Hello friends my name is any help I want to review and advise related to this phone that was so important if you want to buy this phone my advice to view of that please don't buy this phone because the service centre are not available in the locality they are so far where you can't reach easily such as Noida the lyf you are living in the city is like Hissar Bhiwani there was not a single service centre available so I need to tell you that please don't buy this phone because it has very poor after sales services thank you.

This phone is hanging when I start the data connection from the dropdown notification bar.sometimes I use any app then it shows that unfortunetly the app has been stopped.and does not found wi-fi hotspot option.i think it has no hotspot.it's looks is very good but it's features is not so comfertable.

Haging problem. I bought this phone but I am not satisfied coz this fone legs to much . Heat to much . Ram also to small.  It start hang whem I am installed whatsapp n facebook. But now I have an another fone my money gone for buying this phone . West   worst not valueable ever

This mobile is very much affordable if you want a android in less price. It has 3.5 inch screen and 3MP camera, 128 MB ram.

Sound quality is good I think.It has ginger bell OS. Everything is average in spite of that you cannot expect this quality in this price. Considering all the fact it is pretty decent.

I wouldn't write much, but I have many negative words related to your services to write. But please consider this e-mail as grievance and the very bad experience after purchasing your product 3rd time in the life. I have purchased Spice MI-350 in this January, during 1st two months I was satisfied with the product. But later on I found that camera isn't giving clear picture. Therefore being customer, I visited your service center to get that checked. I have been told that, you have to wait for 3-4 days. I submitted mobile there and come back to home. I revisited them and they said phone camera was fine, I told that guy I am not satisfied with the clarity but he tried convincing me, saying that phone camera is fine, but I know better than that guy what was the clarity of my phone while purchasing camera. But he succeeded in convincing me and I come back home with incomplete feelings.

After 1 month, my phone battery was getting enlarged day by day and which causing back panel of phone unfit. I again visited your shady service center, where they have hired unqualified professional with no knowledge of your products and customer service.Dated 22nd June.2012 The girl sitting at reception again told me that please wait for few days, we will order battery for you. She hasnt given any recipt of that complaint. Also with lots of courtesy she given me landline number to croos check before coming. But that was the worst thing she did. As I never tried any number 150 times in ma life. But tried her given number.

After losing my patience, I taken permission from ma office to go to service center and that man behind the lady said, that battery is still in order. After 5 days as per your rep instructions, I again visited, but still I have been told to wait. On 7th July, I visited again she taken my faulty battery and told to wait and given me a work order sheet this time which was never done in the past. on Saturday 14 July, I got SMS from spice to collect your phone as its got repaired, happily I visited service center as I was dreaming to use my phone after so long. But this time also there is unexpected harrasment. They said message come by mistake and said sir please call on number which never works.

I bought this phone online from letsbuy.com for Rs.7850. It was a good price compared to other sites, as I got a discount coupon, saving 10%.

Coming to the phone, this is a good attempt from Spice, releasing a Dual Sim Android phone, that too with GingerBread.

Now a days many people use 2 numbers for professional/personal use. The only option is to have a low end dual sim phone. Or else if you want to use a good smartphone, then carry a basic phone for 2nd number as there are not many dual sim options in Smartphones.

So, this is a good move from Spice to release a smart phone with ual sim capability, that too with the most famous OS, Android.

Coming to the phone experience, MI 350 is an average phone, nothing great to talk about it. Build quality is very ordinary, even the chrome finish thrown in some places also of plastic and it appears clearly too.

For a phone worth Rs.8500, build quality can be better.

The touch sensitivity reminds me of the resistive touch screen of my old Nokia 5233. When I used my friend's HTC Wildfire, I got to know the difference. MI 350 is no where near to that. But it won't bother you much in usage as it's not hindering any operations.

Regarding the performance, I could see occasional lags and the phone had hanged few times forcing me to remove and replace battery to restart the phone. Probably need to do rooting to improve performance. But when I installed Angry Birds, it's playing very smoothly.

Battery performance is poor, even though it is 1500 MAH. I had to charge it 3 times in a single day. It have the facility to charge from USB cable when connected to a Laptop/PC.

The placement of Memory Card slot and Sim slot is the most horrible I have ever seen. First you have to remove the battery, then card slot and 2 sim slots all 3 are one above the other. So, if you want to remove the memory slot, then remove battery, remove both the sims and then remove the memory card. Poorly designed I can say. Memory card should have external slot which can be removed from outside the ohone. And even the sim clots should be side-by-side instead of one above the other on top of memory card slot.

Even though I have these small issues, overall I am happy with my phone as I got an Android 2.3 phone with Dual Sim, which was my prime criteria.
