TSIM Communication

Would not recommend this sim. Took a very long time to get the esim after the purchase and stopped working halfway through my trip. Service is also sub-par.

TSim sold me a data only SIM and then when it didn't work told me it was only for phones, not mobile hotspots. Nothing in their advertising mentions this. If you're selling a data only SIM and it doesn't work in the most obvious place to use a data only SIM you should mention this. I tried to work with them to upgrade to something that would support a hotspot, get a new product, get a refund. At every step it was just basically a flat, fast'no'. Once they have your money they could care less whether their product is working for you.

If you want to be stuck in a foreign country with no communication options, these are the best guys for the job. They go to great lengths to not respond to you, and when they do, they will try their best to not be helpful.

Bought a sim, was told to activate it by submitting documents online, did that and their system is as good as their support and their product. It tells you "Good Job" on submission of info, but not if your phone has been activated. Reached their customer support and they wont respond.

The phone shuts down mid trip and I am told my plan has ended. I activated a 16 day plan(per their site and what they sent me) on 15th, 2 days before getting to Thailand and their email tells me its self activated on arrival. Once it stops on 21st morning, I try to reach them on all channels and they either ignore you or just arent helpful. They then tell me I must have activated the sim by putting it into my phone earlier, tell me the 16 days was a promotional offer and was removed by the provider and a 100 other reasons why its not their fault. I received the phone on the 8th, even if they had activated it the same day, it would have worked till 24th. They are lazy, useless liars.

Tsim sim is used for international traveling.

When we travel to abroad we need to aply for the tsim sim.

The sim card I bought when I travel to u.k but I landed there but it did not active.

It provides Get Voice Calls, Sms and data but their services are not good.

We generally use TSIM'S Sim country specific sim cards to travel to many countries in a single trip.

It has many categories like. U.k, Australia, France and Saudi.

This product is not valid for money

Tourists applying for a TSIM while travelling to the United States should know that the TSIM functions only on iPhones. Other makes like 1 Plus, Vivo, Oppo do not support this SIM.

While applying online for the SIM, EMIE number is a requirement while the phone make is not asked for. Be very careful before applying for this SIM.

This TSIM company seems to be a fake one. I ordered for a SIM card for US and the activation was supposed to be done by 31st March. They sent the SIM card however, the activation was not done until Apr 1. While speaking to their customer support on chat I was told that there was some issue with the activation at their end due to which the SIM cannot be activated. I’m already sitting at the transit airport and don’t have option to make personal calls. Do not trust these guys at all.

Sim works great. The thing is the amount being charged is very high rather than buying from direct seller. tsim provides Lebara sim . In much small amount you can buy the sim directly Lebara at much better rates and it provides unlimited internet.

TSIM USA sim card does not work consistently. This is as good as not working because we need phone to be up when somebody calls. The customer service keeps saying that they will solve it ASAP, but I waited hours at a time for days together, and finally gave up. My foolishness that I bought a 4 month card upfront. Never do that.

I bought Sim card for Japan but it did not get activated. I called the helpline and did whatever changes they suggested in the settings. But it did not help. Now asking them for refund but no response.

Not reliable. Just go for MATRIX sim. TSIM is little cheap but it will definitely put you in trouble.

If you buying TSim leave a person in India to activate TSim on changing country. Every time you need to contact call centre 18003135055 As per call centre technical team is working only in day hours. It is horrible experience with TSim. So

No response to e mails, phone is always engaged somehow. chat is also seldom available. brought a new europe sim card. not being able to contact them since. Should take this seriously and responsibly.

I went to Europe for about 11 days and bought this Tsim for rs 1500, as it was cheap, on landing there I could not make any calls to India, only they provide is local calling which was useless for me as I took it for calling to india.

I wrote mail to CS but of no use.

I suggest NOT to buy TSIM at all. its a fake company whose employees also do not responde, as they know what they are selling.

Never ever purchase sim card from them, its fraud their sim card never gets activated on selected and after multiple followup no response from them.

I had to purchase new sim card in usa as their sim card I purchased never get activated.

I took two global SIM cards for use by family during my trip to China & Thailand. Neither worked. One of them did accept a call on one day and the other did manage to make a call on one day. Other than that, it was a total waste.

Once out in those countries, I realized that the best option is to take a local card once there. Works best. In any case TSIM is a really bad choice.

I must add that they did refund my money.

Pathetic service. I brought a sim for my mom as she was travelling abroad for 8 days. Right from day 1 the sim was not working. 6 out of 8 days I had to reach out to get it fixed. Data was not working in her phone.

If we send a mail to customer service they don’t even show a curtsy to reply back on time.

Anyone trying for a new sim get Matrix or any other international service provider that this shitty connection.

Bought TSIM Global sim last year & used it in Greece with little problems Now using it in australia. But its not working at all. One day it works & then it goes off. Even after repeated complaints they were not able to rectify the problem, Finally I had to buy the local australian sim card.

So customers please don't buy TSIM Sim. Wherever you travel its better you buy the local sim card.
