I have placed order on 22th July 2014, more than 1 month still no update, no product delivery, 3 times given request for refund. No answer. one of the worst online store on the net.

My strong opinion is please do not purchase anything from this site. When I talked to their customer care(all the 3 times), they will refund the amount tomorrow, so we never reach that tomorrow.

I bought an E-Table Portable Foldable Laptop Table from 24sevenindia.com in the last week of July. I paid the Rs 799 in advance. But till date, I have not received the table.

I have been calling them up every two days and get the same response that they have not yet received the table from the supplier. Sometimes they vary the response by saying that the table is being packed right now and will be sent by courier the next day.

In my opinion the company is a scam. They take your money and then you can forget the goods you ordered. Please dont make the mistake I did by ordering from them. If 24seveindia.com were a genuine company then they would have the facility of cash on delivery.

Bought a 10W LED Cool White Bulb from https://24sevenindia.com. Order 49962 dated 22/03/2014. Delivery was a bit slow - delivery on 29-Mar-14 through DTDC. The item arrived in a good condition, reasonably well packed. The disappointment started with the bulb conking off within about 10 days time. When I go back to the site and try to rate the product it does not allow me to do that. So now I have no option but to reflect the rating on the company itself. Of course I have also written to them about my disappointment.

I have no energy to follow up with them through their helpline number which is Delhi based and throw some good money and effort behind the bad money already lost because I am not interested in sending the item back and get a new one!

Bought three (3) pieces of multipurpose steam vaporizer vapor humidifier for wellness Nano Steamer as I needed .

Got the three pieces as in good packing. Issue started after unpacking them.

Of the three pieces received:

1st item had some issue and is not getting switched on.

2nd item had come without a plug connector.

3rd item was working when I checked first and perhaps the last time.

My MCB got tripped when I tried to use it for second time.

Hats off to 24sevenitem portal who provide cheap items at cheap rate. You should blame yourself for buying there and not the portal. :-).

When contacted the customer care for the first two defects, they asked me to get it repaired on condition that they will pay the amount or send it back through courier.

When I got it repaired they were ready to pay 80% of the charged incurred on payment (I quoted Rs.125 for repairs and they are ready to pay Rs 100). And that too in the coupon form where I need to buy a item from them again.

I think I should be MAD in doing so. So please don't go for 24sevenindia. If you are a member, please unsubscribe now.

I have purchased a product with the order no .Order ID: 32372. Date Ordered: 19/11/2013. (5 Function multi functional Spray Gun with 7 mtr flexible cord).

After receiving the product when I try to connect, the proper accessories are not delivered in turn I could not connect and use the product as specified online.

Just don't buy the things without seeing, if so, do at your risk.

Date Added: 14/06/2013. Not shipped till date. Customer helpline executive seems like sleeping on call. Will not shop now onward. Go to hell you guys.

I haven't used it yet but some of the products on 24sevenIndia.com looks useful and cheap. Looking forward to see how their service is, will update the review to let you people know.

Had been looking for website where I could get all the poker accessories.

I am a big fan of poker and we regularly host poker parties at out place.

While browsing around, I came across 24sevenindia.com where they were selling all

poker accessories including - Poker chips, Poker sets, poker playing cards and also the folding poker table top, that

I had been looking for, for a very long time.

I bought the poker chips in the first order, just to check how is their quality of product and customer service and shipping charges.

I received the product within 2 days. and was very impressed with the quality of the product at such a low price.

Then I decided to go for the folding poker table top, and received that in 3 days. the shipping was a little high, but overall it turned out to be cheaper

compared to ll the other poker websites

Have recommended my friends too, to get all their poker products from 24sevenindia.

And I am sure all the other products they have are also amazing.
