond that they never charge your credit card. Then, you need to waste your time reaching out to your credit card services to file dispute. Then aware people in our local NRI blogs. Waste of our time. NRIs beware.
I bought Kurta worth Rs 3000. This was the first time I shifted from Fab India to Jaypore. I wore this kurta on Eid . During the same day it got torn from the pocket side indicating the poor quality of cloth material.
When I visited their outlet in Vashi , they said they will stitch and give as the same cannot be replaced.
They never agreed that it’s a quality issue which is unfortunate and I would never recommend any one to buy clothes from Jaypore, for me it’s the first and last time .

I asked them not to deliver product if they can’t deliver by 6 April. They still did partial delivery. I returned the product unopened to their Lower Parel store 11 days ago. They are still not refunding my money and twice sending courier company to my 80+ year parents to collect the product already returned to the store. This is harassment of senior citizens. Do not buy from this company
Purchased "Leather jutis" at Rs.4000 from Jaypore in end of 2021. Did not have an occasion to use it until this week. See the photo post just only 2 hour indoor use at a wedding. The material is not leather nor is it fit for jutis. Even Rs400 jutis last longer then this Rs.4000 jutis.
Wrote to customer care of Jaypore. They need to renamed as "we don't care for customer" department. They were curt and a simple explanation was- order executed 2 years ago so we don't know you and don't care.
I was simply trying to show the poor quality of their product but their vision of customer relationship is sell the product by coning a customer and then run.
They have no escalation procedure to have anyone in the company look into their practices. So beware before you buy overpriced con products from this company.
I bought a pair of pure silver ear studs of which delivery took many days.. After days of anxious prodding and persuading I finally got it delivered after a week. It was lying for days in the delivery centre of some mysterious courier company which had a chargeable customer care contact number . . I lost a lot of money calling them to know the status of my order.. When I called the customer care of jaypore.com they kept telling some escalation fib which they would do immediately. Finally when I received the ear studs, the front of the stud was silver but the butterfly push back at the back of the studs were some cheap gold covering imiation.. Now when I call them they are repeating the escalation fib.. I have no more energy to prod and persuade them for return and refund now.. I just sent them an email and am still waiting unto death for their response.. It's a big headache ordering from them and you will rarely get genuine products for the exhorbitant pricing they do. Say no to Jaypore.com!!! Disappointed!!!
I ordered for 2 necklace sets and 2 kadas to match the sets on 27th Feb. It’s 7th April now. I still have not received one of the necklace set. Without it, one of the kada is just useless. And customer service keeps giving the spin that they are escalating it to the concerned team! 40 days and still waiting!
Ordered a bag on 9th of February 2023 from Jaypore. Dispatch was promised within 12 business days. Writing this on 27th February, Dispatch still not done. Received two mails saying the order is processing. In this day and age, even if your products boast of handcrafted imperfection and slow process of manufacture, you can't assume that the customer will be happy to hear that after 20 days of ordering it the product is still not dispatched. This is actually the second time this has happened. Their complacent attitude is very off- putting. Never buying anything from Jaypore ever again.
I ordered cups and received a broken consignment ..still waiting to hear back on a refund..no one answers their email..their service numebr cut your calls and not only did they deliver a broken consignment..for over two weeks no one has been able to update me on any status for refund.. terrible service ..never buying from them again
I ordered a choker necklace meant as a gift on the 30th of September '22.The item was supposed to be delivered wirhin 10 business days.
I got the item only on the 25th of October'22 after Diwali causing anxiety and embarassement.
If there were issues with procurement or drlivery, Jaipore should have emailed me and found out what I wanted to do.
No such thing was done.
I had to make phone calls and send emails to know about the status of my order.
This approach by Jaipore is totally unprofessional.
I bought 2 Kurtas from Jaypore a few months back. Though the quality of the products was good but one item was very loose ( Both the kurtas were of same size). I couldn't return the it because of their no return policy. It's the only reason why I would never buy anything from Jaypore again.
