Bad Quality Product
Aug 10, 2016 07:40 PM 2710 Views

This product is waste of your money and time. Microsoft needs to come long way to develop Quality Operating system

I am facing multiple issues

  1. It gets heated a lot even if use normal software's

  2. Touch is not that great. Nowhere close to competitors.

  3. Windows 10 is absolutely useless. Within a month of purchase I am facing lot of issues. MS support says reset the OS. that means I use all my installed applications and waste of time and energy.

  4. MS has no support for Surface in India. this is annoying. MS needs to check on this. its poor product deficiency. Support from US / Canada takes too much of time.

  5. Screen resolution is odd. doesn't work well at all with many applications especially when you connect to projector. I have full HD projector, but still many applications don't work properly.

Portable yet powerful
Aug 04, 2016 05:01 PM 2959 Views (via Android App)

Pros: Its been more than a year with Microsoft surface pro 3, no problem yet. Iam fully satisfied with it. Build quality is vey good. Upgraded to windows10 which is nice excellent os. Runs almost all softwares and games. All adobe softwares are running smoothly wich I often use. Battery backup is satisfactory. Charges very quickly. Light weight but fully functional laptop. One usb port and one micro sd card reader. Touch interface is excellent. Display is sharp and viewing angles are good.

Cons: Only one usb port, could have been 2 or 3. Speaker Sound is minimal not upto the mark. No keyboard, you have to purchase it additionally. Fan sound is irritating when using high end softwares like after effects and in rendering hd video. Little bit costly. Not avialable in india. You have to paurchase it onlline. Charger could have been with a usb chager.

Verdict: Its light weight its fully functional laptop. Its very useful on the go persons, for business personals and for professionals.

A new begning of Microsoft

Approaching Microsoft’s Surface Pro 4 for a long-term review is a curious challenge. There is a huge amount of legacy in this device. It follows the design cues and size of the Surface Pro 3 but manages to be just that little bit better, the iterative approach to the Type Cover gives the Surface Pro 4 one of the best keyboards for an ultraportable I’ve ever typed on, and the Surface Pen finally feels like it belongs with the package. There is also a huge amount of innovation from Microsoft’s engineering team. While the Surface Book may have caught the imagination of many reviewers, in the real world it’s the Surface Pro 4 that’s probably going to bring in more sales across the device’s lifetime. Not least because of the lower price point, but also because availability in the grace period after the official announcement has been higher than the Surface Book. It’s simply easier to get a hold of one

Microsoft is now making a good product. The new microsoft surface pro 4 is good in its range and in its category. The use of new m3 chipset is good.

Touchscreen laptop equiped with windows 10.

But I think the price which is suitable for this laptop should be around 80, 000 .

The Surface Pro 4 is Microsoft's latest high-end laptop hybrid. Its incredible desirable design and powerful hardware still, months on, make it one of the most desirable devices on the market today.

The market for high-and laptop has become a lot more crowded.

There's no doubt about it, the Surface Pro 3 was wildly successful, even going as far as to inspire third parties to make their own 2-in-1s in a similar vein.

It should come as no surprise then that when the next iteration rolled around, it delivered only slight refinements over its predecessor. And that isn't necessarily a bad thing.

The slimmer form factor and increased display size do wonders for the Surface Pro 4. Even the Type Cover has seen subtle changes. While it may not seem like much on the surface(ha), Microsoft Devices team lead Panos Panay and his crew have crafted with the Pro 4 a sort of love letter to their long-time supporters who've taken the time to issue feedback along the way. The Surface Pro 4 is evidence that Microsoft is listening, and its response is stellar.

Price factor is too high
Jun 29, 2016 10:49 PM 3434 Views (via iOS App)

No wonder Microsoft have launched the surface pro which is best in class but according to me the price is too high.

If you need the top end model of the surface pro 4 you'll almost need ?1.3 lacks which is a big amount.

The surface pro 4 starts with the price range of ?55, 000 which does not have that good specifications.

The surface pro is indeed best in class with good feature, light in weight, faster but the pricing is too high. The surface pro is really good to use, like I mean it is totally brilliant when in use as it does not heat up etc but only a negative factor is the price!

Best Laptop in the market
Jun 16, 2016 09:47 AM 3149 Views

I purchased Microsoft surface pro 4 recently. it is works very good. look of this laptop is very stylish and eye-catching.

Almost all features are available in this product. it has large storage capacity when compared to other gadgets.

Its thickness and sustainability is awesome. it has advanced processors and  in-built equipment.

The customer support given by manufacturer is awesome. the price of the this product is also reasonable in the market.

Little bit defeat in this product is its fastness. it is little bit slow while connecting to the internet. But it is not a big defeat it resolves automatically while we are surfing

I strongly recommend this product to every one specially for students it is very advanced and useful.

