go to settings then display then wallpapers now choose the wallpaper you want to add, for ringtone go to settings then profile then general then choose the right ringtone for you. Now you are done! Thank you :)

go to settings display and wallpaper for wallpaper and for ringtone go to sounds select ringtone that you like and set it
