Motorola has given no indications of halting this year, and the dispatch of its One Vision cell phone is one more expansion to its program. This cell phone goes above and beyond than dispatches like its Moto g7 territory, professing to offer a CinemaVision show, and high-goal cameras with AI usefulness. Need to realize how well it took care of business in our tests? We have a full survey of the Motorola One Vision for you to discover.
Very Disappointing and Worst Customer Service - Motorola Service Centre, they are pathetic and try only to get money from customer despite of devices being still on manufacturer warranty. Bought a Motorola One Vision phone around early Feb 2020 for a family member which gone dead after couple of weeks of use and as any customer the device was taken to the closest Motorola service centre who diagnosed faults with charging port and advised cannot be fixed in warranty, “you’ll need to pay for the parts and services if done through service centre”. I cannot believe what a Motorola’s Service Centre advised for a phone that’s just purchased and still on warranty period. When I challenged on the matter of warranty period being a customer who gave ample amount of money for a Motorola product, I was humiliated and insulted in public.
It has been more than 2 months since the device has been bought and used only 2 weeks; due to it being damaged and not being serviced, I had to buy again a new mobile for the personal use as there no response or support from Motorola India Customer Support.
I have bought Apple, Samsung and even Google brand phones; at least they always turned around quickly with any response or resolutions for being their customer and even replacing my phone to ensure best customer support is delivered.
All I can think now only is to advise of avoiding any products from the company who don’t bother to support their customers!
YOUR RATING ON
At RS.19, 999, the Motorola One Vision is one of Motorola's mid-range smartphones and comes with the Samsung Exynos 9609. However, for those interested in purchasing this smartphone at the steep price should be aware of the downsides to the phone. GadgetsNDTV explicitly states that the Motorola One Vision has really unimpressive display quality and below-average battery life. Specifically, in terms of the phone's 3, 500 mAh battery, reviewers complain that the battery barely lasts a full day.
Further, current users of the smartphone complain about various issues with the phone. Apparently, the phone has a 48-megapixel camera on its backside which produces slightly oversaturated pictures. Even the front camera is highly unsatisfactory. Multiple users complain that the touchscreen doesn't work properly and that the screen remains highly unresponsive. With so many display issues, it seems like the Motorola One Vision will be a nuisance for everyday use. People also complain about the phone's charger and speakers not working properly. They are highly unsatisfied by the features on this mid-range smartphone and some have even gone as far as to say that the phone is their worst purchase. Additionally, the phone also overheats a lot, causing users much difficulty. The notification sounds on the phone seem to bother users and they complain about slow speed and how the smartphone constantly hangs.
In a world where we are constantly on the run, we need a smartphone as quick and efficient as possible. We need a phone that matches our speed and exceeds our expectations. Well, it looks like the Motorola One Vision only slows users down and frustrates them. If you are in the market for a power-efficient smartphone that is worth your money, you might be better off looking for another alternative than the Motorola One Vision. Perhaps a smartphone that is not that frustrating?
Motorola has been a constant player in the smartphone industry but they haven’t been able to go back to their days of glory. Their recent releases haven’t been doing well and honestly I can see why. Their recent releases have been truly disappointing. Consumers are not happy with their releases and the May 2019 release Motorola One Vision has been a huge disappointment.
The specifications of this device are incredibly poor and far from decent let alone impressive. Motorola as a global brand should consider competitive products and ponder if their own products are up to the mark to compete with them.
The smartphone has a 6.30-inch display with 10802520 resolution. It has a double rear camera(48MP+5MP) and a 25 MP front camera. It has 4GB RAM and internal storage of 128 GB. The processor is Samsung Exynos 9609 which is actually a huge flaw of the device. The battery capacity is a meagre 3500 mAh and the Operating System is Android 9.
The specs as any average smartphone user can see are not great especially when you are aware that there are numerous other devices which are providing better features at the same price. At a time when even the 4000 mAh battery is considered average, Motorola has no excuses as to why they went ahead with a 3500 mAh battery. That is below average and it can definitely not perform as the consumers might need it to. The display quality of the device is also not impressive.
