Siemens S25 User Reviews

Excellent phone
Jan 13, 2001 12:27 AM 2422 Views

I have owned this phone for almost a year now. I am extremely happy with it. I wanted to buy a Nokia 6110 but was informed that Nokia has discontinued manufacturing 6110. A friend recommended Siemens S25. I bouhgt it, and must say that except for ''games'' this phone is excellent.

Siemens C35 and C35i is cheaper but the advantage with S25 is that it comes with a LI-ION (Lithium-Ion) battery ..which gives the user the freedom to re-charge it whenever he/she wants, unlike the Ni-MH (Nickle Meta Hydride) batteries which, if you want it to last for its full life, must be allowed to completely discharge at least once a week. Moreover a Three hour charge lasts about 200 hours of standby time. This means that if you use this phone to ''talk'' for about 10 mins a day, leaving it ''ON'' in standby, through day and night, one ''full charge'' will easily last you for 3 days.

Siemens has always manufactred phones that give you the easiest ''MENU'' navigation. All other features, like clarity, light weight, attractive style, wap, etc. S25 matches any other brand available, including Nokia.

The only drawback it has is, the games it offers are not popular and enjoyable.

I certainly would recommend S25.