Microsoft Surface pro 3

1) Intel Core i3 processor(4th Gen): Better engine expected at this price range. 2) 4 GB RAM: 4 GB at 58k seems like a terrible terrible choice. 3) 128 GB storage. Really? 128 GB? Even its SSD, it’s too low. People won’t buy separate HDDs for products. 4) 12-inch Full HD Plus Display: The only good thing about this laptop 5) Windows 10 Pro: Maybe the second best thing. Verdict: If you have a lot of money to spend and don’t want to get anything in return, try this one!

Best of microsoft laptop slim shot

The older, original Surface and Surface 2, with their ARM-based processors and Windows RT operating system, are pitched against the iPad and other tablets. The Surface Pro 3( like the preceding Surface Pro and Surface Pro 2), with its Intel CPU and Windows 8 OS, is a full-fledged PC that competes against Ultrabooks( particularly those convertible laptops with touchscreens for a tablet functionality, flexible hinges, detachable keyboards, or sliders) and other high-end subnotebooks( that don't compromise performance or battery life) such as the MacBook Air.

The Surface Pro 3 was announced on May 20, 2014, at a New York City event, [10][23][24] pre-orders were opened on May 21, 2014, and the first models were released on June 20, 2014 in the U.S. and Canada, [10] with the Intel Core i3 and Intel Core i7 models released on August 1, 2014.[12] The Surface Pro 3 was launched in 25 additional markets on August 28.

Overpriced from microsoft.
Jun 02, 2016 10:33 AM 3536 Views

The surface pro come in 2 models the 64 gb and the 128 gb models. Now the 64 gb model is really bad as it features 2 gb of ram and only 64 gbs to use. They say the battery life would be 10 hours but the max it gave me was 5 hours. The 128 gb model the one I own was around 70, 000 when I bought it and then the additional charge for the case made it 7 thought extra and then pen ws an additional$12 extra. This is very disappointing as the type cover should be provided by surface it self we shouldn't have to buy it at$129. The type cover wasn't very good either. IT was cheap quality and didn't feel good in the hand. The cover keys weren't repulsive or atleast didn't feel responsive if was annoying because I had to keep looking at the screen after I type to see if it actually typed it not. Over the experience was fine but not for the price of 80, 000 after accessories. This is overpriced and their are was better laptops in the market at the price of 80, 000

Beast in tiny package!
Jun 02, 2016 01:19 AM 3625 Views (via Mobile)

Surface pro 3 may be the first super hybrid of its kind being emulated by many other companies now. However, traits like flexibility, portability, paired with immense computing power come at a great cost.

I myself own a macbook. My husband owns a recently bought surface pro 3. He always compares the two and tells me how superior the surface counterpart is. And to an extent, I accept that he has a point.

Microsoft marketed surface lineup as tablet, which works as a laptop. For me its a laptop, which can work as a tablet.

Detachable beautiful type cover provides equally efficient functionality. The kickass kickstand is such a genius idea and offers multiple viewing angles upto 150 degrees. Something for iPad pro to learn.

Type cover I have got is that of surface pro 4's and costs a whooping extra Rs. 12000. Add to it Rs. 6000 for Surface pen. This isn't anywhere near small amount now and overall package now costs about Rs. 75000, for core i3 model with 128 GB HDD.

There is no graphics card support here. But most of daily work is handled with ease. So the device is not for avid gamers.

Inspite of enormous price, there is no better hybrid than surface pro at the moment. Pro 4 lineup is even more expensive. Not to forget it's a tablet and iPad is nowhere to be seen in it's competition.

I love Mac OS, but I am begining to get familiar with Windows 10 and just the loved the way they have blended the tablet UI and PC UI in one OS. Personally I am a fan of one note, one drive and their integration with surface pen. Brilliant!

Need to appreciate MS for the effort and innovation.

So of you can afford, then there is no tablet like surface pro.

Overpricing product from microsoft.
Apr 27, 2016 11:36 AM 3368 Views (via Android App)

Recently microsoft launches its new product in indian market Microsoft surface Pro 2 and 3 which is notebook in an tablet size at arround 60k. having very general configuration 4gb of ram 128 gb ssd( solid state drive) with intel i5 chipset but I am using this microsoft surface book and I really dont feel that ssd is faster then hdd simillarly same speed.

Best part of this notebook is its display which is bright clear h crispy sharp clearity. otherwise it is not worthy in 60k. Only for microsoft brand we invest 60k for general configuration infact in 60k we got better choice in hp and dell. And also there is a little doubt in our mind about their service and support in india.

I initially bought i5 4GB 128 GB device for personal work and I loved it utmost tablet place. Yes surface devices are really more powerful devices on the planet. It is also awesome  because it supports Ultra HD 4K video,

The tab comes with Surface Pen which is accurate and also can recognize handwriting and convert into text in real time, Windows Hello Login. Tablet/desktop modes. Super smooth Windows 10 made me to upgrade for i7 8GB 256 GB model for my real office work. It would have been super success devices if Microsoft could have taken some time for Skylake processors, Still Window 10 Driver has few issues that requires to be fixed. Hoping coming models will get fixed them all.