Overall, the product is extremely average and there is not much that Motorola can use to save the grace of the Motorola One Vision. The product is extremely overpriced because, for the price tag of 13k, there are other devices that not only have better features integrated into them but will also cost less than 13k. The list of features associated with the device under no condition deserves to be paid 13k. On Flipkart it is priced at 13k, although in some other websites it is priced at an even higher price.
This phone is really priced very expensive and it is not the way one should get influenced by the pricing of the phone. The phone and the processing is something which is not good. There is a heating problem and that too at the time of playing and surfing and takes lot of time to cool down. The processor used is the Exynos and that processor looks good in Samsung phones only. If moto really wants to carry on with the market hold then they should try some better processing.
Motorola comes with a great reputation for high-quality products, but this One Vision smartphone is extremely disappointing and not worth the money. It has the slow Samsung Exynos 9609 processor, and this is the worst feature I could define in it.
Besides, the smartphone also contains less RAM and very low battery backup. If you compare the price of the smartphone with the features, it is an absolute failure at 20k.
If you really need to spend 20k, I think there are lots of better devices than this.
No this isn't a phone which you should buy in 2019, its totally waste of money and it has old features move on guys go don't buy
Motorola was really doing so well till it came with the Exynos processor and this is the worst which could have happened to it. I mean why should you opt the slow and sluggish Exynos 9609 processor, which makes the Samsung smartphones so horrible.
This is really disappointing from Motorola and I think they are losing their quality with every passing day. On papers, it might look good but is a failure in reality. Plus, the low battery it has would also get to your nerves when you need to carry your charger everywhere you go.
So take my advice- do not get Motorola One Vision. There are other lots of better phones at the same price.
It has been seen that Samsung used to process its phone with Exynos and that was okay but when they started sponsoring other brands, I haven't seen third-class processing like this ever. The phone is damn slow and takes 3-4 attempts to open any game. The ping of the phone per second is like always high with every connection. I got frustrated by this daily issues and switched to MediaTek processor cause going to SD back is like going to worse from the bad. Moto you tried all, get MediaTek to your devices once.
Fortunately, it was not me but one of my friends who got it and this is on behalf of him. He was so excited about Motorola smartphones Exynos processors. In real, the package in the name of a smartphone turned out to be absolutely flop.
Exynos 9609 processor is really overrated and sorry to say this but it has spoilt the reputation of Motorola a great deal. Motorola One Vision is a pure trash at 20k with the inherited slowing and lagging properties of Exynos processors.
Though it boasts a good camera and storage, the battery power is absolutely not enough to support all the functions and the smartphone is not worth 20k. In fact, rating it just 2 out of 5, I would suggest you to make a better choice, if you really have to spend 20k.
Motorola has always been my favourite for a very long time. Moto phones used to be sturdy, powerful and efficient but now I doubt their quality. For last one
This mobile I took had its speaker was out of order within 1 month and there was mistake in the camera either became I do not like it
Wast the money.. is not good product.. my frnd use this set.. batery perfomence is very poor. Hi temperatur in this set..
This is the waste of money, don't waste money on it. First, it is too costly. There is lagging problem. And heating after usage. Its price is too high but features are too low. System working is not so good. Afer one week when I bought it . It get heating . And I not like its back panel and camera is good but battery is not good. Now I am going to sell it and try buy a good phone and its system apps fills the 20or 25 percent storage which is a weak point. There is need to improving. Don't waste your money for this phone.
Motorola One Vision is really special since it’s probably the first time that the Exynos processors have come forward in Motorola smartphones. However, I feel there was absolutely no need to this and Motorola has spoiled its name and quality.
Exynos 9609 is not really a good processor. It is obsessed with frequent lags and makes the smartphone utterly slow. And at a price of 20k, the smartphone sounds too costly.
At this price, I think they could have offered better RAM and even the battery could have been a lot better. Overall, the smartphone is really costly and not suitable for the budget buyers, especially when similar phones are available for just around 12k to 15k.
Motorola has always been my favourite for a very long time. Moto phones used to be sturdy, powerful and efficient but now I doubt their quality. For last one year, Moto is coming up with some really horrible devices and I feel Motorola’s One Vision will also be one of them. Why so? It is because of the choice of Exynos 9609. Samsung Exynos chipsets have a huge history of heating and lagging. Let’s see how it would work but I am going to give this device only one star.
