Its hangs a lot it only has 2 hours of battery these very messy phones.

I don't like its apps either

This phone heats up after of 2 minutes of work

The mobile was very slow from the 1st day and in spite of complains nothing happened. The battery only lasted 12 hrs without gprs and with gprs only for 6 hrs.............................................................................

It is a scaled down Galaxy S with 3.2mp cam and slightly slower processor. Actually the 1 ghz processor of galaxy S is too fast and smooth. One should not EVER use galaxy S after buying galaxy3 since it will show u the cons of your handset. This is like driving a Porsche boxster(cheapest porsche available) and then trying out the Carrera GT(the most awesome car on the planet).

Everything is good and fast but music player is not as good as desired. WORST of all, the earphones supplied are the same ones for a 2000 rs samsung phone and galaxy 3, maybe even same in galaxy S(i don't know). Hey at least give us better earphones for such phones! And the music player is too yucky and boring. Maybe my fault, since for so long I used all sony products(walkmans, discmans, mp3 players, W series phones all with sony earphones.). Still a good music lover will soon find out that these samsung earphones are noisy and loud, without deep bass and badly designed. No extra cups are supplied for different  ear sizes. And the design of cups and the earphone tube is such that u have to hang these on the outside of the ear hole rather than stuffing it in. So they move and come out easily when u are in motion. I tried putting sony earphones in its 3.5 mm jack, still did not get excellent sound quality. in fact my brother's Nokia C5 has got incredible sound quality, even better than old sony ericsson W series phones. That too with those crappy samsung earphones. With sony earphones, the C5 gave lovely music, crisp and deep.

Also, to delete sms, u have to touch 3 to 4 times till the sms is deleted finally. I think android 2.5 or 2.6 ones will be perfection in the coming future.

Camera is OK, autofocus does its job, but its 3.2 mp lens is not comparable to nokia's 3.2 mp carl zeiss

There are millions of applications on the market. First thing I did was start wi fi and go to market from phone and downloaded around 25 apps. I think androids will definitely defeat iphone in applications.

I am in Dhanbad(out of bad luck, not choice) in jharkhand, and I could never get the gps to show My location on the dhanbad map or anywhere in the world for that matter. Also it does not work in offline mode  which u can do with ease in Nokia Ovi phones with gps. But that problem is solved by google in latest gps platform in android 2.2. If only I find the way to upgrade my phone to 2.2 version.

Without flash, I dont even have a torch in my phone.

Battery: It is 1500 mah, but touch screen phones use up lot of battery even in flight mode. So with moderate use it will last at most 2 to3 days. And it takes more than 2 hours to charge!(same with galaxy S, in case u were wondering). To compare, the nokia C5 goes till a week easily with medium use.

Still best touch screen phone that too with android!

In fact nowadays the mobile phones are not that durable I asked so to all company guys, Even companies expect consumers to change handsets in 1.5 to 2 years. So whats the point in buying a costly Rs 20000+ phone which wont last more than 2 years?

I had my share of costly phones(N70, N72, N95, SE K800, W900, HTC TOUCH 2 etc) and to see all of them turn to junk even with utmost care, made me decide to never buy a phone worth more than Rs 15000 EVER.

So just buy this mini Galaxy S phone and be happy that you got a 30000 worth phone for 11000, what a bargain!

NOTE: If you want an android phone, don't even look at LG or micromax, they suck terribly!

Well to start off, I was just probing thru all the phone review sites & jus spending months doing research on buying my new craze ANDROID powrd device!!! At last I got one this august, but know one thing I was one of the first guy(atleast in chennai) to pick up this device on market !! oh yes I was probably lucky having a good friend who has shop in ritchie street.. The first best thing about this phone is the amazing 3.2" display jus luv watching movies on my phone rather than on my 19" LCD screen. also supports divx(at least u don need to convert all ur media files to mobile compatible formats).. working fresh u can really appreciate the 600+Mhz processor, but gets dragging with more than 20 apps (but not a concern, androidmate's for ur rescue). u see for my frustration, the auto rotate wasn't working properly, but shud I blame the manufacturers r was it my destiny?? anyways jus took it to the service centre & the ignorant service engineer doesn't know the difference between a proximity sensor & an accelerometer...  okay about the phone!!

Interface - typical for a smart phone, Hold - I wont leave it down for a second Navigation - bit slower for my fast fingers(don load her 2 much she ll struggle but go on if  r not tat fast) user-friendly - all insertion points are well stationed (u don need to remove ur battery for sim / Mcard inset)

Keys - der r only 2 (one is ur power switch the other one is centre key, everything else is touch)

WORTH r NOT ???

S extremely worthy (check if even the tiniest feature works & then buy !!, cheap sales guys jus bluff for product sale, keep an eye on!!)

This is the best smart phone I bought this phone about a month ago for 12000RS.

I am feeling good about having this one why I have chosen this1. first one Android 2.1 Eclair, believe it, It is really cool with 70000 free applications available in the market. 5/5

1. Touch and qwerty key board.. though it is available in all the smart phones..this is cool with swype option ..i can type my mails very easily and also view/ edit word , xls , ppt attachments .5/5

   
   




2. pretty decent camera with 3.2 Megapixel with all the options and decent user interface ( cool panoramic and action shots. 5/5

   
   




3. Music player /FM is really good but u cannot expect too much loud speaker volume. It is very cool when I am using headphones..those who want very loud noise..this is not the one..it is clear and gentle I would give 4/5.

   
   




4. Design and atheistic..cool cool cool ...wow sleek ..silver design ..back black panel with Google..awesome colorful display for just 12000 Rs..though it is not amoled... 5/5

   
   




5. Battery ..Man here is the concern..when u download so many stuffs ..installing applications..u will easily run out of a battery..i can guarantee for 24 hrs with my experience.. It is needs to be daily charged...Otherwise u r gone ..dont worry u have cool android application...it will alert u ..hey I am running out of charge..pls charge me :) ... 3.75/5 I have given low score since in nokia I used to charge once in 3 or 4 days..But it is not nokia smart phone ...dont have any clue about E series charging..routine

   
   




6. DVD player .. I watched movies in the phone ..wow the clarity is very good. I would give 5/5

I bought this phone last week , Nice smart phone but some application are not yet designed for android OS , i were using mcheck for recharge but its not  working in android OS No flash and no front camera , i feel its must for all smart phones .very good looking, touch screen awesome, music great. Battery back up it depends on your usage , its good but not excellent If  your a Game lover You have lot of games in android market ..you can really enjoy

Since the phone is not yet released in full wave mode  , getting accessories for this phone is difficult , moreover In phone package they are giving corby phone cover you can, t  put  your phone in the cover  you need to do some home work  to put the phone in the cover Getting a scratch free card for the phone is difficult now , i am not sure about the future samsung people should look in to this issue ... please if  your not able to give a panel/cover just leave it   don't  use your old stocks .."Shame on you  samsung "
