I am an incredibly frustrated, angry, and unhappy customer. I ordered 3 Kurtas from Cbazaar(with their buy 1 and get 2 free) and there were sooo many issues with what I received:
It took 4 months to actually receive the orders - I ordered back in June for a wedding in August. I received 2 by August, 1 of which I had to send back, and the third I received in October!
Their materials and quality are absolute shiiitte. Poorest quality of sewing, craftsmanship, and cloth.
The fitting is NOT AS ADVERTISED. You'll either get a garment thats too big, too small, too tight, or even unwearable. Literally, my pants are unwearable because the seat of them ride up my bum!
The worst customer experience - they don't respond for 24 hours, if they do they don't honor any returns or exchanges, and if you escalate and complain - you'll finally get a replacement after months! They also don't reimburse you for any shipping!
Many of the clothings I received had marks on them or extra strings attached or whatever. It's just plain bad.
This place is a scam. It's the worst website. Just pay a bit more and go somewhere else. DO NOT TRUST CBAZAAR!

Order was supposed to arrive prior to Diwali and it is close to 3 months now I never received my order, after requesting over 10times finally a tracking number was provided which seemed completely fake... requested refund for my close to $400 purchase and still Cbazaar is not willing to issue the refund. It’s one excuse after the other... 24hr to 48hrs response period has turned into weeks. It is one of the most frustrating online shopping experience I have ever encountered. Stay away from Cbazaar!!!
The product arrived in a bin bag and looked worse. The other outfit was poorly fitted and a rubbish style. My mother also purchased and regretted her choice. It looks good on image, but awful in person. Cbazaar's return policy takes off 25% and you have to pay for the return postage. Such cheap clothing - I can get better from the market.

First time I placed order with Cbazzar. When I placed order, they it had delivery date before Eid. I have not purchased any other attire coz I believed it will reach to me before that time. The outfit was for my daughter and she hardly wears Indian clothes apart from Eid. When I contacted cbazaar they said they have backlog due to covid. I understand. But given false dates on their website doesn’t add it. They did not inform me and iam here waiting for the clothes. When I asked for refund through PayPal they told me not to ever order from them again.
Very poor service. They emailed me saying it will be huge loss for them if I cancelled it ?????. It was only $174. Anyway, this was the first and last time I will order from them again.
1) Product with 1 day express shipping did not reach on-time even after 10 days.
2) Wrong size shipped and then hassle in returns, asking repeatedly for the 25% reduction in price which is not ethical.
3) Customer service is horrible.
Genuine review from recent experience. I ordered 2 outfits for my sister's wedding, and paid for Express delivery. The date of the delivery day passed and no items were delivered. I had no communications from Cbazaar. After 2 days passed, I contacted them to ask where the goods were. They stated that the goods were delayed and that they wouldn't arrive for at least another 3-5 working days. This would not serve the purpose of the outfits and so I asked for them to let me know if they are ready to ship. They weren't, but there was nothing they were prepared to do. I was INCREDIBLY disappointed with the lack of professionalism and their attitude towards the inconvenience they had caused. I spoke with a manager who stated that all her could do was refund the express delivery cost and 10% off the item. Give the item would have been delivered at least 2 weeks after it was due, I'd have expected more than this but they valued their own pocket more than their customer. Won't be buying again from them and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody else... especially if you want good clear communications from them.
My name is Kinjal Gulati from Australia.In march 2019 I ordered 4 suits online which costed me about$235. Waiting for couple of months, when contacted cbazaar to find when will my clothes be delivered, i was advised they are already delivered.
I work from Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm and sometimes 5:00pm too. There isnt anyway I reach home before 5:00pm. I live in a secured unit where no one gets access to. Can someone please explain how can I justify that they are claiming they have delivered the clothes.
As many times are I have approached cbazaar, i have always been dodged by excuses, making me feel really helpless as I physically cannot see anyone in person to explain.
I am really frustrated and upset about the fact that I was treated really badly by the customer service team.
I appeal to everyone not to buy from them as they only seem to worry about getting the money like any scammers would do and not bother about customer satisfaction.
This was my first time buying from cbazaar and it was very appaling.
I will never ever recommend anyone to use this online shopping platform to buy anything from cbazaar.
WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE.
I placed on order on 14th may(400042975), and the estimated delivery date was 20th may. But it has been more than 10 days delay and no response from the customer care team inspite of mailing them. All I get is they will revert in 24 hrs and it has been 5 days and no response from the team.
Worst experience ever and will not recommend cbazaar to anyone ever.
They also do not issue a refund amount, but give store credits which is again a hassle as they never deliver what they promise.
Highly disappointed with cbazaar.
AFTER 2MONTHS OF PLACING THE ORDER THESE SUMBAGS CANCELLED MY ORDER SAYING THE QUALITY WAS NOT GOOD, AND NOW WHEN YOU ASK FOR THE REFUND THEY EVEN DON'T REFUND IT IN FULL . THESE SCAMMERS LITERALLY ATE MY MONEY. I HAVE BEENA LONG TIME CUSTOMER WITH THESE IDIOTS BUT THEY DON'T APPRECIATE THEIR LONG TERM CUSTOMERS BUSINESS. I REGRET BEING THIER LONG TERM CUSTOMER AND WASTING MY MONEY ON THEIR CHEAP PRODUCTS.
The result is wayyyyy different from what you see on the pictures!
I ordered 2 front opened anarkalis, one of them was not even front-opened! the fabric is poor, the finition too, and the result is just awful.+ they don't refund you even when they say they do(after 1 month of discussion with their customer service!)
UPDATE: 7/9/18 - I received a refund for$100 and got to keep the item. Karan, the relationship manager was fabulous. We need more people in customer service like him. I am changing my review based SOLELY on my experience with Karan.

