Hi,
I had placed an order with archies for a wedding card which needed to be delivered on 2-07-2018.
I had placed the order on 28-06- 2018 and waited assuming that it might get delivered on time.
I didn't get any update from them until 4-07-2018 and hence decided to check online for the status and it said order confirmed.
so I called the customer care and the guys tells me that the card I have ordered is out of stock.
What I fail to understand is when the card goes out of stock how hard is it to mail the customer and ask for a replacement .
The customer care officer didnt have an answer and told me abt the replacement card and just hung up.
Hence I called back again, this time a lady picks and she says now the card is back gain in stock.
suprised me.(how can it come back in stock so soon)
I asked he how long will it take to deliver and she tells me it take another 2 -3 days.
when I started questioning her whats the point in sending a card after the wedding is over she says sorry for the inconvenience and hangs up
The worst service I have ever seen.
