Exposing a fraud in bookmyshow. A payment I made to bookmyshow was cancelled due to their fault, but they did not refund the money to me as promised. I provided them with a bank statement of three months from the date of payment. But the money has not yet been received by the bank.

Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve the issue with your customer service representative, Miloni, were unsuccessful. Rather than acknowledging and addressing my concern, I was informed that no further assistance could be provided.


As a valued customer, I expect a higher level of service and hospitality, particularly considering my long-standing loyalty to BookMyShow. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future.

Pathetic customer service from both agents and supervisors. Spoke to 2 agents no resolution provided. I had booked tickets the payment got declined and money got deducted, when asked to refund to BMS cash wallet.They simply denied.Spoke to supervisor after having hard time from the agent Muskan. But no help, no compensation provided. Lack of understanding between the agents and supervisors. Lack of training provided to the agents.When we select option 1 to speak in English they start in Hindi.Agents are very rude on a recorded call Muskan agent had an odasity to be rude and that accepting that she has authority to be rude. Her English grammar is so poor, that she could not relate to the word Definitely. Book My Show agents are not trained and given proper training and this to devastating.The supervisor instead of compensating me something better or offering me vouchers, he provided me resolution of only 250 offer to be added to my BMS after wasting my 3 hrs on call

Book my show remains my first choice untill and unless they become ticketing partner to mass events. Its amazing how irctc has still better load performance than Bms. Firstly, they enable the ticketing 30 mins late and on the top of that, and probably use a reverse queue, to end up last ones to enter the queue on the top of the queue. The coldplay frenzy will somehow affect its footfall for uocoming mass events. I dont recommend trusting BMS for mass events.

Ragava theatre, Chittoor-Staff here are rowdies, there behavior towards customers are so rude, also they will not switch on fans unless, we ask. It seems they want to save electricity and cost. The theater is very ugly from inside, bad smell, dusty, rats, and suffocation. However sound and theatre experience is good. Alone and with friends, you can go. Try restricting going with families and don't go with kids, they will die in suffocation. Bookmyshow is showing fake ratings, and follows no feedback system. Whenever try to submit feedback, showing error.


3rd rate booking site

From being a brilliant booking site the app is now riddled with issues from overcharging tickets which is more tha the advertised price to double booking for a single site to providing refund vouchers which cannot be used even on the site.


Book my show will lose.out to Zomato and PayTM with such crappy service.


Hamley's Play at Mall of Asia advertises ticket price as 250 for kids and 350 for adults. When you proceed to booking the charge is 800 with no differentiation between adult and kid. The description of the venue says compact and superb but it fails to mention that any child above 4 will find all the equipment unusable because it is.too short.


For Kaifi Aur Mai play with Shabana Azmi.the site had allowed double booking causing confusion and delaying start of play.

I write my disappointed experience with book my show last Friday I booked tickets stree 2 movie but I choose wrong date and book tickets but I contact to customer support for cancelation my ticket no any option on this website my ticket was not canceled and my money was not refund after few day's I contact customer service for same problem he told me only 40% payment you received I am very disappointed I never take his service again and not recommended to everyone its provide very poor service and this is not user friendly interface

I would like to write review about customer support nishita &. One more customer executive i have booked 2 tickets by mistake i had selected wrong date i have not asked for cancellation. Only asked next day to exchange they didn't refund they gave only 40 % when am trying to reach customer care from past. 15mins nobody was responding when I'm chatting with that brainless lady i asked her to call back in live chat she didn't respond after that saying before 20min if you are. cancelling then 60. Percentage will be. Deducted ..these. People only notresponding... .i request. Don't eat others hard money just like that. .. useless people who don't even respond on time instead of that blaming customer ..help center there is not use simply they will keep useless staff

I attempted to book tickets for the cricket final, but I did not receive any confirmation of my booking. Trusting your service, I went to the theatre, only to be informed by the manager that there was no booking made under my number.


This incident caused a significant inconvenience for me. Had it not been for the importance of the cricket final, I might not have pursued the matter further. However, upon researching, I discovered that this seems to be a recurring issue with your service. It appears that many customers have faced similar problems(as indicated by various online sources), which is concerning.


I believe it is crucial for a platform like yours to maintain transparency and reliability. Disappointing Experience with BookMyShow - Refund

I am writing to share my disappointing experience with BookMyShow regarding a recent event booking. I believe it is important to highlight my experience to inform others and to hopefully encourage better customer service practices.


I booked a show with BookMyShow for a specific date and confirmed the details with their customer care team the day before the event. During this conversation, I specifically inquired about the inclusion of rain dance or foam dance, and I was assured that everything mentioned in the event description would be included. I was also informed that if these elements were missing, I would be eligible for a full refund.


However, upon attending the event, I discovered that these promised features were not provided as agreed. This discrepancy has caused me significant inconvenience and disappointment.


I reached out to BookMyShow's customer care team multiple times via email, providing evidence of my agreement with their representative regarding the refund. Despite my efforts, I have not received a satisfactory response. It has been 22 days since my last contact with the customer care team and 10 days since my email to their grievance officer, with no resolution in sight.


I have also attempted to escalate the matter to their nodal officer, Mr. Kapil Kirti, but have yet to receive a response. I find this lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction unacceptable.


I have attached screenshots of my email communications with BookMyShow to this review so that others can see the efforts I have made to resolve this issue.


I hope that by sharing my experience, others can make informed decisions when choosing to book events through BookMyShow. I urge BookMyShow to address this issue promptly and improve their customer service practices to avoid similar incidents in the future.
