I have been a customer of one broadband since last 2 years and it has been the most worst experience for me to be the customer of one broadband.
My internet connection was gone in the evening 6:00 p.m. and I tried reaching one broadband service centre from 6:00 p.m. till the next day evening 8:00 p.m. and the continuous reply which I was getting was.. "all technician will reach you as soon as possible".. but no one came to resolve my issue and also the service centre did not satisfied me at all. I was continuously telling these guys that please resolve my issue because all my office works are on pending but still the only reply I was getting that the issue would be solved within 24 HOURS. And this is not the first time they have done this.. for this 4 to 5 times I have faced the same problem and the only reply which I was getting was SOLVED WITHIN 24 HOURS but it takes more than 24 hours like literally 25 hours as the way but still my issue doesn't gets resolved
I would highly highly recommend you guys to NOT to be a customer of this one broadband. You can definitely go for a new of the other Wi-Fi company but please don't be a partner or a customer of one broadband please please. it's a kind request from my side

Never go for the trap and buy a connection from OneBroadband. I am the user from Charkop sector 1, worst ever experience with One Broadband. I have wasted my money for almost 2 years on pre paid and now I want to close my account and get refund for the same due to poor connection and frequent disconnection issue since a year and no solution. Internet won't even work for 30 min continously and now fed up with complaints and followups with the team with no resolution.

Idiots dont know how to resolve problems. Pathetic service please look for other options total waste of money

It's been more than 7 years I am using this broadband. Before lockdown it was better. It use to drop some time but they do fix the issue in time. But they don't use to help us or provide any support at night. If you're connection goes down then it remains down till morning when they open their office. Till today you will not get night support from them. But now they said they have ups backup so it doesn't goes often. You are not allowed to call them at night, only text them. Said by isp owner himself who sits in office. After lock down connection goes very slow that it's unusable. And they do take a lot of time to fix this. They will not answer your call if you call right now when they are busy fixing this issue. So you have to text them and they do sometimes acknowledge your text that they are working on it. Keeping all this in mind I will say that the service they are provided at this package is good. Because they are the only 1 who gives this much of speed at this price which is great and there is no hidden charges too. So far I managed to WFH with this broadband so hope you will be able too. And they do send engineer at your home if you complaint which in most cases it's useless because mostly the problem are at their end and they do fix it from there end 1st and then comes to your home to check. Sending free engineer at your home when required is an advantage to you if you are not tech savy.
Pros: cheap price, good server up time during day, free engineer at home for help. & Manageable for WFH at this price.
Cons: sometimes v.slow that it's unusable, long fixing time. No night support.
They helped me solve my issue within mins and they talked to us kindly. It was a good customer service.

I am using this service for 5 years but in a year the kind of service now they are providing is worst they have now ample amount of customer so that dont have complaints seriously and dont resolve the issue.
I had been facing issue from 4 days and my internet is completely down but when I call them to make a complaint they tell me you will get call back but no reply and issue still persist rather they I would tell you to go with other service provider and not 1n1
I had opted one and one broadband just because there was no other service provider in Hiranandani meadows. They are very punctual in installing and collecting the money that too everything is upfront. After installation I found out that the service is 20 MBpS only in the room of installation in other rooms there is no service even if it is a good router. I have been requesting them first shifting in the change of location of the router since the morning but these guys horrible and made me wait the entire day for sending the engineer. There is a coordination required between the Electrician and engineer and they will tell us to bring the Electrician and keep ready how can we bring the Electrician and keep ready indefinitely invite for the engineer to come. A complete nonsensical approach to the customer. They don't have a hierarchy to escalate the matters and they don't give the numbers of their seniors. Please don't go for this connection unless and until you have an installation requirement of the same room. I am wedded to them for one year yes I have taken a one-year option and cannot change the service provider in between. Think hundred times before taking this connection
I want to share about this broadband service. I am using this broadband service in my home last one year. I was happy with this broadband connection. This broadband price is not much and its speed and service both are good. This company service is very good but I disappoint with the network connection. Its network is very poor and creates problem in every biweekly.
If you want to use this service, please follow few points.
Check it service in your area and chose the good plan.
Keep all customer care number.
The 1and1 broadband is worst network, using this network is a worst internet speed and few times faster many time slow speed connection I geting in a 1mbps speed many times worst network, Customer care was also not quick to respond to issues always said problem in tower and never fixed that problem I suppose.So I decided to give 1and1 Broadband a try and I must say, it is a solid option if you are living in thane west.They provide connection from HNS 5net, Pacenet and indigital.I wanted to buy 5net but at that time I read some posts on this website saying pings were high and youtube problems , hub not working sometimes caching problem etc.So I went for HNS.The plan I am subscribed to is 1Mbps 2Mbps unlimited with no FUP or any other non sense speed throttle.this network is not service is support is worst network
