We purchased mangalsutra for daily use from Giva... & after some time we gave them back for plating.. But store & backend team didn't respond till 4 months.. & now we will not recommend to this brand to anyone.. So high rate of silver.. & not giving proper response to customer timely.. 0 rating to GIVA.. Worst experience

They guyz are really scammers i bought a product and when i got my delivery produce is missing box is empty i was raise my concern for refund now its almost 1 month done but no update about refund they guyz only giving me time dont buy any thing from this sitetotally scammers even they dont have a good team for support.

Recently on 17th November I order the items from giva.item price was 1, 98, 221 , due to High price issue I cancelled the order on 21st November.i am following giva customer support for Refund.they are providing the wrong details and making fool the customer.every time they told me you will get in 24 hour but didn’t get then from past 4 days I’m trying to take my own money back but they are not given it I’m literally frastrated and coming to share my experience.i paid rs 24000 late fine to the federal Bank credit card.


Don’t buy from Giva even they are given free .


I’ll not recommend it your.giva is fooling the customer.please uninstall the giva site.

Very v bad items although they claim big.. all pearls are fake plastic and not real fresh water pearls as they claim.if u scratch the pearl it peels off like plastic..


Whereas pure pearl whole string one can get from Charminar Hyderabad for 600rupees.. I have bought 12 items from them in a go


All tarnished lost polish, chains broke.. when u ask them to return within a month of loosing tarnish they refused even refused to replate my name chain.


Not worthy of the high price charged. Stay away from their products

Recently on 5th oct I order the gold ring with weight 1.89 gram and for that I paid 13678 and given the ring size and in there they mention term and conditions like if the weight increase or decrease we will contact you for refund of extra amount of take more amount but on 31st Dec I got the product directly and when I open the box I found a slip that mention 10600 amount for 1.5 gram ring and the size also different so my last finger didn't get it so I given to my sister so for the rest amount I want refund the wary amount but they denied firstly then I told me give me a reason proper why you are not given me then I tried to make a conversation record so they me in the next chat they will give me refund but in wallet not in the bank. Now you can all see what level of hypocrisy is this I agree on that they told me you will get in 24 hour but didn't get then from past 5 days I'm trying to take my own money back but they are not given it I'm literally frastrated and coming to share my experience.


Don't buy from Giva even they are given free I'll not recommend it your.

Good for nothing company who use shallow words like EXCELLENT, DELIGHT but when it comes to customer care, they act like AH's. Their timelines are fake. I am already having worse experience even before getting the delivery of the product. Best is to look for reviews before buying.

I had purchase hoop earrings with defective lock which is getting open on its own and earrings falls. I called customer care and asked than to exchange the product with some other locking system and told that I will give the difference amount but customer care girl is not ready to help. Very poor service the don't need customers. Only they say 6 months warranty but don't give any warranty.

It is the worst, never buy anything from Giva company, it is a fraud, they give guarantee of number one things that they will replace it, but then they do not replace it, Giva puts money in the wallet, after that they say that madam, you buy it, you will not get any discount, you will not get anything, it is a number one cheap company, the plating came off within 2 days, within two days all the Nag stone, everything got spoiled and after that they refuse to even replace it, it is a number one cheap company, today I suggest you to buy anything from this giva

I have buy a bracelet and at the day it is broken and there is no option of return also I tried talking to customer care service of GIVA nobody talks to me and its been a week now and I didn’t receive a call or any mail from them before this they are updating us for the product via whatsapp and now nobody is responding even I raise a ticket for the issue and still didn’t get any call from the customer service bad service bad and fake product

I have been sending rakhi hampers to my brother in USA for last 10 years. This time I trusted GIVA. after I placed the rder I never recived the tracking id., tried to connect the customer care.but they were never available or would just assured me I will get the tracking details once the order is shipped. After many failed atempts of connecting to their customer care, I finally got a call from GIVA on the day of rakshabandhan that my order hasn't been shipped because the hamper that I chose to send had an object of potential hazard. and that I have to cancel my order or replace it which would take another 14 days to reach. my question was that Then why was it even listed as eligible to ship abroad? their answer was just a sorry. what shoul I do with the sorry the whole point was to send the rakhi on time.

I recently had a truly appalling experience with GIVA. I purchased a pair of earrings on offer for ₹699. Unfortunately, the product turned out to be defective, so I initiated a warranty claim as per their policy.


To my utter disbelief, GIVA informed me that the product is out of stock and offered me a replacement for ₹1699! This is an outrageous price hike of over 100% for the same product. It's as if they’re capitalizing on a customer's misfortune.


To add insult to injury, I discovered that the exact same earrings are readily available at their Phoenix Mall store. It's evident that GIVA is deliberately misleading customers and engaging in unethical business practices.


The customer service I received was nothing short of abysmal. They were dismissive of my concerns and completely unresponsive to my reasonable requests. It's clear that GIVA prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction.


I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from GIVA to reconsider. Their poor quality products, coupled with their deceitful business practices, make them an unreliable and unethical company. I urge you to share this experience to warn others about GIVA's fraudulent behavior.

I am disgusted by the disgraceful negligence and utter lack of professionalism from Giva regarding my order. I bought a ring in December 2023, which fell apart within a week. Despite countless assurances from your employee, Pooja, that a replacement was "en route, " I was blatantly lied to for three months. Eventually, I was told the ring was out of stock and promised a refund, which was then sent to an incorrect phone number. After seven months and numerous futile follow-ups with Anuj Choudari, there has been zero action. How can an esteemed platform like Giva operate with such blatant incompetence and disregard for its customers? Where is your integrity? Is this how you treat loyal customers? I demand immediate action, a correct refund, and compensation for this absurd ordeal. This level of service is beyond shameful and unacceptable.

Hi I bought a bracelet from Giva. This product is under 30 days return policy. As the size is not correct, I requested for replacement. But they are refusing to do so, telling that though it is under warrenty, this particular product cannot be replaced.... False promises...for the brand name, it is not acceptable...shame
