Every time I reach out, the only response I get is please be patient but there is no action, no accountability, and no solution. From customer care to management, the team has shown nothing but negligence, incompetence, and zero respect for customers.

Had a very bad quality experience after wearing the Adidas shoes. The fitting was so uncomfortable that it hurt on the skin. The foot started paining severely. Definitely imo it was waste of lot of money to spend on this purchase. The experience was so bad that it will keep me away from purchasing next pair of Adidas shoes. My experience is worst. I purchased shoes from adidas online two months back but the size was not correct so I returned the shoes and requested for refund of money. From that day to till date adidas has not refunded my money. I have been giving my account details again and again but there is no response at all. My 4000 Rupees are stuck so I simply rate them 0 as it is really shameful for the adidas team for such an irresponsible act.

I had initiated a returns of the above order online, however the pick up service provider cancelled the pick up without any prior intimation. Following the cancelled pick up I have called the customer service couple of times to reinitiate the returns however even after 15 days, the return has not been completed and when I requested to speak to the supervisor, the customer service agent, Vinay, refused to transfer the call.

It has been a very poor and frustrating experience to deal with returns and refunds with Adidas India.

Adidas shoe Swerve CH7721 is of worst quality. Sole has got separated from shoe in one month time. Shoe model seems to have been introduced in CSD defence canteens to consume stock. Never going to buy Adidas again.
