Konica Minolta Pagepro 1580MF Multifunction Printer

KonicaMinolta is a bad product waste product durability more consumption of more power high electricity bill I face too problems to handle this product more difficult to use and maintain this product. Paper will struck repeatedly. It's not come easily. Visabulty of image less clarity. I face too much of problems using this printer. I'm not satisfied this product. It is a waste product I think better don't buy. Please it is too irritating . So please don't buy this printer Iam suffer lot using this printer so plz buy another product it is better.

I purchased Konica Minolta 1580 MF printer. It was good till about 1 year 9 months. Then some problem arose. We tried to reach the customer service with great difficulty, They asked us over phone to deposit Rs. 450+ 18% GST. Then they will respond. I confirmed over phone for same. They informed that email will be sent from head office with amount and bank account number. And the email came 2 days later with asking to deposit somewhere over Rs. 700+18% GST. For which I emailed for discrepancy in amounts. There is no response. Later over phone I tried to check with customer service, They tell it is RS. 450 and tax. And without any service person visiting or giving information about the service person, how can a company ask to deposit amount in their bank account? And why is there discrepancy in amounts over phone and email? Hope there is a reasonable answer and service from this company.
