It's a good mobile but Customer service is very poor. My mobile automatically off within 30 days. Than I am going to service centre three time but all time they reject it and say it is problem releted to motherboard and you pay charge for it. At last I am going to a local service provider shop and he start my mobile whitin 10 minutes by software update in only 100 rs.

Hello everyone, the model of Xiaomi Redmi 2 is much good with comparison of other phone.its a 4G phone update by VoLTE supoted.its 4.7 inch HD IPS display( 1280×720) .it's Snapdragon 410quad-core processor , this processor mostly found in Xiaomi products .it's 8mp BSi camera and 2mp front camera, duel sim phone , 1GB ram and supports 4G/3G/2G network . 8GB internal phone memory and 32 GB external microSD card supported. redmi 2 found in color gray and wheit .it's nice phone I also using this phone it's realy nice . We purchased it on online shopping sites , and the price is it's very low 6000 only , it's best product

I think that xiomi is a developing company but it should keep its customers satified.me.no doubt that it gives awesome specification for its phone with a affordable price.but at the same time they should keep their service center open at every corner of the nation .i buyed xiomi redmi 2 three months before but from last month my batter started draining within 15-20 minutes of use.when I took my phone to the service center they guys told me that it is my mistake and blamed me thet I charge the phone unappropriately .moreover my phone is in warranty period and it is manufacturing defect still they guys are asking me for money and blaming me for the mischief.TOTTALY UNAACEPTABLE

I am not satisfying with this phone result because it as many problem battery performance was not up to mark ad it has 2 gb ram 16 gb internal memory 5 mp front camera and 8 mega pixcle and it come in two colour white and dark grey this mobile has hang many time it cannot coustor care problem and they also have many disadvantage this phone is dual SIM and sound quality is not good . Costumer care service also not support any damage . 7000 is also waste of money to buy this phone

XIAOMI REDMI 2 is a decent phone having a processor quadcore 1.2ghz cpu with a operating system of andriod version v4.4.4 kitkat.with a ram of 1 gega bytes it has sometimes hanging issues.it has an internal memory of 8 gega bytes which is used to store data and files.it has a decent camera which can save good quality pictures and recording.battery backup of this redmi smart phone lasts about 7-9 hours.the looks of the phone is awesome .and the sound quality of the phone is superp. with good buildup speakers .at this price of about 7k this is an average decent phone.i give 4 stars rating out of 5.i have return this review with complete honesty hope it helped you thanks.

Worst phone please friends don't buy mi phones they can't repair my phone even though my warranty has around 7 months but they reject my phone fake worst China products warranty is also not responsive.please not buy mi phones friends please money waste.customer care just keeps on closing the status of complaints not even bothered whether customer is satisfied or not and if you email to the support team they will keep on explaining you about their clauses and ploicies in short there is no help after you buy the product.

This mobile has poor in this cost of 7000. This hang many times . Its battery backup not good. Camera quality is very poor becouse of 8mp rear camera. It is not for mulitasking it hang and have heating problems also. Its picture quality is not very good becouse of 4inch screen. In this price this phone is waste of money.

camera quality us also good it has 8 megapixel back and 2 megapixel front camera

under this price of 6000 it is best mobile .it is value for money mobile

I am using Redmi 2 since last 6 months & is performing very well.

Awesome device under 6k.

Very durable & easy to use user interface.

If u r looking for phone under 6k then go for it.

Pros:

1. Fast enough for most purposes.

1. The front camera somehow lightens the skin color. Which is I guess to please our asian racist mentality. Hate that, but you may as well like it.

I have used HTC desire, LUMIA 525, 520 but I like it most because of it's camera and all.

there was written in all mobile but Redmi 2 Actually gives u wht u want.

IT didn't hang yet or never stop due to any problem.

I am tell you I am also a application lover like you guys, and I keep ton of application in my phone.

so totaly worthy phone in REASONABLE PRICE. SO DO NOT THINK if your budget is not so good.

Xiomi redmi 2 is a great smart phone as we see it's price. well its camera is good , sound quality is not bad, but it may show some charging problem, it overheating while using multiple app . You will get regular updates also.

As you know mi is growing faster than other companies si that you can get service from it's mi care opened at all over the country.over all you will love it??????

Its a nice have excellent features, square look, good camera and outstanding battery backup. The main attaraction of this phone is camera and price. Both are excellent.

I plays games, listens music, take photos and also surf internet. Everything goes smooth in redmi 2. It do not get heat up very early. It also has the 4g support in it and internet works fine. MIUI is very attractive and themes and wallpapers of phone is very impreesive.

I bought before 1 year and 2-3 month ago this phone. because this is own time mid range best 4G smartphone ! I buy this aug-sep /2015 because this time ony airtel have 4G service and I excited to use 4G net and speed so, I bought this ! and other featured 4G handset is below to 10000rs up ! and one more exciting feature in this phone, mostly 4G phone have only 4G connectivity not volte support ! same as redmi 2 prime in 2015 in miui7 only 4G connectivity not have volte feature but early xiomi give us to miui7 update miui8 and after update miui8 MI company add this volte feature in all own redmi device ! so I am very happy to MI team and I like MI device because every time Mi team support to own users ! and add new features in Mi devices !

this phone is comfort to any person 4.7 inch best size of screen ! and 2250 mh battery if you continues use net and playing game watch youtube etc so 4 hours battery backup and if you use normaly many time use whatsapp facebook etc . and always on data so battery backup is morning to night normaly ! without charging in day.! light phone and take perfect selfie with 5 MP camera batter then micromax intex and lava 5MP cameras ! back camera is 8MP and take perfect clear pics.! loud speaker sound is very better sound like samsung mobile sound ! and if you use sony mobile handsfree in this mobile so its magical sound !

guys its own experiance to using this mobile everything is better in yhis mobile but I miss only and only fingerprint sensor but everything is better ! in this range mobile !

everything better but sometime earpeace sensor not working during call ! but this problem is come to after 7-8 months to buying date ! hope you can't face this fault !

as soon as I buying next Mi device Mi5s if this set come in india ! and I very impressed to Mi team ! I many time go to najafgarh MI SERVICE CENTER I very like service ! one time I changed my data cable in warranty and many time software updating !

Bought this phone three month earlier, it was on MIUI 6 and running better but to use VoLTE feature I updated it to the MIUI 8 from official website but after that it started lagging too much, this is not I wanted after an update. camera, facebook, minimizing an app, dialing a number, even sometimes unlocking the phone takes too much time and says just a sec.

I tried all the methods to speed it up, cleaning cache, single task, removed unused apps, performed reset but it stays lagged.

don't buy the 1 GB addition by the way 2GB addition is too good.

I must say one of the best android phone for only 6000-7000 rupees. People whose budget is this can buy this phone. It's full worth and what a lovely phone it is. Very nice specification. It's camera is really very very good. Back camera 8 mp and front camera 2 mp and RAM is also very good ( 1Gb) . Redmi 2 is also very light weight as compared to their other models and it's quite easy to operate. We get 8 GB internal memory and we get huge screen of 4'7 inch. So I must suggest people to buy Redmi 2 those budget is around 6k to 7k.
