BSNL CellOne / Excel Mobile Operator

I am user of bsnl mobile after AVOID(Airtel Vodafone Idea) has applied minimum recharge policy to get services active I have ported all my family members secondary number to BSNL it is good for emergency purpose not recommended for primary number, I have used BSNL 3G and it works Good at my home only with Good speeds 8-9 mbps all day, but when I am away from my home it is works like hell, and in rural ares you will not find 3g only 2g network is there, it is only best for calling, and cheapest offering 136 plan gives 730 days(2 year) validity for incoming and outgoing but for making outgoing calls you have to recharge with other STV or TOPUP your number with main balance, so in conclusion bsnl is recommended for calling purpose only, you can use data feature only if your areas has Good 3g and Speed, thing will be changed after BSNL 4G pan india rollout after that we can use bsnl 4g which will work good atleast better than BSNL 3G.

Okay i got a message from bsnl that i will get 3.2 gb data per day with recharge of 399 Rs. I got that recharge on 27 june but after 30 june i stopped getting 3.2 gb data and was only getting 1 gb. I called customer care but they were only telling me that the plan was only upto 30 june. I told them that it was not mentioned in the message but hey told me that they can't do anything about it. So i told them to get me in contact with manager that i want to complain but they told me that manager will provide me same information. At last i asked them whether they would let me talk to manager or not and to that they said No. So please dont trust this fraud company.

Today I am here to tell you that why you guyz should not buy BSNL sim.

First of all it's network is very very poor. even in city in bhopal capital of MP it does not covers the proper signals. almost in 90% cases I got call dropping. Call dropping means if you call someone and call disconnected every time.

There customer care services are also very worst. eventhey don't know HOW to speak to you also how to speak english. worst of worst conditions.

There Charges are very high and phone plans are worst. even if call is coming it cuts charge of that. which mobile operator do that? .

Finially the conclusion is I recommend to my every friend that they should go for operator like Jio, airtel, idea. they are much better than this.

I don't know why people use BSNL network.there are many many problems in the network.towers are not available all day.i am just depressed with this network I will change my network soon if they will not be able to make good network.speed of Internet is always low like 2g instead of having 4g . BSNL should close their company is they are unable to provide true speed of internet.also mobile calls.when you look at your phone towers are always gone.if I call to customer care they tell check your phone settings.i don't know what to do.

BSNL has become very cheater company now a days.

Once I received a call from their number. I received the call. I was asked to select language just after receiving the cal. I selected language then call was disconnected. Soon after this I received a message:"Thank you for joining this service.Rs 60 has been charged for this service. It will automatically renewed after 30 days." My 60/- was deducted. When I called customer care they told me that you have subscribed for this service. Although I never subscribed they refused to refund.

If govt sector will do such types of cheating then where ordinary man will go for justice?

BSNL SIM is government Sim but this Sim is a not provide for the service 4G service

Other sim comparison this sim is very slow motion internet speed

this sim is not used for the internet loving people

This sim is a 3G but overall sim is a 4G and internet speed is very slow and network is a very poor

This sim network is very poor in a village area

This sim is a very so much but he is 3G and network village areas is not good

Please by the the other sim waiting for the BSNL 4G Sim

Once upon a time when there was no other mobile network in every rural area of india. Only BSNL Cellone or excel mobile was there for connecting people for their purposes??. It was a very strong network. Never we face problem using this. Even at midnight we had used its best service.

Call quality was too good.??

BSNL Cellone also provided us lots of amazing?? rate cutting pack, sms pack and minute pack.

In 2003, when my father 1st brought nokia 1100, there was no mobile operator beside BSNL cellone.

It has given us a happiness of celebrating functions.

BSNL bought our smile???? from our hearts core by connecting with our nearest and dearest peoples.

Please come back. I miss u?? My childhood memories are enriched by u.??

Bsnl have completely wrost services, poor connections, low signals, poor topups, completely wrost bad service I don't suggest anyone to use this mobile operator bsnl don't have connections worldwide not in small areas not in villages not in towns and 3g and 4g connection is also not in big towns it's so bad

Hi friends I am telling about the sim card of BSNL. Yes you all had used it once in your life. I had used it. Then I ported to idea. As we know that this is 4G generations and this sim is not suitable in this generations. Also this sim has so many problems in networks. When you go to small town or villages this network does not work properly. Also this is not 4G sim so this is waste for internet. Jio sim is better than that. It gives speed at any place. Also BSNL sim plans are not so cheap but jio gives very cheap plans. BSNL is a government company, they takes more time to solve complaints of us. But it is not seen in jio, they solve our complaint very fastly. This is main difference between jio and bsnl. BSNL was also good at one time. But from the 4G generations it becomes a worst. 4G sim has ability to catch network at any place but bsnl does not. Also the old bsnl sims can not forms in micro sim. This is also a disadvantage of bsnl sim. Also bsnl requires a validity recharge after every 6 month. So this are some disadvantages of bsnl sim. Think before buying sim like this network. Hello friends today I am sharing my personal experience with the bsnl operator. It is a government service or we can say bsnl is a under the goverment mobile operator company. I purchased bsnl sim from a local shop from 100 rupees. I belong to Hill area, that's why in hill area the signal is much better than town. In my area its providing 3g services. It is true that the data service is very bad. It does not give good services in rural area also. Call drop, out of reach is common problem. The data plan is not so good as compare to other mobile services providers.customer services is not so good. I think bsnl have to provide its services seamlessly. Thanks. Hits like if you like.

