Wham W24 Reviews

People please be careful when you go to buy these cheap phones. They are very poor in quality and after sales services. I have purchased one Wham phone from Sangeeta shop, SR Nagar, Hyderabad on June 7, 2015(cost was Rs 1350). Within 1 month, the charger gone and I have gone to the service centre located in Punjagutta(cellular care center).

He said to give the charger and come after 20 days. Then I asked how can we use the phone for 20 days. But that guy was so bad in behaviour and so I have suffered a lot. And after 1 month again on yesterday 5th August, the display of the phone was not working properly.

When I went to the service centre again today, he said this is by physical damage and you need to pay Rs 750 for this. I told him there is not any physical damage and the phone looks fine in outside, only inside screen is not working. But he did not listen any thing. I went to Sangeeta Shop and they are telling to go to another service centre. They are not talking this person in the service centre, This Phone does not have their own service centre and all the listed service centres are third party people. And they will not listen to your problem.

I have purchased the phone in just 2 months ago, and I lost Rs 1350. I can not use the phone now as display gone and can not repair it as they are charging Rs 750 for this. If I would have invested Rs 2000 at that time, I could have bought Nokia or Samsung or Micromax. I have been cheated by this Sangeeta shops and Wham phones.

I used Nokia basic phones, Motorola basic phones and now Whan 23s and W24.Will not say this is a great product but it certainly is not bad. It's pocket friendly as well.Its easy to use phone like our Nokia 100's and 1000's series...

Cons:

1) Contacts cannot be arranged in alpha order ( at least I could not find it)

2) Without memory card you cannot store many audio tunes. They are limited.

Pros:

1) Price at 1K - 2K which is so good

2) Battery is decent. It comes for 2 days for me...If I do not talk at all then at least 1 Week without charging.
