No service man provided by the company to guide after installing split AC.
N No. Of times we request to customer care and also to one of the hitachi employee to come but he always makes excuses and also customer care has very negative response.
So i think after sale service of hitachi is very poor.
Also one more think the shutter of AC is not closing properly. For that also i inform to both customer care as well hitachi guy whose name is haider.
Do't bye Hitachi AC. 1 year ke baad mujhe 10000 spend karne pade. Motor, controller., compressor sub kharab ho gaya. Controller aur compressor warranty me tha fir bhi 10000 ka Kharcha aata. Service is also pathetic. Please don't bye.

I purchased Hitachi Windows AC 1.5 Ton from a renowed Dealer in Gurgaon on June 17, 2024. After installation, it is not working at all and guy who installed just fooled us by saying that due to high temperature, it will take some time to feel the cooling level. I created a Breakdown request 24061805783, after a lot of struggle and spending full day on their customer care number. Since then, I have been chasing diferent Hitachi contacts and they are just fooling the us. I was told they in few days, I will get the replacement of new AC. I sent the copy of my Invoice and Breakdown request number to 10 Plus individuals, including so called renowed dealer, but nothing happend. Hitachi Gurgaon Service Manager told me that my replacement request has been submitted and it will take few days to dispatch the new AC from Hitachi office.
Today, I got a SMS from hitachi saying that a new engineer to visit again. When I called him, he told that he will visit tomorrow to check the status of my old AC. It seems Hitachi customer care is just fooling us and I am feeling like cheated after purchasing Hitachi AC. It's being over 2 weeks now and no resolution is provided by the company. No one contacts so far for any updates.
All, Pleasse never plan to buy any products from Hitachi due to their poor products and worst customer service. They don't have any respect for the customers.
I am using Hitachi 1 ton split ac since last 1 year. The product is working fine. The only conern is pathetic service provided by Hitachi. I raised a request on 19-Jun-2024 but the service was assigned after one week on 27-Jun-2024 to technician. I dont think anyone can wait for 7-8 days to get their AC serviced.
NEVER BUY HITACHI AC!
One of the worst AC one could ever buy. I have Mitsubishi-Age 5 years, Panasonic- Age 1 year, Bluestar- Age 11 years, and carrier-Age 7 Years. All of them are way better!
I bought this pathetic AC from the worst quality brand, Hitachi, 2years ago; it’s a 5-star, 1.5-ton window AC.
It was damaged in the 13th month of purchase; refrigerant leakage was repaired twice, and then the technician said we’d have to replace the condenser, costing 8–9K+ refrigerant 2.5 K, totaling Nearly 11–12K.
The issue didn’t stop there, and then the compressor tripped and never started for a long time, which might even say more than one hour. Most of the time, we would have to turn off the AC and restart it after an hour or so.
Complaint done on 28th may 2024
No one attended complaint till 15 June.
Poor company and poor services.

