Technically, the processor is a beast for the price it has been offered. 4gb ram and 2.4ghz processor give a super fast performance.

This phone isnt for the media lovers since the speakers are not too powerful.

Asus zenfine 2 ze551ml is a complete value for money phone, I am using this phone for the past six to seven months and I am very happy with it

It is comprised of 5.5 inch full hd ips capacitive touch screen which makes it possible to watch movies and play games with high resolution clearly

It came with android os lollipop v5.0, I have yet to upgrade it to marshmallow v6.0

The camera also has a full hd recording , where the video quality is seriously awesome, and since the processor is 2.3 ghz intel atom processor, along with 4 gb ram , I am able to play all types of games and run all kind of apps without any problem

It also comes with a fast charger which approx downloads 0 to 100 percent in one hour

And talking about the battery it comes with 3000mah nonremovable battery

Well taking all the above points , I would defenetly recomend this to everyone, infact all the members of my family have bought this phone after they saw mine

Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML is a kind of beast in my opinion.It is equipped with some very good features.

In display department it has IPS grade display which is full HD and has PPI of 401.

For performance Asus put Intel processor which is capable of playing heavy games like NOVA 3.

Camera is another very good performer especially in low light where devices may struggle.

One major con is its battery which is average.Asus may put more mah battery in it

Asus zenfone 2 ZE551ML is a phone launched vy asus in the mobile market and I must tell you Asus has earned a reputed spot with its successful endeavours. The phone is having 2gb ram with a 5/5 inch display. The asus User Interface is so cool and it supports multiple themes for icons and wallpapers. The memory is sufficuent for plenty of apps. There are some pre installed apps but it is ok. The mettalic design at bottom is cool and the camera is quite well. The selfie camera that is the front camera has beautification mode and other menus. Overall the phone is awesome.

Before buying this phone I also was curious to buy since so many negative comments but then I realized that majority of those commenting here is the minority that are unlucky and having problem with their hphone I decided to buy based on actual review by other users and also good respond by asus at ZENTALK with continous updates

My Zenfone 2 ze551ml 2gb is using too much of ram without

doing nothing .my internal memory is 8gb full out of 16gb and memory card memory is only 3gb occupied out of 16gb .so the hell the ram problem is coming.please hell guyz plz

One of the best phones that is out in the market. Really fluid-fast like hell, thanks to the intel processor and huge amount of ram.

3000Mah battery is really long lasting throughout the day. The camera is great-13Megapixel back camera gives stunning photo quality as well as the front 5Megapixel camera, is really great for selfies.

Asus is the well known company in laptop world.now it has launched some best phone.last month phone was delivered to me till then I believed samsung but when I started using asus I got wonderful experience.

It is user friendly phone. Camera is superb with autofocus laser system. Zenfone has many versions such as 2gb ram with 16gb rom and 4gb ram with 32 gb rom

It contains corning gorilla glass 4 which provides display security. I would definitely suggest it as a best phone in range of 10000!

Zenfone 2 is best phone made from asus factory. If you know asus is a company which is quite famous in laptops & pc segments after dominating there asus got there hands in phone market.

Now coming to the phone phone is powered by 3MP primary camera and 5MP front facing camera

5.5-inch  capacitivie touchscreen with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution

Android v5 Lollipop operating system with 1.8GHz quad core processor, 3GB RAM, 16GB internal memory expandable up to 128GB and dual SIM 3000mAH lithium-polymer battery phone looks quite good on paper on other hand it fails for after sale service, which is a major problem in India

Anyways phone is quite good in mid-budget segment a power pack phone.

I love this phone as Asus phones build quality and design of mobile phones are awesome expect the Screen and the Volume of Sound .Scree of Asus phone are broken easily.

Asus Zenfone has 13MP rear camera wih Led Flash Light which takes good photographs. Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML is a very decently priced phone, that offers all you need and there are some drawbacks within the phone, which may not be apperciated by many of us.

Advantages:

1. ZenUI on top of android provides high customizability.

   
   




2. Camera app by Asus is optimised for the phone, low light perfomance is outstanding. Again there's mannual mode and different kinds of modes which seems kinda cool. Front cam is decent for selfies too.

   
   




3. You get powerful processor packed with 4/2 GB of ram. Four gigs of ram is what made it so much of a hype during its release.

   
   




4. You get fast charger with 4GB ram model, not with 2GB ram model. However, 2GB ram model supports fast charging too and the fast-charger can be bought seperately from Asus authorized dealer, if needed.

