Horrible service by motorola company
Aug 21, 2014 09:15 AM2709 Views

Never buy moto phones. I bought one, and am dismayed by their horrible service. Phone has a cracked screen(not gorilla glass but screen inside). They are not even responding to email  even 2 weeks after incident. On calling their call center, they refer me to third party outsourced servicing agency which again is equally non committal. Net net, horrible company.

Now in USA this shitty company gives out one screen replacement free because they know that  their screen is too fragile, but in India, they wont. Why, because they treat us like a third world country. Shitty MNC, beware of their stupid products. I regret not going for something else.

Good one to use
Apr 22, 2005 03:05 PM1806 Views

I purchased this cell phone around a year back. Performance is good and there is no trouble in using the same. I am able to make conferance and able to talk non stop. Instrument is not getting heated even after speaking more than 30 min. only problem with this is it takes more than 3 hours to get fully charged. I use to charge it every alternate day. as per my knowledge battery charge is coming upto 2 hours talk time. I am planning to change this as I am very cmfortable with it. I may use this for next one to one and half year also. I don't see any requirement of camera phone as most of the cell phone requirement is for my official use. Finally its cheaper and it has good ring tones and color screen. Phone capacity is slightly less comparative to other phones. But overall its a good product to use.

Cheap coloured and rare phone in delhi
Aug 17, 2003 12:11 PM2977 Views

Hi, I am in delhi and this time Motorola has dumbfounded all critics by launching its

low cost coloured phone . Its resolution is fabulous even as compared to Motorola C350 which is launched after this in India . The only dubious matter is that it did not get enough time to dispel well in Market due to late launch in India and soon after its launch Motorola C350 is launched due to which E360 is I think drawn back from supply .

It has wallpaper, animations (good ones), 4 games (one of them is car race) .

Few things which I disliked was :

Little bit slow as compared to other phones of Motorola , but reason is since it is colored so it has to be little but slow . I saw Panasonic phones also and they were slower than this in coloured range .

Being not disparage point, few times its default Red button which is usually used for cacel forcefully and come back to parent menu does not work , only is portions when I am using animations , but the obvious button works in that case (may be to avoid some errors while using heavy applications) .

for battery related performance , If I use diurnal 1 hr talking then it will die in 2 days max . I am not much aware of talk time of others.

Few good features to save power (as this is colored phone) are : backlight off option and screen saver options . Screen savers are also very good looking .

Overall it is good to buy phone .

Motorola E360 review

I brought this phone in December 2002, at that time the price was 11650. It was the cheapest of the color display phone at the time. Now the price has really come down, 7500 or something like that in Bangalore.

The phone is quite good. The one BIG problem with this phone is the low battery backup. The battery seems to drain out very very fast. 5 or 6 calls and you are the end of the battery life. Another problem is that you don't get any kind of cover for this phone, I searched almost all of Bangalore and still I am waiting to find one.

Now considering that you get a lot of different models at almost the same price as this phone, I definately would not suggest anyone to buy one. If you do you will end up like me, running around places to recharge after every 5-6 calls.