Hey guys it such a bad network that it not respond for many dayss in my locality.it has a very bad connection. It internet connection is also very slow.

It has a single tower which is located at far away place so I didn't feel comfortable with that network so I want to give it not more than a single star. If it had a tower in our area it will able for 5star.

BSNL is the only telecom operator which gives priorty to services not profit. thats why BSNL is having its towers even in rural areas where it earns hardly any revenue but is standing there so that if you would have been there you may get network and services.

bheed me to bahut se log hote hai par jo sunsaan rasto par aapke sath ho wahi sathi hai.

The same is with BSNL it provides you network and services where other operators face challange.

Before the introduction of mobile services by BSNL( year 1999) the private operators were not only charging you for outgoing call but incoming too. They were charging 7 to 15 rs for incoming only, you can imagine what would be the charges for outgoing calls at that time. Keeping mobile was only with rich peoples.

This was BSNL which came in market in year 2000 and charged only 2.40 rs for outgoing per min and no incoming charges.

Private operators were thinking that BSNL is going to snatch their butter and bread.

You will be surprised to know that how BSNL was trapped in conspiracy that BSNL being goverment company had to pay heavy fees for spectrum while other were indulging in making spectrum scam biggest scam of that era.

It was starting of BSNL so it faced many problems but public faith was also with BSNL so you can see today in such throat cutting comptition BSNL is still providing its services.

I had been using bharat sanchaar nigam limited( bsnl) approx.2011 .and from that time its performances are bad from every people of my areas are not satisfie with it. The network goes and comes every time.we have to select the network again and again I cantact to customer care still the problems not solve. In short it runs like government

I am a customer of bsnl kerala.My prepaid number is 8547#23.If I face a problem, I cannot contact customer care.There customer number tollfree and 1503 never attended call.I spend a full day for contact executive.I told about my complaint.They activated caller tune without my permission, They deduct my 45 rupees.They are not hear my side, they simply cut my call.I lost my money.I searched in google, I found about Do not disturb service activated.Now they cannot deduct my money.I sent port message also, but no one contact me.Still I am using this sim because I believe their privacy rule.

There are a lot of operators who provide good speeds and plans but there are some operators which provide none BSNL is of that Kind.

Speed and reliablity

You can expect 2g connection everywhere what is the use of 2G in this generation. Your data won't get connected most of the time even if it is connected the suites won't go above 500 kbps when checked through ookla.

If you are the one who uses only voice calls and do not expect quality then you can choose BSNL

Customer service

It holds one of the worst customer service. The executive won't even ask whether the issue is resolved by them they are too keen in hanging up. They say invalid reasons and do not accept fault in them.

Plans

Although these days BSNL tries to you the best plans but what is the use if there is no speed we can't rely on it they give 2 to 3 GB per day but the speed which they give helps us to download maximum of 200 MB I have suffered a lot using BSNL and would not recommend this to anyone

My mom purchased BSNL cellone in about 2016. Me and dad only purchased it for her, not just because for contacting . But because dad was too using BSNL offered from his office and calls for his BSNL to any other BSNL mobile is free. And since my dad got transferred to an Eastern Indian state. He always talks with her daily, for about atleast 2 or 3 hours. The quality of the call is good and never get low signal of BNSL ever.

Even the signal stay strong when she is outside in the city limits, we're as even the Airtel signal drops.

The call rate are very nominal And almost same as the Airtel. But Vodafone network is costly. The downfall of BSNL is

1) recharging and top up for the BSNL is pain, most the shop don't have a top up the BSNL and we only have to go to BSNL office to get top up. This is atrocious.

2) The internet is a crop on BSNL cellone Is very very slow.

3) the validity has to be renews every month and not like Airtel or Vodafone wer the validity automatically increase with the latest recharge.

4) Customers service is way too worst. They never mostly resolve the problem quickly. I struggled and called the service for over 5 times to activate the "DND" Verdict - overall if you are considering BSNL to BSNL free calls go for this also better the signals.

But I'd internet and service is your priority. So don't go BSNL Cellone.

Hello friends today I want to share my experience with all of you about the BSNL cellone / Excel. I am using the BSNL sim since last two years but now I think that the time is comes that I refuse that sim because since two months the network is so worst. And the tarrif plans are also very expensive in comparison to other networks. And it could not give the good internet speed. It is worth to use that sim card because of their plans are very expensive and internet speed is not good and customer care executives were also not resolve our problems and they also not value for our money.
