Nokia PureBook X14

Bought this product unboxed from erstwhile 2gud.com which later got integrated into flipkart refurbished. I had a liquid damage issue where some keys of my keyboard are not functional. On reaching out, 2gud.com website redirects to flipkart and apparently, flipkart is the only service provider for nokia laptops. So when I shared my concerns to flipkart service for the need of repairs on my Nokia laptop, they are refusing to carry out service as I have not purchased the product through them. I tried telling them that I had purchased it from 2gud, which is now a part of flipkart. I was also willing to bear the cost of repairs as I am aware liquid damage is not covered under warranty. Now, the only people to have service and parts to nokia laptops are denying me service and repairs, even when am willing to pay. Now am left with a defunct product and nowhere to go to!

Good specifications at this price range but some extent nokia should improve in specification and build quality

I bough this laptop so first I was happy but when I used this laptop then it gave me bad result of batter because it's battery becomes low in two hours I care its battery but Its battery was of bad quality so I will never recommend any body to buy it. Because battery is main part of laptop and it's battery is of bad quality.But it's video quality is good when I watch any movie or something else then I feel comfortable because this laptop gives clear result of video.But it's sound is very bad, low and not clear when you will use hands-free then you can get clear sound other wise without hands-free you could not listen sound of any movie. But If looking at its design and look then we can say that it's look is good and handsome. But due to too many disqualities in this laptop I will never recommend any to buy it.
