Brother PT 9700PC Single Function Printer

I buyied brother printer after the recommendation of the shopkeeper from which I had buyied it but this was not as I was expected. Even it did't worked well for six months from buying. The prints was not comming so well and the heater rod was also of very low quality. The printing quality of the printer is not so well. Even this printer can't printed 10000 copies for me. The user experience was also very bad and customer service is the worst. Do not buy this printer

today I am sharing my personal review about this product. as I am using it from last 2 months. but main thing is that I was disappointed with this product because of printing speed, its printing speed is the worst thing in this product. paper handling is somewhat good but not best in this range. it is not user friendly product. but its service is good compare to other products. other features like consumption of electricity is better.

Brother is a growing brand in the field of printers.

But I have experienced very badly with this printer. Firstly, I hated this because of it's small size, which does not allows me to print big documents. I found that it's outer body material is of cheap quality and can be broken easily. I also fiund that issue the ink many times in summer ink got dry and printing is not good.

So I have keep them wet by adding some water from outside. I purchased it to do for printing approximately 40 pages daily but it takes too much time because it does printing manually not automatically. It's printing speed is average and sometimes it hangs and stopped at the stage of printing. I also contacted customer care but always got busy tone. Printing with this printer is too difficult because after printinh I have to wait 10-15 second for the ink to be dry on paper otherwise it is spreaded on paper.