I purchased a Hitachi AC a month back. First, I had a pathetic experience in terms of getting the AC installed. The technicians visited thrice but could not figure out a way to install it. I, finally, got it done by some learned technician.
For the last 6 days, this wonderful machine is not able to perform. It is not cooling. I raised a complaint on May 23rd against which none of the technicians have visited my place till date.
The customer care executives only know one response “aap nishchint rahiye, jald se jald aapki sahayata ki jaayegi”
Jald!!!! My foot! These people have assigned 3 technicians as of now and the irony is…all 3 have rejected the request stating, it is out of their service area.
Now imagine, me sitting in scorching heat of 45 degrees in Jaipur, without an AC and these hitachi customer care executives don’t have a sense of guilt of what they are doing by not fulfilling a simple request.
Guys and girls, please don’t ever purchase Hitachi AC. They don’t even know how to deal with after sale services. Hate Hitachi. I hate Lotus Supermarket also from where I got this piece of junk!
Worst after sales & service experience.
Complaint pending since one month.
No feedback from Customer care, no phone pick up from service executives, area manager, management.
No resolution as on date.
Not faced such experience with any of the product so far.
Thinking to sell it off
I purchased Hitachi AC last year in April and it stopped cooling in September. We did not use it after that as weather changed after a few days . We raised a complained in April this year and there was some gas leakage problem. It was rectified as per the person who came to resolve the issue. And now again same problem is occuring. Itssveen just a month thta ac is repaired and gas is filled.
Moreover, it's been 3 days now. That we have raised a complain. No one has come yet. It's scorching heat and impossible to live without ac these days. And we have not got any call or confirmation for a service. We daily contact these people but they jst keep on postponding it.
I am writing this as I have got tired of their false promises. And I won't suggest anyone to go with this AC option
The after sale service of Hitachi is surprisingly bad in terms of responsiveness and communication.
I am struggling to even get a response from their support team. I was able to register the service call, but no body turns up and the service requests are anonymously cancelled without any conversation or visit.
Customer care help desk looks helpless and without any information or intention to help. The escalation process does not work, and there is no response to email escalation as well.
I bought inverter ac of hitachi in 2020. The service providers are 3rd class. no good response neither able to resolve my issue. More than 30 days passed but my ac is still not working. I attached the bill photo with my this review. I suggest to all readers that dont buy this company Ac otherwise you have to pay for your deeds??. Totally frustrated experince . Zero star Rating . Dont buy this company Acs .
I had purchased my hitachi ac in 2018 and since then have been going with their AMC till now every 2 months have water dripping problem which till date isn't resolved moreover even after taking comprehensive AMC the roadside vendor Technomach appointed by them ask for money to carry out even normal cleaning so why are they charging for AMC and the illetrate receptionist Ms Chand when asked why charging goes to the extended do what you want I will not send any technician to your place .this all is being said after taking AMC and after my money goes to them .I am raising a complian in consumer court , just for making people aware of their very poor and irresponsible after sakes service

We have requested for our Air conditioner problem which was purchase few month back, there is some water coming out from the indoor unit and its making noise, call us, we need clarification on cancelled service request on immediate basis otherwise we will escalate the same, and will send feedback of bad services on all your social media platforms.

But I have a question. Is it work without break?
My AC work 2 minit and take a break (turn off) and some time later it start working I think its bad thing. I checked whether the timer is on, but it's still off. If anyone have an idea about plz share me.
I called ac remote problem, Tech came and check remote and service done. He told After ac gas not avail, then he refilled and bought rs 2500. ( No issue for poor cooling ) Cheating me. 2. Remote also more problem.

I have purchase Hitachi window ac 1.5 ton within 3 yrs facing cooling issue(Gas leak). I have tried many time in customer care.
First time care said I registered your complain. After 3 days I called for follow-up. He said no complain register for your ac. Again I have complain after 3 days problem is not resolved . Still after 7 days my issue is not resolved.
Don't buy Hitachi ac ever.
Customer care person are so irresponsible and they have no answer to reply. Somehow they manage the call for few minutes and after that they disconnect the call. I have to service my new AC and I have already contacted service centre three times but still no one is taking any responsibility. It is really embarrassing. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy any product of this company.
I am very surprised after purchasing new AC from Hitachi brand..just purchased after two month face gas leakiging problem..it's only one time face the problem many time..after many followup Hitachi technician come and weld the new ac coil three different place.. i was very surprised that time how new ac work performed like that...now again it has gas leakiging and is denying to replace it.. as a brand i trust and purchase Hitachi product..but now I suggest every pls do not purchase any product from this company..they only sale their product and no responsibility after sale the product...

The installment technician give best advice for how much distance take between two brackets. The main purpose of brackets are to hold the weight of outdoor unit and flow of water source. you can share and discuss your problem before buying the product.

At the time of fixing the aluminum bracket on wall make sure that the bracket is given a slight tilt angle. distance is based on ac width and length. The maximum allowable distance between the indoor and the outdoor units of split AC can be about 15 meters.
