I bought this phone when it was one of the best on the market, figuring I'd use it for years and years. I chose Motorola just because of the history of the company and the fact that I didn't have to go with a 'plan'.
It's sleeker than my other phone but not as sleep as the new flip phones. I liked having the screen too (my other phone didn't have one) but it's obviously not the same caliber screen as the coloured screens on the newer phones.
So I used it for it for 3 years and had no issues with it. I used it with a pay as you go plan and liked not being 'locked' into any type of 'plan'. I thought it was just fine and never had any issues with it.
Sometimes the buttons would get pressed in my purse though so, my husband just bought me a 'flip phone' for my birthday. Now I'm caught between selling this one or keeping it for the kids because it's obviously got many good years left in it.

I loved my T120 the whole three years I had it. Sadly I had to replace it today. It was the most dependable phone I've owned. The only problem I had with it until lately was that I could never get used to the Send and End buttons being reversed from what they were on every phone I'd previously owned. A couple of weeks ago my T120 suddenly got static on it and I could hardly hear. I took it in to my Centennial Wireless provider and they put a new antenna on it and it worked perfectly......for about two days. Today they decided there was nothing more they could do with it, they no longer carry it, so they gave me a Nokia 3650. The Motorola T120 was a nice solid phone, this Nokia looks like a cheapy. My T120 was easy to use (except those reversed buttons), the perfect size, and I loved programming my own ringtones into it from sheet music. I would happily have taken another one for the next three years.
Hi
This mobile phone from motorola is good. I have been using this for around 2 years now. When this phone was the best available from the Motorola when I bought this. Its good one in terms of the ring tones the sound both in terms of number of default ring tones and the amplitude. Of course nothing (most of the things!) is so perfect and I am starting have some problems with this phone, which is making me think of going for another one now.
The problems are like, while charging some times it does not charge completely, this could be because the set is around two years old now and also some times when I call there is no response or any kind of ring tone heard but ultimately the call count starts and the call is wasted, when I ask the person I have called they say it rang and the tried to receive but could not hear any thing! I am not able to determine whether it is a fault of the Motorola T190 phone or the service provider.
Well the solution I have been using is to hang up within 2 seconds if I do not hear and ring tone of the called person, but this does not work always, and I end up wasting a call!
So what I suggest is this phone is good for use around 1 or 2 years, which I think would be case for most of the Phones!!!!

YOUR RATING ON
When I purchased this phone through Verizon (the ''Can You Hear Me Now?'' people), the sales rep made no mention of any problems or issues with this model. Within a month or so I began experiencing fading out during conversations. One minute I can hear the other party to my call just fine and the next I can't hear a darn thing. This happens no matter where I am and is no different if I am standing perfectly still or moving around. Brought the phone back to Verizon 3 times. Even had it replaced under warranty once, but no change with the problem. Verizon says ''Oh yeah, that's a problem with that model phone. People say they can't hear too well.'' They should have warned me...I would have purchased something else! This phone is still being sold today inexpensively. If you like saying ''hello...hello...are you there?'' then this is the phone for you. Buyer beware.
