Even despite the fact that this model can seem quite modest it impressed me a lot when I bought this one. I found out that it has several functions, which are quite useful to me, moreover, the processor as well ram is enough for me not to scroll the internet and watch funny videos, but also it's suitable for playing contemporary games. I am a game lover and when I have free time I try to devote it to playing various games.

hence I would definitely recommend people to pay attention to this model and the company as itself, because they produce laptops which are compact and own high performance.

I don't even remember the year this laptop was purchased by my father but i assume it must've been 2012 or '13. Anyways, till date it still is working and i daily drive it too. Here's my review in short:-

CONS (Yeah i will start with disadvantages first)

1. Poor battery life:- It hardly used to last 3 or 4 hours irrespective of the usage and eventually died. As of now in October 2024, i have to plug it in to use it.

   
   




2. Weight:- I may sound to be yapping but it weights nearly 3kgs compared to others. It probably isn't the biggest problem being a old laptop but anyways.

   
   




3. Webcam:- Pretty abysmal (one can expect it since it was launched before 2015s)

   
   

PROS:-

1. Performance:- Quite snappy, handles everyday task pretty well. On prolonged usage (6+ hours) it may occasionally heat up.

   
   




2. Display:- Is a TFT LCD panel offering the 1366×768 resolution but trust me, consuming content does feel good in this.

   
   




3. Gaming:- Since it comes with GeForce 410m'e 512mb variant, paired with the 2nd gen i3-2330M, it performs decently on games that can run on the specifications. I'll recommend to always check the minimum requirements of any game on pcgamebenchmark website with the details filled in and then try.

   
   

Although be careful, gaming does kicks it's fan to the fullest and it heats up real quick...like really.

I bought sony vaio SE14 few months back powered by the latest 11th gen intel core i5 processor, I found it good for every day use however it serms a bit expensive considering a base model with 8 gb RAM is priced at Rs 70000.

I am a student and I had bought my laptop for some of my college projects so I have liked my laptop very much, the laptop has 4 ram and 500 gb had bought.

I am getting very good performance in this laptop and the quality of diaplay is very good I have seen here and you also get graphics card in laptop.

Very strong and gives good performance and you also get a good camera in this and if you do not do gaming then you are also getting very good gaming performance.

The battery backup of this laptop lasts for 8 hours and it is a good thing that its charger has also got a lot of power full.

The look of the laptop is also good here, so I liked its design very much.

In the end, I will say that the laptop is very good, you can buy it.

That is quite a good office laptop for executing simple tasks and is created for comfortable working. Of course, nowadays there is a lot of hype around game laptops because they are powerful and they can ednreu all the loads, while such office laptops aren't in demand at all. It is considered to be the old-fashioned one. However, I prefer such laptops. I don't play games and actually I have never strived to buy a laptop which would serve to me as a gaming machine. Everything because I can't understand why people need such ones and moreover they are so expensive. I once noticed the price of such a laptop and was scared.

I have never had a laptop until I bought this one. The main feature which I liked a lot was the simplicity of using this laptop. I understood what to do right after I turned it on. Nowadays people are passionate about using computers and laptops, so in my opinion it's quite significant for people to have simple devices, because they don't want to sort out in it, at least the most part of them. I chose this laptop because I liked it visually and of course I liked everything that was in it. I mean components, they were suitable for playing games. So, I would recommend this laptop for simple games which don't require lots of ram.

Two months back bought this laptop which comprise of intel 2.2 GHz core 2 Duo processor having 2 GB Ram and 250 GB HDD. It weight about 2.6 kg and have Lithium ion battery. Display is about 14.1 inch which is clear and bright but miss sharpness and give less premium feel.

My experience with this laptop from last two months is not so bad but can’t even say wow.Performance wise it is ok ok. It take time to boot up, which is bit surprising. laptop costing approx 45k. you expect smooth run. but it lag sometime.battery is decent. we expect more solid build from sony.

Sony's build quality is superb. Its keyboard is really nice, the keys are very tactile and the LED lights are great. My battery lasted almost 2 years before starting to deteriorating. Everything with this laptop is above the average in this line of price.
