Lenovo legion y720 comes with many features and advance technology but it all feels very cheap.Lenovo went a little too over with designing this laptop to look like a gaming pc.The aesthetics are a little too over the top.I mean the red accents are being overused and the awkward buttons on the trackpad make it a deal breaker.The battery life is really bad and the sharp angles really can be harmful if not used properly.I would not suggest this to anybody.lenovo has a lot more potential and they should put in a little more work in the design and efficiency of their products.

Well it is right laptop for playing games, working on adobe products etc,

it comes in two varities:

i7 and i5

Relaibilty: poor as it is plastic body, take care of it a lot and poor reliable

Value for money:- it is right, nvdia 1060 6gb DDR5 graphic card, i7 7th generation, 128 gb ssd and extreme cooling sytem right

service and support: well lenovo centers are open worldwide, But best thing is customer care of lenovo in USA is open 48 hrs which is quiet impressive

Hello guys I'm back again with another review and this time it's something which isn't cheap but comes with pretty hefty price tag($1, 029.59 or 66005.99 rs). The Legion Y720 by Lenovo has a Nvidia's GeForce GTX-1060 GPU and an processor of Intel(i7-7700HQ) . There are a few other nice features, like the RGB backlit keyboard and the integrated Xbox One wireless controller adapter. But in my opinion if you want the best performance machine at this high price tag, there are other more faster options available in the market. At 3.08 kg and 15 x 10.9 x 1.1 inches, the Lenovo Y720 is heavier than its all other competitors. The Acer Predator Helios 3000(2.4 kg), MSI PE60 Prestige(2.44 kg), and Origin PC Eon15-S(2.3 kg) are all more than a half Kg lighter than Lenovo Legion Y720.

Display Performance

The Lenovo Legion Y720's 15.6 inch display is moderately dim as well as bland also. The screen is not too bright.

Audio Performance

Only one reason to get this hefty laptop is it's speakers.

Gaming and VR Performance

The Lenovo Legion Y720's Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 has enough power to play games on Higher end settings and even in Virtual reality.

Overall Performance

Specs of the Lenovo Legion Y720 packs a Intel Core i7 CPU,  1TB HDD and a 128GB PCIe SSD, 8GB of RAM which is enough for everyday tasks. For an example: I had 25 tabs open in mozilla firefox, one of them playing an HD video from YouTube. On benchmark test, other laptop from same range outperformed Lenovo's Legion Y720 laptop.

this time again I can say wow. for Lenovo Legion Y720 laptop.

Very much easy to use it with its friendly keyboard, incredible gaming performance,

Next generation graphics, Lighting fast speed and storage, World's first doubly atmos,

Thunderbolt support and many more which will impress us to feel that we have the latest one.

At the time of gaming, the feel of it will be so much realistic with its doubly sound

quality, booting time, loading time of games and files, transferring files is awesome. It look is cool with great keyboard, graphic is great, we can enjoy up to 60 frames

per second, 1TB storage is ample to store all our games and files, doubly atmos sound

that create a powerful moving experience and many more which makes it favorite in this segment.

Lenovo has done good work to satisfy its consumer with its service outlets all over

and have its, service and support has provided 24 hours over phone, to create faith

Firstly talking about the build. When I got this product l was amazingly happy with the fact that they have improved

a lot as compared to their last Y700.

But the touchpad is still not that good. Finally, they bought customized backlit keyboard which is awesome. Now talking about the performance, you throw whatever you want, it is going

to handle it pretty easily. Amazing Performance and new Branding. I tested GTA V at High Graphics believe me it was working amazingly at around 50-60 fps. the battery life is average, it costs

a lot( not much being a gaming laptop) I am very satisfied with my purchase. The best Upgrade I liked is the support for my Xbox controller Loved it.

So far I really like this laptop. I have tried a few other models with 1060 graphics cards and I must say this one is worth the extra price. It is much cheaper straight from Lenovo though which I find odd. Several hundred cheaper actually. Asked Amazon to price match but they won't which is unfortunate but I digress.

Pros:

This keyboard is very nice. Probably one of the best keyboards I have ever used on a laptop. It has more of a chiclet style feel which I personally love. The keys are not nearly as stiff as I would have liked in a new laptop but honestly I love it. The keyboard is a bit odd. What I mean by that is the placement of the arrow keys and num pad. I do not use either very often so I much prefer having two full sized shift keys which very few laptops have no adays.

Touchpad works really well and is a very nice place. When I type I am not hitting it like I do with a lot of laptops. It does show alot of fingerprints though.

Screen is the perfect amount of HD and looks fine while gaming. Considering returning for the 4k model though after watching some of the E3 games that will be coming soon.

The size is not too bad, it is no ultrabook but for what is inside the size is reasonable. Fans are really quiet, even under load.

The riser they put on the bottom is really nice and makes it sit at a really nice angle on your lap.

Speakers are the best I have ever heard. Not very much bass and they are pretty "flat" sounding but as far as laptops go, this is a step in the right direction.

Top notch SSD, uses nvme samsung pro ssd.

RGB Keyboard that you can change colors. Has four quadrants and sever settings you can change.

Cons:

Does not have a removable battery. Why I consider this to be a con is because when gaming it will need to be plugged it. Since I plan to game with it more than anything else that battery is going to get wrecked by having it plugged in 24/7. I dock no stars for this though because all laptops are moving that direction unfortunately.

First of all I want to say that if you are game lover software video editor heavy software worker designer it's every thing in this lappy it's also 3d rendering device for video editor it's awesome lappy for software and gaming lover. It's extended all type of features which you want.

When I setuped in hometheatre and headphone the Dolby atmos sound felt me imersive and surrounding of Dolby atmos enhancement feeled me live so it has advantages of sound quality 2×2w JBL® speaker and 3w subwoofer Dolby superb quality.

The game lover has better enhancement of x-Box wireless support to connect all those device like led tv and projector.

Yes this user friendly cause all facility in lappy.

I am also a software lover like adope premier, after effects, and Hitfilm 4 pro .

This software easily work like flexibility and opened all extend software.

The style and look of lappy also its great.

I am video editor so when I going to complete my work last left rendering of video then start rendering it's easily and rapidly done.

It has great graphic card nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6gb GDDR5 Felt like wow.!

If We talk about price of lappy it's seems to be high but Lenovo brand enhance all facility in lappy so guys don't worry for price if you are game lover and software video editor It's price is okay and valuable.

Now, coming to the review part.

Speed-Great bootup speed and in gaming speed! (Due to the SSD applied) .Now, many laptops apply SSD but what makes it special is the gpu and processor applied.If u r a gamer, surely u can opt for it without giving a further thought.

Moreover it uses Windows Precision Drivers for the accuracy of the trackpad.Some cons are: -

The keyboard chasis are a bit flexible.

The left and right click areas are a bit hard than normal.

You have to compromise on the brightness of the display.

Gamey! Set up was very easy. Plug and play pretty much. It did do windows updated that took a little While but same as any other new computer.

Handing of apps is very good no stress or

Fan noises. It gets a little warm now then but nothing too crazy.

We ve downloaded gmaes and sew video

Making apps. Both work great. We don't use the printer often with this laptop so no experience with that.

Charging time is moderate and I wished. The charger was a little smaller to carry around .

Not sure they offer a fast charger.
