We have exprience very bad behaviour of the guy in.the shop who are saying his name bipin kumar. Im requesting to 24/7 please improve your behaviour towards to your customer.and regulate your employes.

Today I went for interview.

They r 3 rounds it seem's.

for 1 round is written test in the test they have given 3 words Have been, Pleasure, Measure, for this words write the sentence they have told us but they rejected 30 members out of 40 they have taken 10 members for 2 round.HR People r not good here we have lot of hopes and coming for interview some freshers r coming they feel nervous but 24 7 people r behaving rudely.

So yeah if you are looking ford secure BPO to work for given the understanding the wages compare to the workload is very less compare to many other firms its a good place to enter. I will recommend it for fresher to make a start of there carrier at 24/7 as it is one of the largest MNC in india that you can work for with minimum qualification, it adds a great value in your resume.

The management is pretty vastly distributed with many department which looks very professional but its lengthy too. So yeah to sum up I joined here as fresher I did stick for a while then I took my release letter and got out of there got much better opp after that.

Hi Im here to talk about this company called [24]7 today. Its not a great place for employees to work for because first of all the salary is not that good and recruitment procedure does happen properly and there is no botherance for new candidates , these hr team is lazy and dies not work. Interviews are conducted very late as per thier own time. After a great struggle you finally get through the interview and join the company the training is pathetic and too much of download about process its like you need to learn whole process in a single day , preassurising training session. I suggest do not join this company.

Why the hell the FOOD in the cafeteria is so Bad. Just 5 minutes walk Andra Mess and Karnataka Mess is there and they provide 10 times better food than the Cafeteria food.

If u lucky you get rat in chicken briyani. U must check out the sambar from veg counter.

This company pays good which the only good part apart from the regular working hours they force us to do extra time on weekly offs without even giving an option for the employees which I think is not fair.

Good company, good environment but fake team leaders & managers. Nobody can be permanent in this company. If you want to be permanent they will try to remove you by doing whatever they can. No one takes any responsibility. The team leaders to blame it on employees. one person works hard, but the credit goes to others. Much partiality is done.

My suggestion all team leaders and managers should be removed and new efficient person should join the company for improvement. all employees will feel more suffocation to work by over pressure given by team leaders so most of them leave the job. Because of this reason more person is hired day by day.