   
   




5. Design looks absolutely premium and feel in the hand is good due to the curve body at the back.

   
   




6. Is a 4G phone and has features like NFC and also features a huge list of censors.

   
   




7. The speaker output is quite loud and can be heard clearly till little far distances.

   
   




8. Gaming can be done without any hangings of application even at high graphics.

   
   

Disadvantages:

1. ZenUI has customizability, but the way they provide colourful things in everything like in their themes, I don't personally like it. I like material design. But, that's my personal choice. If you are a fan of material design you might not like it. You can still put a different material laucher like me.

   
   




2. Camera is good. But in artificial lighting that is, in indoor light the photos are grainy. In sunlight its fine, but in artificial light it gives grainy photo.

   
   




3. Yes, you get a powerful processor with 4GB of ram, that was the hype. But, out of the box you will get 2GB of free ram out of 4GB. That's a very bad ram management by the Asus team. And if you buy 2GB version you get 500MB of free ram out of the box.

   
   




4. Fastcharging. But, did you know that the average battery life of this phone is 5 hours with continuous usage? Even after high optimization provided by the company, not a noticeable progress in saving battery. You will feel like hell without a 10, 000 mAh powerbank with you. This is not a software problem. This is because of Intel chips and their technologies, they consume alot of power when compared to snapdragon or any other chips. Still, we can say decent battery life.

   
   




5. Design looks premium. The coating on the back behind turns black near the speakers after heavy use for couple of months, yes the same thing which asus quoted metal hairline brush coating. So, the plastic back cover is not durable. However you can get another back panel from the Asus shop if you wish after a year or so.

   
   




6. Has dual sim feature. 4G is only for first sim, another sim slot supports only 2G.

   
   




7. At complete high volume of speakers, the sound output seems to be little unclear and there is noise in it.

   
   




8. When you start gaming huge graphics games like Asphalt 8, you will lose your battery faster. Except the battery nothing else is a big problem regarding this phone.

   
   

Bottomline: You might buy this phone along a powerbank to be not frustrated with its battery life.

The asus zenfone is really a good one pick . The range of the phone suits all mid range . The features of this phone is extraordinary . It is providing camera with 13MP main camera with dual -LED dual-tone LED flash, 5 MP front camera .

3000 mAh battery, fast charging to 60% in$0 minutes . The disadvantage is no 2160p video recording, Non removable battery despite the removable back cover and rather large and heft . Apart from disadvantages the phone is really good

Asus zenfone 2 is best in mid range .  It is best dwsign fone with 3.5 mm edge thickness and 3000mah battery . For holding it is very comfortable .

Camera of zenfone is average but nat bad. And mobile data is only one sim supportive with 4g lte.

Zenfone 2 has 5.5 inch screen with gurilla glass 3 and with 720p and 1080p display .

Phone has two varient 2 gb and 4gb ram.

Minimovie, party link, supernote, photocollage  is some useful preloaded app.

Value for money with 4 gb ram and 2.13 ghz of quad core processor

Lots of space with 32 gb for storing files for normal use.

Lots of asus inbuilt apps for various functions.

Dozens of pic options in camera.

Excellent masterpiece for heavy games. Tried x plane 10 also.

Most impressive pc link by which all mobile function can be done with pc / laptop.

Superfast charging, charge to 100% within an hour.

Disadvantage

Camera quality is not up to the mark though it is of 13 mp.

Back cover is little bit difficult to remove easily.

No headset provided with handset.

Battery should have more power to last for long time.

I never used asus zenfone type mobile. Some mobile of their brand is good but some brand is bad. Those phone there price is low this mobiles also hang. Because my friend used this mobile this phone not work properly. Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML 1 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM  phone never buy you also buy 2gb ram phone. Because this phone hanged. You not use properly apps and games.

This phone version are bad v5 Lollipop compare with there price. There camera is back good but front camera is very bad photos are not see good. Phone capacity is not good. And there battery down very fastly than other mobile. This phone you also found any fault. If you want you buy 1GB ram phone than you buy Samsung phone.

I would not recommend for asus low price phone with 1GB RAM.

Definitely not a good buy

Now days many Smartphone companies are there in market coming up with new phones at competitive rates. One of them is Asus. Asus launched Zenfone in a budget friendly price range for customers and I was attracted to buy it too. Asus Zenfone has good features but what it lacks is the phone performance and lagging issues. After using branded phones, I tried Asus Zenfone as heard good reviews about it.

The screen size was big with all necessary features needed in a Smartphone. However, after using it for couple of months when I updated my app I started facing hanging issues. Few of my apps did not start and would hang the phone. The versions were either not supported by phone so has to uninstall them and install them aging. The battery also did not last long even though claimed to last for more than a day. I would suggest go for a phone with good features, more ram and memory rather than looking at the price.
