This Operator is of indian government so automatically you get many allowances from bsnl service and they also provide the best service for maintenance and many things even if we go to their office they attend and give their best efforts to solve their issue and make them again happy while leaving their office and even they are introducing new plans for customer such as 99 plan in which you get unlimited calling bsnl to bsnl and 300 mb net plan and many more which attracts the consumers to swtich their operator to bsnl and make bsnl the no 1 service provider.

I am using this operator since ten years.Its call rates are too high as compared to the other network operators.You have to recharge for six months regularly so that you will you have incoming calls.If you won't recharge after your expiry of the plan voucher a call will come from the BSNL customer care that you have to recharge your number otherwise the have the right to remove your numver.Other network provides lifetime free incoming calls but this is not with the BSNL.Data costs are also high.I dislike this mobile operator because of high cost.

In bsnl network can't expect customer service and the prepaid charges vary every month in Andhra Pradesh there is no such one small rental for both internet and voice calls even though the SPL recharges as STV's are not impressive and there are different recharges with different plans which are not worthy if they come with impressive plans as a home networks half of the Indian citizens will hang with BSNL

BSNL is called as public sector and usually as I heard many people say good network.i think either the consumers are using a normal handset with out internet or they are just faking you.m a user of BSNL I use quite a lot of internet but this network is not at all worth it plans are high internet are reasonable though no speed.i was using using better speed in other networks as now I feel soo frustrated I feel like deactivating this number. Now afterall I have kept this no as a sample number just because I have passed my contacts to many people. Now a days people concentrate on internet speed atleast for posting tax government should find a higher speed internet data packs with low price.i am not at all convinced with this network provider I'll be soon doing MNP of my number with better internet speed band call rate packs.

Bsnl is one of greatest network operator throughout our country.

It is a government network. I think it provides good plans and features .

Iam a user of bsnl since more than 5 years and I didnt faced any difficulty with it .

It offers many useful internet plans which are unlimited. As iam a student , I especially like the student plan which bsnl offers. It offers 1gb internet and less call rates upto 30paise/min in students plan at a rate of Rs.118 for a month. It provides an awesome cellular coverage everywhere. It also offers bsnl broadband plan in which we can get unlimited internet for Rs.249 and free night calls and at sundays. I would recommend bsnl to get trustful services.

First I introduce my self I am Sanjeev from Jharkhand dhanbad. I am user of bsnl prepaid connection for last. Six years . Now you know bsnl full form b- bhai s- sahab n- nahi l- lagaga. Matlam bhai sahab nahi lagega. Agar aap sirf bsnl network ke baat karte ho to iska network to bahut accha hai kabhi bhi search karne ke jarurat nahi hai kyokee ye to din bhar aata jaata rahe jaa . Although it is a public sector company it is not able to provide competittive tarrif 1.2p/s it charges without rate cutter and rate cutters effective only for 1 months. Network coverage in urban areas is decnt but needs to be improved in remote lands .the call drop problem dont exist and at last I would say that it Has come out of tag of bhai sahab nhi lagega but still have to suffer miles

I will give onesta to BSNL cell phone. I want to share my experience of BSNL with you it was not good experience so I want to share with you it will be helpful for you for choose best in your budget. First I want to talk about network connection network connection is the most important thing in mobile. I will give one star to BSNL Cellone for network connection very poor network connection I suggest you to not to go for it and go for other mobile operator like Airtel Vodafone Idea Vodafone will be best for you . . .

I have a sim of BSNL 3G. IT DOESN'T WORK IN DAY. ALTHOUGH NIGHT SERVICE IS GOOD AND FAST. FOR 14 DAYS VALIDITY I RECCHARGE INTERNET. BUT IT DON'T WORK IN DAY. MID TOWN IN BHUBANESWAR IT DOESN'T WORK. INTERIER AREA WHAT HAPPEN I DON'T KNOW. IT WAS GREAT MISTAKE TO RECHARGE IN BSNL SIM FOR INTERNET FOR RS 100.IT SEEMS I WAS CHEATED.

