My recent dealing with home Shikari is worst ever...my house keys are with them and after mails and several calls I am not able to get the keys...no customer service , no contact details are working....I have started to regret of being having the services from them

Very professional company. I have availed many property related services from them. Everything was completed in a timely manner and I was regularly updated over email.It's a real value for money.
They have a very unique ticketing portal which keeps everyone at the same page.
Really a Bad experience with Home Shikari!
What are they providing services for? To find a Tenant without giving a proper time range in how many months can they get? That any broker can tell us if we can get a tenant without a time range. If Home Shikari is an organization that provides services to find a tenant I assume level should be much higher than any local brokers in terms of professional commitment and must ensure that their customer requirements are fulfilled. But here its totally opposite. They just wasted my time, I need to travel abroad, assuming their services would be professional I called them and spoke them in detail. After wasting 2 full days they say time is not guaranteed. Then you mean I have to wait 2 month, 6 months 1 year to get a tenant . If you guys cannot commit a time range then whats the point of property management services. Any local broker also does the same.

Fast and and informative customer service.
The only down side is their web service which doesn't work well in mobile phones.
I would strongly recommend them for house related work.

Homeshikari has been very helpful in diligently providing information related to rental services like making contract, visiting home and verifying the condition of apartment.
They have been very helpful in providing expert advice and going through diligently to my situation and then responding with fill detail. The best thing about them is that they keep you and center of their business and intention. I was reluctant initially due to very nature of real estate business but I now they are my partner in real estate and they fully support and give very good support.

Good customer service, always contacted me when I needed it. Good price though sometimes I did not know whom to contact because the person changed quite a few times. I have never used their services to get a carpenter in for repairs e.g. because I felt I would not have enough interaction if I were to use homeshikari to look after repairs in my property.
I have been utilizing the services of Homeshikari(HS) for several years to service and manage properties I own in Bangalore, specifically to pay annual property taxes and to manage the properties during vacant periods. Since I do not reside in Bangalore, reliability and prompt service are important criteria for me. I am happy to state that Homeshikari have always met or exceeded my expectations. Their staff are courteous, prompt and efficient and their approach is thououghly professional.
I have no hesitation in recommending HS to anyone in need of Property Management Services in Bangalore.

The service is good from Home Shikari. They were prompt in showing my property with prospective tenant and coordinated well with them.
One improvement is, possibility of service on Sundays. Since most of the prospective tenants are willing to see apartments on weekends apart from service on Saturday's if there is a way to serve on Sunday's it would be a good improvement.
Or else the service is good, genuine, professional and hassle free. I recommend Homeshikari.
I have been using TTK services for a couple of years now. Since I live outside India, paying property tax and the water bill for my flat in Chennai is always a challenge. After finding out about Homeshikari(My man in India at the time) I started using their services. They have been prompt, reliable and very helpful. Customer service is good. They always send emails to update me on the progress of the task. If there is a problem they will communicate that and suggest ways of fixing it. I have used Home Shikari services over 5 years for the various property monitoring, maintenance, and tenants search services. I found them very reliable and provide timely responses. They guided and felicitated to procure Katha B and periodically provided property monitoring services. They made sure that property taxes been paid promptly. They are timely with their communication and excellent customer services. On my recent visit, their representatives(Mr. Kingshuk and Mr. Ramesh) accompanied me to all the sites and recommended various ways HomeShikari would be of services to me. The very reason I have property in Bangalore and stay outside India is because of YourManInIndia(now HomeShikari). Otherwise it is very difficult to maintain and deal with BBMP officials for tax, name change, khata, bescom and what not; unless you have loads of time and patience to wade through Bangalore traffic t reach BBMP and find that officials are on a picnic trip. The bad: sometimes its bit on pricey side.
Home Shikari is a highly professional and trustworthy player in Property management. Their response and customer management is very good and high standards.
They managed my property from year 2014 onwards and I would recommend them for every owner who wants a reliable partner to manage their property.
The team visits the property 4 times in a year or based on owners request and they take snapshots of the condition of the property and share it with the owner. This provides a true picture of the property if the owners are living far away from their property or in a different city or country.
I live outside India and so used homeshikari's tenancy management service to manage my flat in Bangalore. They also helped me pay my first year property tax. Very happy with their service. Their customer service personnel are very helpful and prompt in responding to any questions.
It is also easy to communicate with them via their portal. Overall very efficient service and would definitely recommend.
I approached Home shikari for EC.My friend referred them.
I received EC on time.But there was a mistake in EC.As I had to travel abroad I needed speedy response to EC with the correction done.I pointed out to Ms.Laxmi and Mr.Naveen.
Their team took the issue serious and responded to it immediately.
They rectified the mistake in EC and sent to me on time.I highly appreciate their service on this and strongly recommend all in utilising their services in future for any of their needs.
My experience with the Homeshikari team has been fantastic! From the moment I decided to rent my apartment, the biggest issue was to find someone who could be my representative in Bangalore since I am NRI. The Homeshikari team, when contacted were pleasant and communicated clearly on the options I could choose from.
They all were very helpful and guided me every step of the way. They respect and value customer's time, which means a lot especially when you travel to the city on short trips and have a lot of paper work to get in done in restricted available hours.
