When the Moto G2 ( XT1068) launched, it became a highly successful model of Moto G. That time when it launched it come up with a 5 inch HD screen with Corning Gorilla glass and fast Quad-core processor. That time these features were highly advanced.

Excellent stereo as it has two speakers. It comes with Snapdragon 400 processor with 1.2GHz quad-core CPU and 2070 mah battery.

The camera options were 8MP front and 2MP rear with extraordinary features. It has a water-resistant and curvy design body.

As I'm using this mobile from its launch, I experienced Moto phones excellent build in quality features and performance.

I am still using this mobile from its launch. The sound perceptions are totally awesome. The style and design of mobile is perfect. The look is great as it has curvy design body. You can feel it comfortable as it has somewhat light weight.

Now read why you shouldn't purchase Moto G2 ( XT 1068) -

1- Due to its only 1GB ram

2- Only 16 GB ROM

3- only 2070 mag battery

4- Now, Snapdragon 400 processor became too old

5- Due to its Camera options

6- Due to its IPS LCD display

7- Sometimes it gets overheated due to its inbuilt battery

And most importantly,

8- Due to its 3G network support. It doesn't support the 4G sim network.

Nowadays, there are lots of different brand models are available which gives high features than this model at the same price.

You can buy 4/6 GB ram and 64/128 GB ROM, advanced processor and much more and that's too at the same price.

So overall the mobile is good to use but it is outdated now. No use to purchase. Today it is totally no value to buy at such price.

This phone is not at all value for money.i am currently using it and it just lags a lot with that 1 gb of ram and a very old generation processor .after some time of usage its sound also became very low and its moto ui is very poor.so if you have this phone a custom rom might be a great option over the stock os.its camera is also not that great and you can get a lots of better mobiles in that price range.even its audio output via headphone jack is not that great.its build quality is total plastic.and after some usage dust gets inside the front speakers which is hard to remove.its battery is also very less and it also does not have fast charging

Hi viewers I am sathya prasanth telling this product moto g2 mobile is to the extent bad because when I am playing games hanging it more. Battery is consuming more for the games compare to other mobiles. So much hanging is involved so iam not prefer this model in moto products but other models is very nice. So take care at the time of purchasing this product. Battery back up is too low . prefer another mobile except moto g2 .Iam already used moto g2 mobile iam struggling because of hanging. Moto g2 product is nice because simply handle it and curved model . But battery and hanging problem is their. Ok guys next time I am telling another mobile review until then bye cu. Motorola's product Moto g is not really a good release of Motorola. I used Moto G2 two years back and I'm not satisfied with the mobile phone.

First of all, I bought Moto G2 for 11, 000 and for 11, 000 rs the features it provided or the specifications it had was not worthy.

The main disadvantage is that It doesn't detect the sim card. It most often shows "SIM card not detected ". I faced this problem many times and my friend who is a Motorola user now also faces the same problem.

I have attached photos of my Motorola mobile phone and the sim card not detected problem.

Let's now see about the specifications:

Sound Reception: The sound reception is not good and sometimes I can't hear my phone ring when I'm not in the same room as my phone.

User friendly: It should develop its interface and make users feel easier to surf through the phone.

Style and design: The style and design is very simple and it kind of heavy to carry around.

Other features: It often shows Sim card not detected problem.

Look and feel: It looks simple and it feels heavy.

Value for money: It is definetly not a value for money.

Hello guys I write a review about Motorola Moto G 2014 edition.

This mobile was announced in November 2013 but I buy this product on April 2014.

In starting this mobile is most impressive android phone I have ever seen this was my thinking Because of its internal storage and it's light weight 145g, its camera quality is awesome but it is one of the major drawback of this mobile is its battery stamina.

It's have written 2070-2400mah battery but sadly it's about 1500 mah battery capacity and it's have very good screen glass but iam give poor rating only for its battery stamina.

It's storage is about 16 or 8gb ROM and 1gb RAM with very poor processing system and operating system of this mobile is Android v4.4 to v5.1.

Finally overall ratings of these phone is not so good and not so poor and it's durability rate is average as compare to other mobile and overall ratings of these mobile is poor because its battery , charging plug , non removable battery .

And it's processing speed is extremely poor and this phone is hanged about two times in whole day.

And now I sell this phone due to its poor performance.

So never ever buy this android phone.

Motorola is a mid-budget smartphone which gives you very low type of quality of everything in this phone. The camera quality of this phone is not too good. The phone is very thin and seems very heavy to use. The design of this phone is very bad. It also diesn't have gyroscope so we cannot use it in VR glasses. I therefore reccomend everybody to not to buy this smartphone

Hi friends, I Purchased this phone from online shop for 1 year of use I found that this phone has more functionalities as well as its user friendly to use, camera quality was good.

But after 1 year its started hanging which is not good.so its nit best product to buy in mobile category. I hope this will help others to decide whether to buy it or not

I am writing here about motorola moto g ( 2014) . When I bought it back 2 years it is very hanged.when I turn on my internet service it is very hanged.some time it is atomaticly switch of and switch on.Nodobut Its camera result is nice but its flesh light is dull yellow. Every china phone is hanging after 1 years. So friends plz take care to buy any china phone.Jay Hind Jay Bharat.????????