Bsnl sell one is not so good . I did not like it . I will give two star to bsnl cell one . first thing I did not like their network they are providing very poor network connection so I did not like it . network plays very important role in company . though bsnl not providing good network I suggest you to go for another network connection. Second thing is customer service . though basnl' s customer service is not so bad . but not so good . it is average so I will give four star to customer service .

I am use bsnl prepaid last 3 years

Its sevices is very good

But its call rate is very high

Some times call drop

Its mobile internet speed is very bad

I am like bsnl

Becoz bsnl do not cut balance unnecessary

I am like this features 2G / 3G data same rate & all india romaing free & 24 hours customer care sevices provide solve customer problems

2 years ago I was join with BSNL prepaid with port from another telecoms company that time bsnl has more attractive plan for 3G like in 99 rs 1 GB 3G net for 30 days then after rate increased and 149 rs direct for 1 GB within 2 months then again increased so I go through 2 GB rate was 251 rs but within 2 months 2 GB rate was double like 450 rs around and validity only 28 days but jio was come in market so I purchesd and from 3 months I never did net recharge with bsnl still bsnl 3G net pack so high I think BSNL focus only on broadband and postpaid users not focus on prepaid users so lets what happen after 31st december rate will increase or decrease?

BSnl means Bharat Sanchez Nigam Limited. It is a Government company. If we do the survey on mobile networks, only 20% of the people using BSnl. Remaining are other operator users. The BSnl users is the government people. I mean government employees only using the BSnl mobile operator. No other can dare to use the BSnl due to lack of offers, . BSnl plans are very very rare. No Internet packs, calling packs. And the validity of the BSnl Sim is just 6months initially. Then we need to Recharge again and again to increase the validity of the Sim. Otherwise I will goes into block see. They will disconnect the the Sim. We miss our calls. Recently Reliance Jim came into existence for overcome the other operators such as airmen, idea, etc. Then all operators are improving their offers to addict the people to their network. Almost much people are using the jio only. I think at the end of this year our India people uses just jio only. And then BSnl also need to improve the offers. The BSnl broadband is good compared with the mobile offers. BSnl broadband having best offers. I don't want to tell more about BSnl mobile operator.

I like BSNL call rate but I don't like BSNL internet service and also BSNL customer service.BSNL data service is like clouds.sometimes it gives 100kb/s speed and most of times 100 bites/s.it is very irritating. The most important customer service it is terrible. It looks like they have no responsibility to the customers. They are behaving like they are boss and behave rudely.You can see internet speed in screen shot which I have uploaded.

Bsnl can be considered as one of the trusted networks of the country. It offers services at lower prices than other prominent networks. In my state J & k bsnl is used in most of the offices and is the only network providing WiFi services and it is avaliable in most far flung areas.

Its is giving tough competition to other companies.

It is the chaeapest network that I have used.i am using bsnl internet to write this review.it is only rs 68 per gb.other networks costs more than 200.it has range for 3g in my place .so I can enjoy a faster network at cheap cost.it has bettet costumer care service than any other networks.it is very goof and trustworthy.

BSNL offers me a pack which I consider cheaper than other networks and also with wide signal coverage. BSNL gets me signal even in remote areas. Im currently using a plan available for AP circle called Nestham Offering cheap call at 15p/min to one of the 5 registered mobile numbers ( being BSNL, or 35p/min for other net) . Call quality is excellent. However where they lack behind is better customer service as the employees at the service centre are lazy and unfriendly most of the times. Coming to data, they offer the cheapest 3G rates in the state at decent speeds and coverage. However, they are yet to enter the 4G LTE stage which other networks are offering. I also get 60 SMS a month free with my pack which is an icing on the cake.

whats more is that this pack costs just 29 for 6 months which can be extended by recharges of 200 or more.

Im using it as my primary SIM and consider it the backbone of telecom industry.

Bsnl network is good , bsnl has been covering remote areas and I found it is really helpful for rural people who are facing network problems. Bsnl call rates are affordable and that enables each and every people can own a bsnl sim . coming to bsnl customer service , its not upto the mark , they wont respond in a positive way , if I demand for something they disconnect the call. Fix it on customer service, expect that everything is good. Overall rate is ok.