7/3/18They didn't deliver even close to promised date. I got it after the event and I ordered over 3 weeks ahead of time. 1 day to shipping I thought at max it would take 5 business days to get here. But nope, it took the entire 3 weeks and more. I had to run last minute and spend more money to buy something locally.
The product was of poor quality with stains on it. It still has tags on it. I'm out$173 for nothing.
I would give them a negative rating if I could. They sent me two pant suits - one I couldn't zip up and I had given them my correct measurements. The second was just pieces of fabric that were never sewn together. I ordered both pant suits for a wedding and the wedding has come and gone. Here is the email they sent me in regards to my request for a refund:
We would like to inform that all our products get shipped after a double quality check process and regret to see that it has surpassed in your order, Considering the cost and time involved in returning the product, we kindly request you retain the same by altering it locally and we will provide the alteration cost in the form of a store credit which can be used for your future purchase.

This is an unacceptable response. I've been patient and kindly requested a full refund and they tell me I need to get the pant suits altered locally and they will repay me in store credit. How is that a value to me? Not to mention, the wedding had already come and gone and I don't intend to wear the pant suits in the future.
I've also had several other friends who received pant suits they were unable to fit into. Cbazaar's quality is clearly inconsistent and their customer service is not professional. They don't seem to care about their customers.
I am not happy with the return policy of this site. They provide 5-10% of discount on most of the product, so that those products are not eligible for return. And most importantly, they provide store credits instead of money. That is called an exchange and not a return, so its high time that they should borrow a dictionary and understand the different between a return and an exchange. Will not purchase from this website ever again.
Hwl Friends, Cbazaar.com is an shopping website which is not very popular amoung us. Its facilities are not reliable in nature. You can order products like cloth, technical items etc.It provides late services.It can change the delivery timings in its conditions. Products quality are similar to other shoping website.It doesn't provided any unique item in its website.You can contact to its customers care they will response you if you have any problem regarding your buying. I will refer you to visit other side for shopping as compare to this shopping website. Thank You
Hey guys I am goutham and and I want to share my experience on this site crazy. Com. I have very bad experience with this site and don't want to order any product once again. The site mainly focus on their earnings and adds and not on the service to customers. I am very disappointed with the products I got from this. I have order a pair of shoes and got it last week. The worst part of the material is the quality is not good. I don't think the service of the shoes will be lasting longer. I have got cheated like this six months back on this site and this is the second time. So I don't prefer this once again. The service of the company to the customers is also very worst. The packaging of the products is also not satisfactory. From the date of ordering I have got the product after fifteen days. It is very delay and frustrating., I just don't like the website design also and not attractive. We can't trust the and the service. I don't recommend this. Thank you guys.
Chor bazar is same like c bazar. I take trouser and its not only colour math but also size matters. my trouser colour is ink blue but I take blue and its fabric is very cheep. I dont like dilevery date becuse its very delay.my friend also takeing one t shirt and same think with him I dont like this type of side for shopping I think goverment should take any option for it

Hero the job is permanent or not I cant say.the salary in a cbazaar.com is very less this is also a main reason to have a job in a cbazaar.com.
The service is extremely bad from this company and you can never trust them at any point. I personally ordered some items from their site during some off season discount sales and about a month ago and got the product only yesterday.
The packaging of the product is also horrible and you get the feeling that your product gets tempered at some point. Their customer service is also terrible and you often find them laying out some pathetic excuses about the problem but nothing concrete. Extremely disappointed!

This site is not trustworthy according to my experience.I ordered some stuff but the delivery time they take to deliver their product is very more. My friend also ordered a product by this website and again there was some kind of size problem with that product. So these are the two bad experiences with this site.
