I want to share horrific online shopping experience with you all. A few days back, I bought a printer model name: Epson L565 from Amazon India. I received? my product on 8/5/2019 and got it installed by the service center #corecomputers from a guy named Sumit on 10-05-2019.
From the next month onwards, I started facing problems and issues with the printer.
Every time I called for support, the service center took 3-4 days to fix the problem.
For power issues #servicecenter took 15 days to repair, the engineer replied saying it is because of power fluctuation. So I checked? my all switches from a professional electrician, and I found that everything was fine.
Still, for safety concerns, I bought Stabilizer, especially for the printer.
Just After two days, the printer was dead it didn't work at all and the same issue occurred. I tried to contact customer service Epson but I was not getting any good response or resolution from them. After doing some research I got contact no of #Ramasundaram who is the head of Epson Mumbai. So I discuss my printer issues with him, so he suggested me to change the part again. I was already fed up with this kind of service and suffered huge monetary loses? in my business. So I warned? him that it was the last time I will accept to change the part, and next time I want a replacement. Then the problem was solved on 21/8/2019. Due to horrific experience, The next day the printer was dead again with the same issue. I called Mr. #Ramasundaram and told him about this. He ensured me to send an engineer to check what is the issue. After four days on 1/10/2019, an engineer came to check my switch voltage, stabilizer voltage, and printer. He did not find any issue in the switch or stabilizer, he told me that we will give me a call back after two days. I did not receive any call from them. Already tired, I called them, they replied me to mail all my issue reports to the head of the department #ramasundaram. Since I had already spoken to Ramasundaram, I tried to reach him.but he did not pick up my call, So I send him a text msg and I receive this kind of reply which is attached. After some time I received? a call from him, again he told me to change the part so I denied this service. I told him that "If in the warranty period within three months I face these problems five times and my printer was not working for a month then after the warranty ends I have to bear huge expenses against this printer". I will not bear this again and again.
I am highly disappointed and frustrated with this kind of pathetic service from Epson and the unprofessional behavior. Customer service and satisfaction are the least to expect from Epson
I need compensation for my loss of time and money.
