THis error comes sometimes because of your OS. NOt to worry it is normal error. Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on.

Error 20 massage show some problem indicates interior hardware damage. If you install new parts and supplies that time occur this error. If installation not done completely and part already worn out.

The error also come when some parts are not install properly or the part is very warm without any cause and need to be replaced. For eq if you replace a ink cartridge or image drum unit check that it is installed properly otherwise it show error.