Hi friend this is ur review guru and I want share u about some of my experience on moto second Generation mobile I also want say that all the moto mobiles are very very very cool and u won't give back the mobile if u once take it. It is so. Speed and it's Android version is 6 marshmallow and if we talking the battery means it like all other android mobile and it's features are cool and in this I also played one of the world best game Pokemon go and best game guys just buy this moto company accessories and u will be all speech less I and guys one more thing that this moto mobiles will be good but make that whenever u take any mobile u should just see its features and buy and also s make sure the price is in ur budget

Hello everyone! Please do not go for this mobile phone.As my reviews tagg says its totally a waste of money.I bought this phone around 2 years back when it was just launched into the market only.When I saw it first it looks great to me as outer body of this mobile phone is very attractive.I bought it for black colour.Initially it worked fine, but when I downloaded one or two very common instant chat applications it started getting hang.I had to factory reset my new device.But then too that does not work.If I talk about its sound quality that also was not really good. Whether you talk about call sound quality or songs both were not satisfactory.Camera quality was also very bad.Photos gets blured when you click the snap from this camera.And after 3 months only the touch screen of the handset also stopped working.I had not bought it for free it costed me around 12 thousand or something.I bought the handset from an online shopping app. and when I asked those quys to replace my handset they just denied to do that.Also, Motorola doesnot have many store as well as Service centre which is really a bad thing for a Moto user who is living in a metro city like me.Though it shows 16 GB storage capacity but you can't even go for a single app download with this mobile phone.At the time you do it everything will stop working for you & it will remain the same & finally you have to go for a new handset.So its really a waste of money, I qould not suggest any one to go for Moto G2.Thanks!

This is the best phone in limited money I love this phone because in this phone camera is good of front and back smaller phone but features are too good it have 1gb ram but mostly this phone Can not hang aur creates problems during handelling, I am say about something its battery I like its battery backup I give its five star for its battery backup because this phone have a battery that provide long time standby and backup during calls and Internet Either may be it you tube or browsing websites, its back cover have a logo M that appear very good, very nice things is its money because in affordable price u can get a complete android with multi features phone and I will say to friends u can not disappoint after buying this phone

I am the biggest fan of motorola four year ago my friend bought this but than his price is up but I like this its supported only 1gb ram which is unexpected is enough for this because the quality of ram used in this is awesome and in which have four core which means quad core that is good but unfortunately its not supported sd card option which is bad and when my friend bought this then I slightly used this but now I buy this and now I feel its slightly slower than before obviously its a common case due to passing the time technology much improved and order thing or mobile will become slow as campare to new

Its a cost worthy mobile. Purchased 3 years back. There is no problem till today.mobile rom is working good. But only problem is we cannot remove the battery. Remaining all good. Everything is perfect. Its battery capacity is better when compare to the other mobile phone same price. Main advantage of this mobile is camera. The camera consists of 5mp primary camera and 1.3 mp of secondary camera. Camera clearity is main features of the mobile. Mobile display is 4.5 inch. Is very good and gorilla glass . It will support GSM network. Its processor is quad core processor. It's speed is just amazing. Its supports pen drive access ie otg.

Hi I am using moto g2 2014 phone is superb phone look  batter then and stylish. Back camera is quality is awasome and front camera quality low so moto g2 1 gb ram and bettery backup great low price bettery backup better than sound quality best and smote. Screen size 5inch and gorila glass no defect . moto g2 phone great but phone is hot online using app? but phone is great no hang on ranning phone I am using phone 2018 3 january love this phone but phone is band online shop so sad? love this phone I hope moto g2 to no band and online shop and buy this phone?

I purchase this mobile when Motorola launches this mobile in India because I am a big fan of Motorola.

looks of this mobile is good.

this mobile comes with 5 inches display which is ok not too good. so don't expect from this display.

major problem of this phone is processor and Ram. this mobile comes with 1 GB RAM and old Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. so this phone lags every time.

this mobile comes with 2400 MAH battery.

so this mobile is best in those days.

so don't buy this.

Moto name is enough. Motog2 from which I am currently writing this review. I must say that moto phones beats all phones with best price range and the bestest quality and features. camera is awesome. But now it's old so I dont think anyone wanna buy it.but yeah for 2014 it was the awesome mobile. Everything is good with motog2 battery backup is awesome.

Hi guys Last week I bought this product one thing which I want to share to you that its looking appearance and smoothness is too appreciable. It's picture quality which s measured in ppi is very nice. Battery quality and charging time is very fast.

One more thing which I want to share every one that if you are amateurish of voice call recoding then I am sorry that this feature is not available at all Motorola phones. But over all all the features are very appreciable and too good. Music sounds quality is also nice. Camera snapping in High Quality and in HDR.

Moto G2, I have used it for 2 years, it will work fine for few months, then the phone start hang and games cant be played

Having initial cost of 13000 this phone is not worth to but with lot of phones available in market at cheap reates with better configuration.

battery life not good, sound is good and phone is user friendly, however phone is bulky

Brand is also average.

Hi everyone. I am back with a new review of a smartphone i.e. Moto g2. I am using this smartphone since oct 2014 and I will say that this is the smartphone which I still love to use the most as it comes with full stock android and it was the last phone manufacturer by the moto not by Lenovo.I will now divide the review in 2 parts i.e. pros and cons

Pros

1. Stock android-it comes with the fully stocked android and gives a real feel of using it.

2.Camera- its camera is one of the best cameras than the redmi 4A and lenvo a6000 plus whic I reviewed before.

1. Sound quality- As the speakers are in front so the sound balances itself wherever it is kept and sound is louder.

Cons

1. Battery backup is not so good according to its price range.
