The phone has good quality camera, good speed in terms of RAM and also the charge remains for a long time. Though it tends to hit after net browsing. For gaming, it prones to hang sooner for the games like PUBG, COD etc. The included headphone got out of the business soon. So, I had to buy one after one month

I am using this products this is best preform best battery and I am playing games also but then the screen was little small but the phone is like a proof of playing his is a fulling fun phone I play, chat, toke with friends

also three things in a row I never forget his performance for playing games, battery and taking little electric?? for chargeing I have fun with its but mistake is that went I am playing games phone will stop working close for 2, 3 sec for playing I use many things like social media games ect this phone good fir every single thing

Design

Attractive, well-built, modern looking design, similar to the Redmi 8/8A, especially from the front(thought it's not quite as slick as the Redmi Note 8 Pro)

Good looking mirrored gradient finish at the back

Decent ergonomics - reaching all corners with one thumb isn't too difficult

Fingerprint and face recognition are both quick

The chin is on the thick side, and includes the Redmi brand logo

Significant camera bump

Like all glossy backs, it would be a challenge to keep this finish free of smudges and fingerprints(thankfully there is a cover that's included in the box)

The volume buttons are a bit high, and not super easy to reach

Display

Good Full-HD+ 6.3 inches screen - it's crisp and bright

Software

MIUI is one of the more refined, smooth, and feature-rich custom Android UIs around

It continues to pack a lot of preloaded bloatware though, and spammy notifications and ads(which can be disabled, but it's not the simplest process)

Performance

Good, solid performance powered by the Snapdragon 665 - day-to-day use and gameplay are both smooth

Gaming performance is not as good as 2 key competitors however - the Realme 5 and Vivo U10(that pack the same processor), due to the higher resolution display, which puts more strain on the GPU

Camera

Very good overall camera performance, for the price bracket(arguably the best at this price)

The rear setup includes a quad-camera setup(very similar to the Realme 5) - a 48-megapixel primary camera+ 8-megapixel wide-angle camera+ 2-megapixel macro camera+ 2-megapixel depth sensor

The primary 48-megapixel camera on the Redmi Note 8 gives crisp, bright shots with very good detail - especially, close ups came out looking great

Portrait mode is very good, as well

Decent 13MP selfie camera, especially during daylight

The wide-angle and macro cameras, while giving you some interesting framing options, are average in quality

Low light performance is average, as expected

Audio

Xiaomi has done a good job with the single speaker - voices in audio/music came out crisp and distinct

Battery

Good battery life with a 4000mAh battery - you will get about 1.5 days of moderate use

18W fast charging support(and an 18W charger is included) - the phones goes from zero to 37 percent in half an hour, and 81 percent in one hour

Verdict

The Redmi Note 8 is another good budget choice from Xiaomi - you get enough power for everyday tasks, a strong battery, and a crisp screen - the cameras are also good in favourable conditions - the overall package is excellent value

Redmi note 8 is the most selling android phone of the year . It's 48 MP quad camera array take quite pretty picture even in low light . It Also supports 18 watt fast charging to charge massive 4000mah battery, but also It heats up a little bit while charging . Otherwise it's best phone under INR 12000. It give premium feel in hand due to its gorrila glass 5 biuild .

There have so many mobile phones which we buy by the online like Flipkart, Amazon and in the shop. But redmi note 8, 4GB ram is the best phone according me because I am using redmi note 8 4GB ram for 3 years. Most of the mobile phones I have used but I have not seen like redmi note 8 4GB RAM mobile phone. This mobiles gaming performance best I like most for the gaming performance and it's camera also best, size of display also looks excellent, audio and video base is best than other mobiles, for battery performance also best this mobile. If you want to buy any mobile phone I will recommend you that you buy this mobile phone because this mobile phones every quality is the excellent.

Hello. I have brought this mobile from amazon before 6 month. Everything was good at starting. But after a period of heavy usage the mobile lags too much. There us a heating issue which goes to 45 to 47 degree celcius in normal usage of any social media app. The charging is also not good.

The sound is average as compared to other movile in this price range. There is no stereo speaker.

The style and design is good but could ve more better. The colour in the backside got scretches.

The note 8 runs on miui with irritating ads. App recommendation is also irritating.

The looks and feel is good and a bit premium too. The device is slim.

Its definitely not a value for money mobile at this price range the camera is not good. You would find many other device with great camera.

Atlast I would say dont go with note 8

I bought a redmi note 8 mobile on aug 2 2020 through amazon. From the day I got the mobile it had some issues and it didnt show for a week. Again after a few days the phone started to work automatically, seeing this I enquired the costumer service and asked for a replacement of the product they told me it cant be replaced after a week. So I went to the service centre to get it repaired. The first time I went there, they installed a new software and said me the problem wont show up most likely, but it did. The second time I went they told it was an issue with the screen seeing the video I captured of the phone's issue. They told me that they would replace the screen and give me within a week. Later when i've taken back my phone it showed the same issue in the night of the same day.

Seeing this I called to the costumer care again and they raised a complaint. They told me I would get a call within three days but I received after 5 days . As I spoke to the service member again he told me to visit the same store again.

The store is 20km away from where I reside, they aren't giving me any clarity about that the phone would work fine after repair.

I suggest Remdi team to take a serious action against this and provide me the service I require.

I am also the remi note 8 user I bought this phone last month this phone is very good but there is some bugs also if I add a game to game boost and after some time when I open the game the side apps doesn't opens and there is also one major problem in this phone the miui 12 update doesn't launches and in the all other phones of redmi miui 12 update available so I hope redmi company solve this issue so this will run smoothly and there is many better things also its battrry backup, its charging speed, its graphics etc.

I bought this phone in January 2020.. Till now phone has been lagging it works very smooth till 2 to 3 months but then it starts hanging..It is shown there that the space is 64gb but actually it is less than 60 gb.. Camera quality is good .. battery is ok...phone is bulky...as compared to other phones..BUT IN THIS RANGE PHONE IS NICE...U can go for it if u have the budget of 10 to 12k..in this range phone is good
