Karbonn KC555 Reviews

I bought karbonn KC555 6 months back. 4 weeks back all of a sudden the volume+/- keys stopped working. This was not a big problem, I thought I could live with that. Then 3 weeks ago the mobile failed to switch on. I tried the USB cable and other chargers to switch it on, but for no avail. Since then I've been trying to locate their service centers in Bangalore. Then I realized the true colors of this cheater company.

While buying this phone, all I had in mind was that I had to support Indian mobile companies now onwards. I have stopped buying Nokia, Samsung phone. For my parents I've bought MicroMax and Spice, which are working quite well. With the kind of support I got from MicroMax when the phone had some problem, I was really amazed by the good service they offered.

Only Karbonn has made me look like a fool. They are cheating customers with their false promises. They do not have any aftersales service support. If you feel I'm exaggerating, just browse their web site. No where they have published support email ID or the support numbers. Only thing you will find is the service centers address and phone numbers. I called up 7-8 service centers in Bangalore, no body ever picks up the call, even if they pick up they will say its the wrong number. Don't confuse these centers as authorized service centers set up by Karboon, NO. These are small local mobile shops which Karbonn has identified to provide service for Karbonn phones. I wonder what is Karbonn up to. Do they really want to compete with companies like Nokia, Samsung etc.?

I am left with no other option to throw this mobile now, since I'm unable to get it repaired.

This company sucks big time. I wish no one buys the phones of this crappy company. This cheap company is cashing in on the mobile craze that Indians have. Even if some people(out of 1Billion Indians) buys their phone and falls for their trap, they will still be in profits. Thats what they want I guess. Because no person who has experienced their world class aftersales service will dare to buy a second Karboon phone.

One thing I want to tell Karbonn is that companies become big and great, not only by the range of products they offer, its because of the service they offer to their loyal customers. Karbonn has failed miserably in doing this.