I have been a very regular shopper at Jaypore and I have always recommended it to a lot of friends and well wishes, particularly about their return policy, which is really fabulous. But little did I know that my very own words will really hit me hard soon .
Over the years I got very comfortable with them. Too comfortable enough to make expensive buys worth 15000 and above . So a year and half ago, I bought a@Kora brand, palazzo set for 15000 rs and wore it for 3 occasions at an interval of 6 months, simply because it was chanderi fabric and was expensive I took a lot of care for it . Recently I went to Hyderabad for a wedding and wore it on 1 of their numerous functions, on my return I discovered that it has numerous tears all over the kurta.I was horrified and called Jaypore and shared my distress over the phone and sent emails with photos of the numerous holes!
They refuse to do anything about it since it was bought a year and halfback! I really don’t know what to do . it’s very disappointed when a brand like Kora refuse to own up to this kind of stuff and give so much stress! Why should people buy online if they are not given any gaurantee Of the expensive products like this? All I want is a replacement of the same . I am still optimistic and open to any kind of discussion about this
So last week I placed order for two items a necklace and an earring from Jaypore.com. My initial payment via paypal did not go through so then I paid with my cc and it went through. Within minutes I get an email saying act immediately or your order will be cancelled so this time the link directed me again to the paypal payment method and I thought it probably did not accept my CC so I then paid again with my paypal account and this time it took it but the the main issue was my paypal for some reason had my former address and contact info and the shipment went to my former address. I almost immediately caught the blunder on spot after processing my payment. I sent an email, a whatsapp message requesting cancellation(mind you all within 24 hours after placing order) and even tried calling but no effective response. Next day they tell me they have shipped the necklace to my former address and cannot process refund and I need to collect it from my former address. I live in the US and if any one knows the cities here are pretty far apart and I certainly won't be traveling all the way to collect my less than$50 piece of jewelry. I requested them to contact the shipment people to hold off but they did not. They did not stick to the cancellation within 24 hour rule that they so claim on their website. And they took my payment twice without any assurance of refund. And the staff I am corresponding with almost sounds like a bot and is extremely unhelpful. I love the items in Jaypore.com but this unprofessionalism and not very customer friendly attitude is not too encouraging for me to shop there again. Especially as an international customer with the time lag I wish they waited 24 hours before shipping items that could potentially be requested for cancellation. Very disappointed with the customer service more than anything.
Material delivered is not worth money. Color shown on picture is very different from actual. Very bad
Would not recommend buying from their website which looks too good to be true.Their delivery times are ridiculously long and the quality totally not worth the sky high price. I ordered for merchandise( all items were indian wear) worth 30, 000/- in Nov 21 and didn't receive a single item for over a month. After extensive follow ups over phone and emails which was frustrating I received 2 items after 40-50 days or more and the fit and quality were totally not worth the steep price I paid for them. Frankly if I would have seen these items in a window display of a shop I wouldn't have even entered that shop..that's how bad the quality is of the blouse and salwar kurta I received.I cancelled rest of my order as it would have been a waste of time, money and mental peace.
Ok ordered an anklet for Rs 7000. To my horror when I got the product it was of the quality of sarojini and janpath. The product was worthy of such a high charge with the kind of low standard quality. To top it all, their customer care numbers NEVER get through nor they reply to your mail.
If you are planning to buy ANYTHING from Jaypore, be ready to throw your money. They are frauds.
The entire customer service is extremely bad, they just dont care once the product is shipped and the product are of bad quality.

I recently paid Rs 36000(Order # 200721646 for the product "Turquoise Gold Tone Silver Necklace”) on Dec 19l, 2021. The article received was substandard, not matching the image displayed on Jaypore.com. Several emails later and requests for redressal of my complaint, the Jaypore.com Support Team represented by somebody called Inshu whose designation is not mentioned in the mails, refused to take cognisance of my complaint, saying that this is how the article is meant to be- ‘substandard'.
